Description
TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The invention discloses a shoe structure for correcting or
preventing hallex ectropion, preventing a status of overlapping a
hallux on a first toe, and covering toes in the shoe structure.
PRIOR ART
[0002] Due to various styles and types of current shoes, most
ordinary shoes have been known as fashion and beauty. However, the
comfort of the shoes is often neglected while people purse the
fashion, even the toe deformation or joint displacement is caused
due to wearing pointed shoes or high-heeled shoes, so as to cause
hallex ectropion. Therefore, the appearance of the palm can be
affected, the pain on the hallex can be caused while walking; or,
if the hallex ectropion is severe, the foot can be treated by the
surgical operation only, however, if a patient wears the
unconformable shoes, the hallex ectropion will be relapsed and the
toes will be deformed, therefore it is necessary to adopt the shoe
structure for treating the hallex ectropion to correct, treat and
alleviate the pain on the toe joints.
[0003] However, the structures for correcting the hallex ectropion
sold in the market are socks for treating the hallex ectropion or
soles for treating the hallex ectropion which can alleviate the
pain only at most while wearing due to the lack of compelling
force, therefore, the correcting effect is limited; even if most
shoes for treating the hallex ectropion are used for correcting by
the way of fixing or pulling the hallex, the wearing comfort can be
greatly reduced by correcting in such a way of forcibly pulling the
hallex only; furthermore, most soles are lack of sterilization,
even the germs are bred easily because the palms are covered
sultrily, so as to derive foot diseases; therefore improper design
for covering the toes is the main reason of the shoes for causing
the hallex ectropion. Although the correcting shoes such as sandals
and slippers consider more comfort by exposing the toes after the
patient suffers from the hallex ectropion, the shoe structure for
correcting the hallex ectropion by covering the hallexes of the
toes has not been considered, because the shoe structure is too
idealized. Many people still wear the shoes for covering the toes
to work and cannot replace by sandals or slippers even if the toes
are uncomfortable, therefore the shoes for treating the hallex
ectropion by covering the toes are absolutely necessary. The
advance prevention is superior to the treatment afterward.
Nowadays, the existing correcting shoe structures in the market
have the structure focused on the correction afterward, but neglect
the advance prevention, i.e. the prevention on the hallex
ectropion.
[0004] In order to improve the above defects, the inventor has
proceeded to the development on the shoe structure. The shoe
structure does not only have the effects of preventing and
correcting the hallex ectropion and alleviating arthralgia and
discomfort caused by the hallex ectropion, but also is the most
basic demand of the human beings. The current situations that the
market correcting shoe structure is insufficient in function and
the style does not comply with the use can be improved to meet the
most basic walking demands of the human beings to wear.
CONTENT OF THE INVENTION
[0005] One purpose of the invention is to provide a structure for
separating toes. The shoe structure is used to achieve the effects
of correcting the condition of overlapping the hallex on the first
toe, preventing the hallex ectropion and alleviating the toe
arthralgia, so as to improve the foot health.
[0006] Another purpose of the invention is that foot diseases are
not likely to be caused due to foot stuffiness and humid slits when
the hallex ectropion is corrected, and the discomfort caused by
correction cannot be caused; furthermore, a user who wears the
shoes is convenient to wear and is more comfortable to walk, and
the shoe structure is possible for any person who likes wearing
high-heeled shoes to prevent the toe joint displacement and
deformation.
[0007] The invention is a shoe structure which is used for
correcting or preventing hallex ectropion and covering toes in the
shoe structure. A shoe structure is characterized by comprising at
least one toe separator which is parallel to a wearing direction
and is arranged at the internal front end of the shoe structure,
and the front end of the shoe structure is divided into a first
wearing space and at least one second wearing space.
[0008] An external layer is formed by extending the inner surface
of the shoe structure from the toe separators, the toe separators
are located in the external layer, and the inner surface of the
external layer can be covered with a breathable cloth or is
provided with punctiform bulges used for massaging soles and can
generate fine gaps to promote cross-ventilation to prevent germs
from breeding caused by sweating due to stuffiness.
[0009] The external layer is sewn or is connected in the shoe
structure in an interference fit way, so as to give consideration
to the effects of being good in correction and attractive in
appearance as well as convenient to wear and use, wherein the
surface of the external layer is provided with gaps used for
distinguishing the positions of the toe separators corresponding to
the position of the toe separators; the shoe structure can be shoes
with wide toe caps, or pointed shoes capable of easily holding the
toe separators. The shoe structure can cooperate with a way of
normally laying toes to meet human engineering, so as to alleviate
the toe pressure. The toe separators are plurally set, and the
front end of each shoe structure is divided into a first wearing
space and four wearing spaces for separating five toes.
