Description
CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATION(S)
[0001] This application is a continuation application, claiming the
benefit under .sctn.365(c), of an international application serial
number PCT/KR2014/003221, filed on Apr. 15, 2014, which claimed the
benefit of a Korean patent application filed on May 22, 2013 in the
Korean Intellectual Property Office and assigned Serial number
10-2013-0057943, the entire disclosure of which is hereby
incorporated by reference.
TECHNICAL FIELD
[0002] The present invention relates to a long wallet capable of
keeping paper money without folding the paper money, and more
particularly, to a long wallet which is capable of keeping various
types and sizes of smart phones and exposing a camera of a smart
phone without forming a through-hole thereon such that the easiness
in use and convenience in carrying are improved.
BACKGROUND
[0003] Currently, a wallet for carrying a credit card as well as
paper money or an identification card is classified into a half or
middle wallet for keeping paper money while the paper money is
folded and a long wallet for keeping paper money while the paper
money is unfolded. Although the middle wallet is easy to be
carried, the middle wallet is folded for carrying so that the
appearance is not neat.
[0004] Thus, when a long wallet is used to solve the defect of the
middle wallet, although the long wallet may neatly keep paper money
or a credit card, the long wallet is too easily unfolded.
[0005] Therefore, in recent years, a long wallet has been provided
with hook means for preventing the long wallet from being open
(Korean utility model unexamined publication No. 2010-0011329).
[0006] Since the hook means is more effective in thickly keeping
paper money or various receipts in the long wallet, such long
wallets have been used specifically by housewives or women.
[0007] Meanwhile, when going out, most of people carry long wallets
together with smart phones, which are recently enlarged, mounted on
separated cases. Thus, it is inconvenient to simultaneously carry a
long wallet as well as a smart phone embedded in a case (Korean
utility model registration No. 20-0263614).
[0008] In recent years, a portable phone case is provided with
means capable of keeping paper money or credit cards to provide a
wallet function such that the portability of the portable phone
case is improved, but the case cannot sufficiently exhibit the
typical functions of a wallet. In addition, since various kinds of
cases must be provided according to various types or sizes of smart
phones, it is not greatly economical in productivity. Further,
since a through-hole for using a camera is formed in the case, the
concept of a portable phone case rather than a wallet is
predominate so that most people do not use the case as a wallet
(Korean utility model registration No. 20-0464767).
[0009] That is, since the through-hole is formed in the wallet-type
case according to a position of a camera or speaker of a smart
phone, the concept of a case rather than a wallet is predominate so
that paper money is conventionally kept in a separated wallet.
[0010] In addition, since the through-hole for the camera and
speaker of a smart phone and an additional receiving part for
fixing the smart phone are formed in cases due to various types and
sizes of smart phones, it is difficult to produce various types of
cases.
SUMMARY
[0011] Therefore, according to a long wallet of the present
invention, an adhesive surface having a predetermined area is
provided to an opposite side surface to one inner side surface of
the long wallet in order to allow a rear surface of a smart phone
to adhere to the adhesive surface, so that the long wallet can be
portable while being folded up. In addition, the smart phone may be
used after the long wallet is unfolded and the screen locking is
released. Since the adhesive surface to which the smart phone is
attached is able to slide up or down, when the smart phone is
allowed to move up to use the camera of the smart phone, the camera
can be exposed. Thus, it is possible to solve the problems without
forming any through-holes.
[0012] To this end, according to the present invention, a receiving
part for keeping paper money or a card is provided to one side
surface of a foldable long wallet and an adhesive surface having a
predetermined area is provided to an opposite side surface of the
long wallet. In addition, a slide plate which can move up or down
is attached to the adhesive surface, so that the slide plate can
move up or down in a slide space.
[0013] In addition, the slide plate has longitudinal and traversal
widths larger than those of the adhesive surface exposed to the
opposite side surface of the wallet, so that the slide plate is
prevented from escaping from a base sheet while the slide plate
moves up or down. An opening part is formed in consideration of a
movable width of adhesive surface when the adhesive surface moves
up or down.
[0014] In addition, the slide space is formed to allow the slide
plate to be guided by a sewing line, so that the slide plate
exactly move up or down.
