MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION

[0061] Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0062] An apparatus 1 for containing heterogeneous materials, which is applied to a container B in a discharging direction of a content includes a main body 100 coupled to a mouth of the container B and a receiving part 200 having a storage space 201 and an opening/closing hole 202 within the main body 10. A discharge member 300 is coupled around a main body mouth 101 that is disposed in an upper portion of the main body 100 at the upper portion of the main body 100 having the receiving part 200, and the discharge member 300 coupled around the main body mouth 101 is coupled by an opening/closing upper cap 400 disposed around an upper portion thereof.

[0063] Also, to open the apparatus 1 for containing the heterogeneous materials, when the upper cap 400 rotates to be opened, a discharge member upper end stopper 401 of the upper cap 400 catches an upper end stopper 301 of the discharge member 300 to move upward. Also, the discharge member stop the upward movement when the stopper 302 of the discharge member 300 is caught by a mouth lower end 103 of a discharge member receiving mouth 102 disposed inside the main body mouth 101.

[0064] Also, to allow the different type of material stored in the storage space 201 of the receiving part 200 to drop and be mixed while the sealing part of the discharge member 300 that blocks the opening/closing hole 202 of the receiving part 202 is opened, the auxiliary sealing part 500 is assembled with the opening/closing hole 202.

[0065] Also, the auxiliary sealing part 500 is used for sealing the opening/closing hole 202 of the receiving part 200. To perform the above-described process, an auxiliary sealing part stopper 303 is disposed on a lower end of the discharge member 300, and the auxiliary sealing part 500 is assembled with the auxiliary sealing part stopper 303 around the opening/closing hole 202 of the receiving part 200.

[0066] Also, a coupling stopper 501 disposed on an upper end of the auxiliary sealing part 500 is fitted into and coupled to the auxiliary sealing part stopper 303 of the discharge member 300, and a plurality of spaces 502 and protrusions 503 are provided in/on a lower end of the auxiliary sealing part 500.

[0067] Also, the sealing part 504 formed of a soft material is coupled to an upper portion of each of the spaces 502 and protrusions 503 of the auxiliary sealing part 500, and the sealing part 504 is configured to seal the opening/closing hole 202 of the receiving part 200.

[0068] Also, a sealing annular rim 203 is disposed on an upper outer annular part of the receiving part 200. The sealing annular rim 203 includes a receiving part sealing annular rim 105 on an upper inner wall of a screw thread of the main body 100 corresponding thereto. The sealing annular rim 203 is hung on the receiving part sealing annular rim 105 to maintain the sealing between the receiving part 200 and the main body 100.

[0069] Also, the discharge member 300 is assembled around the main body mouth 101 of the main body within the main body 100, and the upper cap 400 is coupled around the main body 100 on which the discharge member 300 is disposed. An opening/closing hole cover 600 is coupled to the opening/closing hole 202 of the receiving part 200 of the apparatus 1 for containing the heterogeneous material. When the different type of material is injected into the storage space 201 of the receiving part 200 within the apparatus 1 for containing the heterogeneous material, the opening/closing cover 600 is removed, and then, the different type of material is injected through the opening/closing hole 202 (see FIG. 5). Then, the auxiliary sealing part 500 on which the sealing part 504 is disposed is pushed into the opening/closing hole 202 to allow the upper end coupling stopper 501 of the auxiliary sealing part 500 to be fixedly caught by the auxiliary sealing part stopper of the discharge member 300.

[0070] Also, in the apparatus 1 for containing the heterogeneous material, in which the receiving part 200 having the storage space 201 is coupled within the main body 100, the discharge member 300 is coupled around the upper main body mouth 101 of the main body 100, and the auxiliary sealing part 500 blocks the opening/closing hole 202 of the receiving part 200 at a lower portion of the discharge member 300, a discharge hole cover 700 is coupled to an upper portion of the discharge member 300 (see FIG. 6). Thus, when it is intended to inject the different type of material into the inner storage space 201 of the apparatus 1 for containing the heterogeneous material, the discharge hole cover 700 is removed, and then a liquid or powder is injected through an upper end discharge hole 304 of the discharge member 300, and the opening/closing upper cap 400 is coupled around the main body mouth 101 of the main body 100, which corresponds to an upper side of the discharge member 300.