[0010] By the design of separating the hallex and other four
fingers or separating the five fingers, the hallex ectropion can be
prevented, even the prevention on germ breeding among the toe gaps
and toe cracking can be prevented when the hallex ectropion can be
gradually corrected when the hallex ectropion is prevented. In
addition to the design of the invention, no foot stiffness
condition caused by the correction is caused while correcting, no
correction realized by pulling toes cannot be carried out, and no
discomfort situation caused by forcibly pulling the toes through
the external force is caused; however, a patient can wear the shoe
structure in the formal occasion by the design of the shoe
structure of covering the toes. In conclusion, the effect on
preventing the hallex ectropion can be achieved by the correcting
structure; furthermore, the shoe structure cannot only meet the
effect on correcting the hallex ectropion, but also give
consideration to the attractive appearance and the comfort while
correcting; meanwhile, the hurt and discomfort caused by surgical
correction can be prevented in future by the structure of
correcting the hallex ectropion.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS
[0020] In order to make the juror know the contents of the
invention clearly, please refer to the following specification and
drawings.
[0021] Please refer to the FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 which are
three-dimensional side views and application schematic diagrams of
the better embodiment of the invention. As shown in figures, a shoe
structure 1 provided by the invention is used for correcting or
preventing hallex ectropion and covering toes in the shoe structure
1. The shoe structure is characterized by comprising at least one
toe separator 10 which is differently arranged by matching the
condition of the hallex ectropion; the embodiment is specified by
taking one toe separator 10 as an example, the shape of the toe
separator 10 is designed in a customized way, such as a rectangular
shape and an arc shape; the embodiment is specified by taking the
rectangular shape as an example, the toe separator 10 is parallel
to the wearing direction and is arranged at the internal front end
of each shoe structure 1, the front end of the shoe structure 1 is
divided into a first wearing space 11 and a second wearing space
12, and the volume ratio of the first wearing space 11 to the
second wearing space 12 is 1:(3-1):5, and the ratio of the first
wearing space 11 to the second wearing space 12 is defined is that
the hallex and the rest four fingers of the foot can be effectively
separated according to the toe distribution of the feet of the
human beings, so as to correct and prevent the hallex ectropion; in
the embodiment, taking the shoe structure 1 for the right foot to
wear as an example in the embodiment, the first wearing space 11 is
used for holding the hallux, the second wearing space 12 is used
for holding other fingers, and the toe separator 10 is used for
separating toes and is unlikely to cause germ and mildew breeding
due to sweat to derivatively cause foot diseases or foot odor
because the toe separator 10 is made from a ventilate material; by
the design of covering the toes through the correcting shoe
structure 1, the toe separator 10 is located in the shoe structure
1 to meet the private demand of correcting the hallex ectropion,
the shoe structure is not conspicuous due to a strange structure,
and the attractive appearance can be realized; with view to wearing
the shoes for covering the toes to match with a formal dress and
the wearing comfort after anyone suffers from the hallex ectropion,
the conditions that the shoe structure 1 for preventing the hallex
ectropion which covers the toes and the shoe structure 1 which
exposes toes cannot be worn in the formal occasion is not
considered because most correcting shoe structures 1 are set in the
shoe structures of sandals, slippers and the like which expose
toes, therefore, the shoe structure has benefits by setting the toe
separators 10 into the shoe structure 1 for covering the toes.
[0022] Please refer to FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 which are the schematic
diagrams of the external layer and application schematic diagrams
of the better embodiment. As shown in figures, a toe separator 10
is parallel to a wearing diction and is arranged at the internal
front end of the shoe structure 1, the front end of the shoe
structure 1 is divided into a first wearing space 11 and a second
wearing space 12, and the volume ratio of the first wearing space
11 to the second wearing space 12 is 1:(3-1):5, and the ratio of
the first wearing space 11 to the second wearing space 12 is
defined is that the hallex and the rest four fingers of the foot
can be effectively separated according to the toe distribution of
the feet of the human beings, so as to correct and prevent the
hallex ectropion; an external layer 13 is formed by extending at
least one inner surface of the shoe structure, the basis of the
external layer is divided into a full cover and a semi cover
corresponding to the rear half part of the inner surface of the
shoe structure, or is further divided into a type with a side edge
and a type without side edge. The inventor can design the shoe
structure in a customized way according to the individual habits of
customers due to the diversified set of the external layer 13. In
addition, the inner surface of the external layer 13 is either
provided with punctiform bulges or covered with a breathable cloth
130 or the combination thereof; taking the punctiform bulges
arranged at the bottom of the structure in the implementation
pattern as an example, the shoe structure is made from an elastic
material to freely bend palm and the pressure on the palm can be
alleviated due to an anti-vibration effect in the process of
walking, the punctiform bulges are used for massaging feet and can
generate fine gaps to promote cross-ventilation to prevent germs
from breeding caused by sweating due to stuffiness. Therefore, the
shoe structure is more comfortable when a user is walking, and the
external layer 13 is set to be helpful to be beneficial for
alleviating the toe pressure, the hurt caused by the hallex
ectropion and the foot odor or foot diseases caused by germ or
mildew breeding, without any side effect. Also, the external layer
13 can be connected with the shoe structure 1 in such either a
sewing or an interference fit way. Taking the interference fit way
in the implementation pattern as an example, the external layer 13
is convenient to take out in the shoe structure 1 for cleaning
because the external layer 13 is arranged in the shoe structure 1
by an interference way.