[0015] In addition, auxiliary elevating units are formed on both
sides of the slide plate to minimize the friction with the sewing
line for guiding the slide plate, so that the slide plate is
allowed to easily move up or down.
[0016] In addition, a rim, which serves as a sliding rail, is
formed to the base sheet located on the opposite side surface of
the wallet in order to allow the slide plate to smoothly move up or
down, so that the slide plate slides smoothly and exactly along the
rim of the base sheet.
[0017] Therefore, the wallet is portable without being separated
from the smart phone, so that the function of a smart phone case is
maintained while the function of a wallet is excellently performed.
In this state, if the smart phone attached to the adhesive surface
is pushed to move up in order to use the camera of the smart phone,
the smart phone slides up to expose the camera so that the camera
can be used without being damaged.
[0018] In addition, due to the property of the long wallet keeping
paper money unfolded, the size of the long wallet is greater than
that of the smart phone, so that the long wallet having such a
large size surrounds the portable phone kept in the long wallet.
Thus, even when the wallet falls down, impact is not directly
transferred to the smart phone, so that the smart phone is
prevented from being damaged.
[0019] In addition, since a portion on which the adhesive surface
is formed on the slide plate which is attached closely to the base
sheet giving strength to the wallet, the wallet has strength due to
the base sheet and the slide plate so that the wallet is prevented
from being bent. Thus, the slide plate is exactly operated to move
up or down without bending the adhesive surface attached to the
slide plate, so that the smart phone is prevented from being
unintentionally separated from the wallet.

(12a, 12b and 12c) multi-layered on the paper money receiving part
(11) to secure spaces for receiving cards, and an identification
card receiving part (13) formed on the multi-layered card receiving
parts (12a, 12b and 12c),
[0033] the opposite side surface (20) is spaced apart from the one
side surface (10) by a constant width of a folding surface (30) in
consideration with a thickness of a smart phone (200) and is formed
of a flat plate,
[0034] an adhesive surface (21) is formed on a central portion of
the opposite side surface (20) formed of the plate and has a
predetermined area,
[0035] the adhesive surface (21) adheres to a slide plate (22)
which moves up or down in a slide space (23) and has an opening
part (24) for allowing the adhesive surface (21) to move up or
down, and
[0036] a release paper (25) to be released in use is attached to a
top surface of the adhesive surface (21).
[0037] Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in
detail with reference to accompanying drawings.
[0038] As shown in FIGS. 1 to 6, a long wallet 100 according to the
present invention includes one side surface 10 and an opposite side
surface 20. In addition, the one side surface 10 is formed with a
paper money receiving part 11 for receiving paper money as
necessary, card receiving parts 12a and 12b multi-layered on the
paper money receiving part 11 to secure spaces for receiving cards,
and an identification card receiving part 13 formed on a top
surface of the multi-layered card receiving parts (12a and 12b) as
necessary. The identification card receiving part 13 is provided
with an opening part 13a formed by cutting a central portion of the
identification card receiving part 13 such that an identification
card is easily taken out therefrom. The opposite side surface 20 is
spaced apart from the one side surface 10 by a constant width of a
folding surface 30 in consideration with a thickness of a smart
phone 200 and is formed of a plate. An adhesive surface 21 is
formed on a central portion of the opposite side surface 20 formed
of the plate at a predetermined area. In addition, the adhesive
surface 21 adheres to a slide plate 22 which moves up or down in a
slide space 23 and has an opening part 24 for allowing the adhesive
surface 21 to move up or down.
[0039] In addition, a release paper 25 to be released in use is
attached onto a top surface of the adhesive surface 21.
[0040] In addition, the adhesive surface 21, which is attached to
the slide plate 22 of the opposite side surface 20 is formed at
such a position that the camera of the smart phone attached to the
adhesive surface 21 can be exposed, as shown in FIG. 3, when the
adhesive surface 21 is located at the uppermost position in state
that the opening part 24 is open.