[0071] Also, a sealing inner wall 204 is disposed in the opening/closing hole 202 of the receiving part 200, and a sealing reinforcement rim 205 for maintaining airtightness of the sealing part 504 is disposed on the sealing inner wall 204.

[0072] Also, the sealing inner wall 204 is disposed in the opening/closing hole 202 of the receiving part 200, and at least five sealing part removing protrusions 206 are disposed on an upper portion 204 of the sealing inner wall 204. The sealing inner wall 204 is disposed in the opening/closing hole 202 of the receiving part 200, and a space 207 is defined in an outer annular part of the sealing inner wall 204.

[0073] Also, an upper end of each of the sealing part removing protrusions 206 is inclined inward, and the sealing part removing protrusions 206 have upwardly protruding lengths different from each other. The elastic sealing part removing protrusions 206 having the protruding lengths different from each other may remove the sealing part 504 upward, regardless of the position of the sealing part 504 while the discharge member 300 descends after ascending.

[0074] Referring to the additional description, in the main body 100, a sealing annular wing 106 is disposed on an upper end of an inner wall of a discharge member receiving mouth 102, and an annular rim catching rim 107 having an annular rim insertion groove 108 for catching and fixing the annular rim 208 of the receiving part 200 is disposed on a lower wall of the receiving part sealing annular rim 105 of the main body 100. A receiving part upper end insertion groove 109 with which the insertion part 209 of the receiving part 200 is assembled is defined in an upper surface of the receiving part sealing annular rim 105. Also, a lower end sealing part insertion groove 110 into which a lower end sealing part 402 of the upper cap 400 is inserted is defined between the main body mouth 101 and the discharge member receiving mouth 102.

[0075] Also, the annular rim 208 is assembled with the receiving part 200 within the main body 100 in a manner in which the annular rim 208 is fitted into the annular rim catching rim 107. A sealing part stopper 210 is disposed on a lower end inner wall in the lower end opening/closing hole 202 of the receiving part 200 (see FIG. 3).

[0076] Also, the discharge member 300 is assembled around the discharge member receiving mouth 102 of the main body 100. The discharge member 300 is disposed to allow a mouth lower end upper receiving part 307 having a slightly recessed shape to surround a mouth lower end 103. An upper end stopper 301 and a lower end stopper 305 are disposed on the upper end of the discharge member 300, and an elastic sealing annular wing 306 is disposed on an upper end inner wall of the discharge member 300 (see FIG. 4).

[0077] As described above, the apparatus 1 for containing the heterogeneous materials may be the apparatus 1 for containing the heterogeneous materials as illustrated in FIG. 1 when an auxiliary sealing part 500 is inserted into the opening/closing hole 202 after the different type of material is injected through the opening/closing hole 202 in the state of FIG. 5.

[0078] Also, in some cases, when the different type of material is injected through the discharge hole 303 of the discharge member 300 in the state of FIG. 6, the content is filled into the storage space 201 of the receiving part 200 through a space 308. In this state, the filling of the heterogeneous materials completed, the upper portion of the discharge hole 304 is sealed by the upper cap 400 as illustrated in FIG. 1.

[0079] Also, in this process, the upper cap 400 is coupled in a manner in which a screw thread 404 formed on an inner wall of a side surface 403 of the upper cap 400 rotates along a screw thread 104 formed on the outer annular part of the main body mouth 101.

[0080] As described above, the apparatus 1 for containing the heterogeneous materials is coupled around the mouth of the container. In use, when the upper cap 400 is opened in the above-described state, the mouth lower end 103 is temporarily expanded while the screw thread 104 of the main body mouth 101 rotates along the screw thread 404 of the upper cap 400. As a result, the mouth lower end gets out of the mouth lower end upper receiving part 307 (see FIG. 10), and when the upper cap 400 more rotates in this state, the mouth lower end 103 is caught by the stopper 302 and thus temporarily stopped.

[0081] Also, when the upper cap 400 further more rotates in this state, since the mouth lower end 103 closely surrounds the mouth lower end lower receiving part 308 of the discharge member 300, the discharge member 300 may be stopped without being more lifted. At the same time, the upper end stopper 301 and the lower end stopper 305 of the discharge member 300 get out of the discharge member upper end stopper 401 and the discharge member lower end stopper 401 of the upper cap 400, and thus, an upper cap sealing part 407 disposed on the bottom of the upper surface 406 gets out of the sealing annular wing 306. Thus, the upper cap 400 is separated from the main body 100 and the discharge member 300.