[0023] Moreover, a gap 132 is formed in the surface of the external
layer 13, is formed corresponding to the toe separators 10 and is
used for distinguishing the positions of the toe separators 10; in
addition, taking the gap 132 as an example in the embodiment, the
gaps 132 of the shoe structure are plurally designed and are not
limited to separate the hallux and other four toes, or distinguish
other toes, such as separating the third toe from the fourth toe of
the palm, therefore the correcting function of the shoe structure 1
is multi-element; furthermore, the shoe structure 1 has an enough
space to extend toes to alleviate the pressure on the toes, and is
unlikely to cause the hallex ectropion.
[0024] Please refer to FIG. 5, FIG. 6, FIG. 7, FIG. 8 and FIG. 9
which are the schematic diagrams and application schematic diagrams
of the external layer in the implementation pattern, the schematic
diagrams of the external layers of other implementation patterns
and the schematic diagrams of other implementation patterns. As
shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, in the implementation pattern, taking
two toe separators 10 of the shoe structure as an example, the toe
separators 10 are parallel to the wearing direction, arranged at
the internal front end of the shoe structure 1, and located between
the hallux and the first toe and between the first toe and the
second toe respectively, so as to prevent the toe gaps from
breeding germs and cracking in addition to the prevention on hallex
ectropion; the front end of the shoe structure 1 is divided into a
first wearing space 11 and a second wearing space 12, the total
area ratio of the rear of the first wearing space 11 to the second
wearing space is 1:(3-1):5. In addition, as shown in figures, an
external layer 13 is formed by extending at least one internal
surface of the shoe structure from the toe separators 10, the toe
separator 10 is located in the external layer 13 in which an
opening 131 and two gaps 132 are formed, and the opening 131 of the
external layer is used for holding the palm of the human body. The
basis of the external layer 13 is divided into a full cover and a
semi cover corresponding to the rear half part of the inner surface
of the shoe structure, or is further divided into a type with a
side edge and a type without the side edge. The embodiment is
specified by taking the full cover type without side edge as an
example: the external layer 13 is set in the shoe structure 1 like
a sole in such either a sewing or an interference fit way. The
implementation pattern is specified by taking the external layer 13
set in the shoe structure in an interference fit way, and the inner
surface of the outer layer 13 is either provided with punctiform
bulges or covered with a breathable cloth 130 or the combination
thereof. The implementation pattern is only specified by gluing the
breathable cloth 130.
[0025] As shown in FIG. 7, the shoe structure 1 is specified by the
shoe structure 1. The front end of the shoe structure 1 is divided
into a first wearing space 11 and a second wearing space 11 by the
toe separator 10, and the external layer 13 is in a semi-cover
shape and is provided with an opening 131 used for holding palm of
the human body. The implementation pattern is specified by taking
the external layer 13 covered with the breathable cloth 130 as an
example. As shown in FIG. 8, a shoe structure 1 is specified by
taking the shoe structure with three toe separators 10 as an
example. The front end of the shoe structure 1 is divided into a
first space and three second spaces 12 by the toe separators 10,
like FIG. 7, the external layer is also in a semi-cover type.
However, the gap 132 is formed corresponding to the toe separators
10; also, by taking the external layer 13 in a sewing way as an
example, the external layer 13 is arranged in the shoe structure,
therefore the external layer 13 has to be fixed in the shoe
structure 1 because the external layer cannot move due to walking.
The implementation pattern is high-heeled shoes.
[0026] As shown in FIG. 9, a shoe structure 1 is specified by four
toe separators as an example: the front end of the shoe structure 1
is divided into a first wearing space and four second wearing
spaces 12 by the toe separator 10, and the external layer is
specified by a full cover with a side edge in the implementation
pattern. Also, the external layer 13 is arranged in the shoe
structure 1 in an interference fit way in the implementation
pattern, so that the external layer can be taken out of the shoe
structure for cleaning, and the shoe structure can be used for
various shoes, and the implementation pattern is specified by
leather shoes.
[0027] The abovementioned embodiments are better embodiments of the
shoe structure only, but are not used for limiting the scope of
implementation of the shoe structure; therefore, the shoe structure
is not used for breaking away from the equalization change and
modification in the spirit and scope and is included in the patent
scope of the invention.