[0041] In addition, the slide space 23, in which the slide plate 22
slides, is formed by a sewing line 26 and a rim sewing line 26a,
and a base sheet 27 formed in the slide space 23 is fixed by the
sewing lines 26 and 26a to allow the slide plate 22, to which the
base sheet 27 is fixed, to easily slide.
[0042] The slide plate 22 has an area to be tightly close to the
sewing lines 26 and 26a forming the slide space 23 such that the
slide plate 22 is prevented from being inclined when the slide
plate 22 moves up or down. In this case, according to the present
invention, the slide plate 22 is formed of a plastic plate material
having a predetermined strength to increase friction with the base
sheet 27 flexible and formed of paper. However, the slide plate 22
may be formed of various kinds of materials having the
properties.
[0043] In addition, when the slide plate 22 slides while tightly
closing to the sewing lines 26 and 26a, the sewing lines 26 and 26a
are pressed against the slide plate 22, so that the width is
narrowed to increase the friction, whereby the slide plate (22)
does not easily move up or down. For this reason, auxiliary
elevating units 28 are formed on both sides of the slide plate
22.
[0044] According to the present invention, the auxiliary elevating
units 28 are formed to both sides of the slide plate 22 in a rail
band 28a, so that the friction is minimized to allow the slide
plate 22 to easily move up or down.
[0045] In addition, there may be used various schemes well known in
the art in order to improve easy of elevation, but the present
invention is not limited thereto.
[0046] In addition, according to the present invention, after the
opening part 24 is form in consideration of the ascent and descent
width, the adhesive surface 21 is formed on the slide plate 22
exposed through the opening part 24, so that the adhesive surface
21 moves within the opening part 24 when the slide plate 22 moves
up or down in the slide space 23 formed by the sewing lines 26 and
26a.
[0047] However, as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, after a support 22c is
formed between the slide plates 22, the adhesive surface 21 is
formed to expose an upper slide plate 22a of the slide plates 22,
and a cutting line 29 is formed only on the opposite side surface
20 after a low slide plate 22b is inserted into the slide space 23,
so that the support 22c moves up or down along the cutting line 29,
thereby allowing the adhesive surface 21 to move up or down.
[0048] In this case, cover surfaces 20a and 20b, which are formed
of leather at both sides about the cutting line 29, are firmly
supported by the rim sewing line 26a formed to the upper and lower
sides of the long wallet in a strip shape, so that the low slide
plate 22b may not be released in the slide space 23, thereby
preventing the lower slide plate 22b from being delaminated.
[0049] In this case, as shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, the slide space
(23) is formed by a rim part 27a which is cut toward an inner side
surface of the base sheet 27 combined and sewed in the cover
surfaces 20a and 20b at which the smart phone 200 is located. The
slide plate 22 is placed in the slide space 23 inside the rim part
27a. The adhesive surface 21 is only exposed to the slide plate 22
through the opening part 24 formed on the front cover surface 20a,
so that the smart phone 200 can adhere to the adhesive surface 21.
In addition. the slide plate 22 is guided in the slide space 23
defined by the cut rim part 27a of the base sheet 27 so that the
slide plate 22 can easily and slidably move up or down.
[0050] That is, the slide space 23 is formed in the rim part 27a
formed inside the base sheet 27 in a rectangular shape. Thus, the
slide plate 22 is exactly guided by the rim part 27a in stat that
the slide plate 22 is inserted into the slide space 23 of the rim
part 27a. In this case, when the slide plate 22 moves up or down,
the friction of the slide plate 22 is minimized so that the sliding
operation can be easily performed.
[0051] In addition, the base sheet is interposed between the cover
papers 20a and 20b so that the base sheet is sewed with the cover
papers 20a and 20b to allow cover papers 20a and 20b to approach to
the cut rim part 27a, so that the base sheet 27 does not move and
the slide plate 22 located in the slide space 23 formed by cutting
the base sheet 27 does not escape by the sewing line 26a.
[0052] In addition, in state that the smart phone is attached to
the adhesive surface 21, the opening part 24 is prevented from
being exposed. Further, since the slide plate 22 is closely
attached in the slide space 23 and the cover surfaces 20a and 20
are wide, the smart phone is prevented from being swung while the
slide plate 22 is raised.