[0082] Also, in this process, the auxiliary sealing part 500 together with the discharge member 300 gats out of the opening/closing hole, and simultaneously, the different type of material stored in the storage space 201 drops into a container storage space BS through the opening/closing hole 202 and then is mixed. This process is illustrated in FIG. 7.

[0083] Also, when the upper cap 400 is closed in the above-described state (see FIG. 7), the upper cap 400 pushes the discharge member 300 downward as illustrated in FIG. 8, and simultaneously, the discharge member 300 and the upper cap 400 are coupled as the same as the first.

[0084] As described above, while the upper cap 400 is coupled to the discharge member 300 and the main body 100, the sealing part 504 is caught by the sealing part removing protrusions 206 and thus separated from the auxiliary sealing part 500. Then, the separated sealing part 504 does not block the opening/closing hole 202. In this state, if the container B is shaken, the content within the container B moves into the storage space 201 through the opening/closing hole 202, and the content within the storage space 201 and the content within the container storage space BS are mixed with each other to have a uniform concentration.

[0085] Also, FIG. 9 illustrates a portion of the upper cap 400. Here, the discharge member upper end stopper 401 and the discharge member lower end stopper 405 may have inner diameters different from each other. Preferably, as illustrated in FIG. 9, an inner diameter "Dl" may be greater than that "D".

[0086] Also, as illustrated in FIG. 10, when a gap "H" is greater than that "H1", the upper cap 400 may be easily separated from the discharge member 300.

[0087] Also, FIG. 12 illustrates a portion of the receiving part 200. The sealing between the receiving part 200 and the container B may be significantly realized by the receiving part sealing part 211. Thus, the receiving part sealing part 211 may have elasticity.

[0088] Also, FIG. 13 illustrates a portion of the discharge member 300. A discharge member stopping annular rim 309 is disposed above the mouth lower end upper receiving part 307, and the discharge member stopping annular rim 309 is temporarily stopped by being caught by the sealing annular wing 106 as illustrated in FIG. 7. Then, when the discharge member 300 descends, the discharge member stopping annular rim 309 descends while the sealing annular wing 106 temporarily moves back.

[0089] Also, since the mouth lower end 103 is disposed to elastically surround the mouth lower end upper receiving part 307 without providing the discharge member stopping annular rim 309, the discharge member 300 is not slid downward unless an artificial force is applied to the discharge member 300.

[0090] Also, the mouth lower end 103 has a relatively thin thickness and superior elastic and restoring force. Thus, since the discharge member 300 is surrounded, and the stopper 302 of the discharge member 300 does not get out of the mouth lower end 103, the discharge member 300 is not separated from the main body 100.

[0091] Also, since the opening/closing hole 202 defined in the auxiliary sealing part 500 has a wide space, powder or a heterogeneous powder material such as granulation may be very easily filled into the storage space 201, and also the auxiliary sealing part 500 may prevent the sealing part 504 from descending.

[0092] Continuously, that is, when a content such as powder is contained in the storage space 201, the powder may be more hardly hardened as the time elapses. Thus, in use, when the discharge member 300 ascends, resistance occurs due to the hardened powder, and thus, the sealing part 504 does not get out of the opening/closing hole 202 to break away. However, according to the present invention, the plurality of protrusions 503 for preventing the sealing part 504 from breaking away are provided on the auxiliary sealing part 500 to previously prevent the break-away of the sealing part 504.

[0093] FIG. 16 illustrates a modified example of the auxiliary sealing part 500. Here, a long space 505 may be defined downward, and an annular rim 507 for helping the seating of the sealing part 504 may be disposed on the sealing part insertion part 506.

[0094] In another embodiment (see FIGS. 17 and 18), a sealing part moving part 310 and a discharge member lower end 311 are disposed on the lower end of the discharge member 300. To prevent the sealing part 504 fitted into the discharge member lower end 311 from being separated, a discharge member lower end protrusion 321 is provided. In addition, a sealing part lower end protrusion 212 for preventing the sealing part 504 from being separated is provided on the lower end of the receiving part 200.

[0095] As described above, FIG. 17 illustrates a state in which the sealing part 504 is caught to ascend while the discharge member 300 ascends, and FIG. 18 illustrates a state in which the sealing part 504 is caught by the sealing part removing protrusion 206 while the discharge member 300 descends to allow the discharge member 300 to move to the sealing part moving part 310.

[0096] Also, the sealing reinforcement rim 201 may improve the airtightness between the sealing part 504 and the sealing inner wall 204. This is done because the sealing reinforcement rim 205 having a protruding line shape presses the sealing part 504 formed of a soft material to maintain the airtightness.

[0097] According to further another embodiment (see FIGS. 19 to 21), to prevent the sealing part 504 inserted into the opening/closing hole 202 of the receiving part 200 from dropping downward and being separated, a protection cover 800 having a space 801 is coupled to a protection cover support 213 that is an outer portion of the opening/closing hole 202. This is done because of preventing the sealing part 504 closely fixed to the discharge member lower end 311 of the discharge member 300 from being separated downward.

[0098] Also, as illustrated in FIG. 20, the sealing part 504 is assembled with the discharge member lower end 311 of the discharge member 300, and the protection cover 800 including a space 802 and a protrusion 802 is assembled with the discharge member lower end 311 to prevent the sealing part 504 from dropping. Here, while the discharge member 300 gets out of the opening/closing hole 202, since the protrusion 803 is provided to ascend together with the discharge member 300. Also, when the discharge member 300 descends, the sealing part 504 is caught by the sealing part removing protrusion 206 to allow the sealing part 504 to move to the sealing part moving part 310.

[0099] Also, FIG. 21 illustrates a cutaway perspective view of a main part in which the sealing part removing protrusions 206 are disposed on an upper end of the sealing part inner wall 204. Here, an auxiliary removing protrusion 214 having a different height is disposed between the sealing part removing protrusions 206.

[0100] According to the above-described features (see FIG. 21), when the sealing part (see reference numeral 504) ascends, although an ascending degree of the sealing part to the upper end of the sealing part removing part 206 is different according to an ascending degree of the discharge member (see the above-described discharge member 300) by the consumer, the sealing part may be removed upward as long as the auxiliary removing protrusions 214 having various heights are provided.

[0101] Also, as illustrated in FIG. 21, to prevent the sealing part from dropping, the sealing part lower end protrusion 212 is disposed on the lower end, and the sealing part stopper 210 is disposed on the upper portion to prevent the sealing part from dropping through the sealing part stopper 210 even though the vacuum is applied to the container to allow the sealing part to drop. Also, the sealing reinforcement rim 205 may additionally apply a closely attaching force to the sealing part formed of the soft material.

[0102] According to further another embodiment (see FIG. 22), in the apparatus 1 for containing the heterogeneous material, in which the receiving part 200 and the discharge member 300 are assembled inside the main body 100, and the upper cap 400 is coupled to the upper portion of the main body 100, a sealing part coupling rim 508 for fixing the sealing part 504 coupled to the auxiliary sealing part 500 is provided to prevent the auxiliary sealing part 500 assembled with the opening/closing hole 202 of the receiving part 200 to descend toward the opening/closing hole 202 after the auxiliary sealing part 500 ascends.

[0103] Also, when the discharge member 300 descends after ascending by the discharge member 300, the auxiliary sealing part 500 or the sealing part 504 contacts the upper end of the sealing part removing protrusion 206. In this process, the auxiliary sealing part 500 ascends in a manner in which the auxiliary sealing part 500 is pushed upward from an upper portion of the sealing part stopper 303.

[0104] According to further another embodiment (see FIG. 23), in the apparatus 1 for containing the heterogeneous material, in which the receiving part 200 having the storage space and the discharge member 300 are provided inside the main body 100, the upper cap 400 is assembled with the upper portion of the main body 100, and the sealing part 504 is assembled with the opening/closing hole 202 defined in a lower side of the storage space 201 of the receiving part 200, an auxiliary sealing part 500 including a space 509 and a protrusion 510 is assembled to a discharge member lower end 313 of the discharge member 300 to prevent the sealing part 504 from being separated downward from the opening/closing hole 202 of the sealing part 504.

[0105] According to further another embodiment (see FIGS. 24 and 25), the apparatus 1 for containing the heterogeneous materials includes a main body 100, a receiving part 200 having a storage space 201 within the main body 100, and a vertically movable discharge member 300. A lower opening/closing hole 202 of the receiving part 200 is sealed by the auxiliary sealing part 500, and the auxiliary sealing part 500 is connected to a lower end of the discharge member 300 (referring to the detailed description according to the first embodiment).

[0106] Also, an upper discharge hole 408 in which a discharge hole sealing part 409 communicating with the discharge hole 304 of the discharge member 300 is disposed is defined in a top surface 406 of the upper cap 400 that vertically moves on the main body mouth 101 of the main body 100, and an upper stopper 410 having a protrusion or groove shape is disposed on a side of the top surface 406.

[0107] Also, a discharge hole cover 900 for sealing the upper discharge hole 408 is assembled around the upper discharge hole 408 and the upper stopper 410. A cover sealing part 901 contacting the discharge hole sealing part 409 to maintain the airtightness is disposed on the discharge hole cover 900. Also, a discharge hole cover stopper 904 caught by the upper stopper 410 is disposed inside a side surface 902 that is partitioned by a cutoff line 903 (see FIG. 25).

[0108] Also, the cutoff line 903 may be defined between the top surface 905 and the side surface 902. This is done for preventing the discharge hole cover 900 from being removed for a negative purpose.

[0109] Also, spaces 906 and 907 may be defined in corresponding portions so as to prevent an air pressure from being applied while the discharge hole cover 900 is coupled to the upper discharge hole 408 and the upper stopper 410 of the upper cap 400.

[0110] In the above-described structure, a main reason for forming the upper discharge hole 408 in an upper portion of the upper cap 400 is for more easily injecting the liquid or powder into the storage space 201 of the receiving part 200. In general, although about 250 million won to about 50 million won is spent for developing a filler for filing the content into the storage space 201 within the apparatus for containing the heterogeneous material, about 150 million won may be spend in the method using the discharge hole cover 900 of the present invention.

[0111] According to further another embodiment (see FIG. 26), FIG. 26 illustrates a modified example of the discharge hole cover 900 that is used for sealing the upper discharge hole 408 after the different type of material is filled through the upper discharge hole 408 defined in the upper portion of the upper cap 400. Thus, the present invention is developed so that the content is discharged also through the discharge hole cover 900.

[0112] Preferably, the discharge hole cover 900 includes a cover sealing part 908 for sealing the upper discharge hole 408. The cover sealing part 908 is connected by a connection part 909 without being separated. Also, a skirt that is partitioned by a cutoff line 911 to prevent the cover sealing part form being opened for the negative purpose is disposed on the cover sealing part 908.

[0113] As described above, according to the present invention, when a guide part 912 disposed opposite to the connection part 909 of the discharge hole cover 900 is lifted, the cover sealing part 908 is separated from the upper discharge hole 408 while the cutoff line 909 is broken, and thus, the upper discharge hole 408 is opened. Then, when it is intended to seal the upper discharge hole 408, the guide part 912 is pushed to allow the cover sealing part 908 to seal the upper discharge hole 408 again.

[0114] FIG. 26 illustrates a structure in which a content is injected through the upper discharge hole 408 and also is discharged through the upper discharge hole 408. However, other similar methods may be applied to the present invention.

[0115] According to further another embodiment (see FIGS. 27 and 28), a fundamental surface has been described with reference to the first embodiment. The present embodiment is for explaining a discharge hole sealing part 411 has a stepped shape and disposed on the top surface of the upper cap 400 and an operation part 1000 assembled around the discharge hole sealing part 411.

[0116] Also, the operation part 1000 includes an operation part sealing part 1001 that is assembled with the discharge hole sealing part 441 that corresponds thereto and is opened or closed. A space 102 and an operation part stopper 1003 are disposed in a lower portion of the operation part sealing part 1001, and a discharge hole 1004 is defined in an outer upper portion of the operation part sealing part 1001.

[0117] Also, the operation part 1000 may be vertically movable because an operation part screw thread 1005 is coupled to an upper cap outer surface screw thread 412 that is screw-threaded on a side surface 403 of the upper cap 400.

[0118] Also, a discharge hole sealing part 411 having a width that gradually decreases downward is disposed on the upper discharge hole 408, and the operation part sealing part 1001 of the operation part 1000 is inserted into the upper discharge hole 408 on which the discharge hole sealing part 411 is disposed to seal the discharge hole sealing part 411. An operation part stopper 1003 is disposed on a lower end of the operation part sealing part 1001, and an operation part stopper 1003 is disposed on the operation part sealing part 1001 to catch a lower end of the discharge hole sealing part 411, thereby preventing the discharge hole sealing part 411 from further ascending.

[0119] Also, a screw thread 104 is formed on the main body mouth 101 of the apparatus 1 for containing the heterogeneous materials, and a screw thread 404 of the upper cap 400 is disposed around the screw thread 104 to perform the opening/closing operation. Also, a lower end of the screw thread 404 is configured so that the upper cap 400 is caught by the outer annular portion of the main body mouth 101 of the main body 100 and thus does not ascend above a predetermined height.

[0120] Also, the screw thread 104 formed on the man body mouth 101 of the main body 100 may be disposed on only the upper portion of the main body mouth 101, and an upwardly moving stopper 413 disposed on the lower end of the upper cap 400 is caught by the lower end of the screw thread 104 to prevent the upper cap 400 from further ascending.

[0121] In the above-described state (see FIG. 27), the upper cap 400 is partially opened to lift the discharge member 300. In this process, the auxiliary sealing part 500 that blocks the opening/closing hole 202 is lifted, and simultaneously, the different type of material stored in the storage space 201 of the receiving part 200 drops down through the opening/closing hole 202.

[0122] In this state, if it is intended to discharge the mixed contents, when the operation part 1000 is opened in the state where the upper cap 400 is locked, or the upper cap 400 is lifted, the operation part screw thread 1005 of the operation part 1000 moves upward along an upper cap outer surface screw thread 412. In this process, while the operation part sealing part 1001 gets out of the discharge hole sealing part 411, the discharge hole 1004 is opened.

[0123] In this state (see FIG. 28), the space 1002 of the operation part 1000 communicates with the discharge hole 1004 that is defined thereabove. In this state, when the apparatus 1 for containing the heterogeneous materials is inclined in one direction, the content may be discharged through the operation part discharge hole 1006 disposed on the upper portion of the operation part 1000. In this state, when the operation part 1000 is closed again, the operation part sealing part 1001 seals the discharge hole sealing part 411.

[0124] According to further another embodiment (see FIG. 29), the apparatus 1 for containing the heterogeneous materials, which is coupled to the container in a discharge direction of the content includes a main body 100 coupled to the mount of the container, a screw thread 104 formed on the outer annular portion of the main body mouth 101 of the main body 100, a discharge member receiving mouth 102 disposed inside the main body mouth 101. Here, a vertically movable discharge member 300 is assembled with the discharge member receiving mouth 102.

[0125] Also, a receiving part 200 having a storage space 201 and an opening/closing hole 202 defined in a lower portion thereof is assembled with a bottom of the main body 100 with which the discharge member 300 is assembled. The opening/closing hole 202 of the receiving part 200 is sealed by the auxiliary sealing part 500, ad the auxiliary sealing part 500 is connected to the lower end of the discharge member 300.

[0126] Also, the upper cap 400 that is vertically movable within a predetermined range in the main body mouth 101 is assembled around the main body mouth 101 of the main body 100. The bottom portion of the upper cap 400 is fitted into the upper end of the discharge member 300 to vertically move together with the discharge member 300. When the upper cap moves upward, the opening/closing hole 202 of the receiving part 200 is opened. To perform the above-described operation, the upper cap stopper 413 is disposed on a lower end of the inner wall of the side surface 403 of the upper cap 400.

[0127] Also, the upper cap stopper 413 of the upper cap 400 is caught by the lower end of the screw thread 104 of the main body mouth 101 to prevent the upper cap 400 from ascending. Alternatively, other similar method may be applied to the present invention.

[0128] Also, as illustrated as dotted lines in FIG. 28, a rubber introversion 1100 is disposed on the top surface of the upper cap 400, and the mixed contents may be discharged through the rubber introversion 1100 by inserting a syringe into the rubber introversion 1100.

[0129] Also, a connection part to which a hose is capable of being connected may be provided instead of the rubber introversion 1100.

[0130] When the technical structure of the apparatus for containing the heterogeneous materials as described above (see FIGS. 1 to 29) is additionally described with reference to the above-described examples, according to a method for injecting the different type of material into the storage space 201 within the receiving part 200, the different type of material may be injected through the opening/closing hole 202 of the receiving part 200 or through the discharge hole 304 of the discharge member 300 as described above.

[0131] In the apparatus 1 for containing the heterogeneous materials as described above, according to an example of the method for injecting the different type of material into the storage space 201 of the receiving part 200, the apparatus 1 for containing the heterogeneous materials is sorted by a bowl feeder, and the sorted product is placed on a block through an alignment feeder by a pick-up part of a machinery device.

[0132] Also, in this state, the block moves for the next process by a series of conveyor devices. Also, in the moving process, whether several products that are previously sorted are normally processed on the block is detected by a sensor, and the sensed resultant data is transmitted into a central processing unit.

[0133] Also, the product placed on the block immediately moves a block for the next process after the discharge hole cover 700 covered on the discharge hole 304 of the discharge member 300 is removed by the series of machinery devices. The moving product is filled by a preset amount by controlling a nozzle to be filled or a nozzle that is not filled according to the product placed on the block.

[0134] As described above, the block on which filled product is placed moves by the conveyor devices. In the next process, the upper cap 400 is sorted by the bowl feeder, and the sorted product moves by the alignment feeder. Then, the sorted product may be puck-up by the pick-up part to cover the filled product.

[0135] In the above-described process, the central processing unit transmits a command into a capping part for the next process according to whether the prior product is filled. That is, a chuck of a capper locks the upper cap in only the filled product. The capped product may push the block by the conveyor devices that move in an opposite direction by the series of devices.

[0136] Also, in this state, whether the product is normally capped by using a vision inspection module in the next process. The inspected data is transmitted into the central processing unit and then controlled.

[0137] Also, after the above-described process is performed, the good product of which the data is processed in the central processing unit and is inspected by using the inspection module is picked-up in the next process and then is rejected, and the poor product is picked-up in the next process and then is rejected.

[0138] When the process is completed as described above, the block may be pushed to the conveyor device that is disposed at an opposite side thereof to perform a series of continuous processes on the product.

[0139] Also, the apparatus 1 for containing the heterogeneous materials that is proposed in the present invention includes a main body 100, a receiving part 200, a discharge member 300, an upper cap 400, and an auxiliary sealing part 500. The above-described parts may be automatically assembled by a series of assemblers.

[0140] Also, according to one structure of the assembler, the discharge member 300 is sorted by the series of bowl feeders and transferred into an assembly structure through the alignment feeder. The transferred discharge member 300 moves for the next process after being fitted into a core. Also, whether the discharge member 300 exists in the assembly structure in this process or is normal is detected, and thus, the detected result is transmitted into the central processing unit.

[0141] Also, in the next process after the above-described process is performed, the main body 100 is sorted by the bowl feeder, and the sorted main body 100 is assembled with the discharge member 300 disposed on the assembly structure that is provided in the former (prior) process by the alignment feeder. Here, whether the main body 100 is assembled with the discharge member 300 is detected by a detection unit, and the detected result is transmitted into the central processing unit.

[0142] Also, in the next process after the above-described process is performed, the receiving part 200 is assembled around the moving assembly structure (in the state where in the main body is assembled with the discharge member). In this state as illustrated in FIG. 4, whether the receiving part 200 is well assembled is inspected, and the inspected result is immediately transmitted into the central processing unit.

[0143] Then, the upper cap 400 that is sorted by the bowl feeder is assembled around the assembly structure (the discharge member+the main body+the receiving part) that moves for the next process. Here, if the component of the assembly structure (the discharge member+the main body+the receiving part) is assembled or not through a series of processes, the next component is not assembled in the next process.

[0144] Alternatively, the upper cap 400 is not assembled, and the auxiliary sealing part 500 that is sorted by the bowl feeder is assembled with the auxiliary sealing part stopper 303 of the discharge member 300 around the opening/closing hole 202 that is defined in the lower portion of the receiving part 200.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY

[0145] The present invention relates to a structure of an apparatus for containing heterogeneous materials, which effectively mixes concentrate with water, concentrate with general beverage, granulation with water, or powder with water, and so on, and the apparatus for containing the heterogeneous materials may be used in medicine, pharmacy, cosmetics, and industrial fields so as to improve the mixture of the heterogeneous materials.
