DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0022] In the following descriptions, the present invention will be explained with reference to various exemplary embodiments. Nevertheless, these embodiments are not intended to limit the present invention to any specific example, environment, application, or particular implementation described herein. Therefore, descriptions of these example embodiments are only provided for purpose of illustration rather than to limit the present invention.

[0023] Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2a together, there are shown schematic views illustrating a first embodiment of a paired wearing structure (before combination) according to the present invention.

[0024] In the first embodiment, a paired wearing structure 1 is proposed. The paired wearing structure 1 may be made of leather, fabric fibers, latex or the like materials, and may be such structures as a sock set, a glove set, a sleeve set or the like that people can wear in pairs. A first wearing part 10 and a second wearing part 20 may be identical to each other in shape.

[0025] The paired wearing structure 1 may comprise the first wearing part 10 and the second wearing part 20. The first wearing part 10 has a first opening portion 11 and a first covering portion 12, and the second wearing part 20 has a second opening portion 21 and a second covering portion 22. The paired wearing structure 1 may further comprise a first connector 30 and a second connector 40. The first connector 30 is disposed on the first wearing part 10 and the second connector 40 is disposed on the second wearing part 20. The first wearing part 10 is combined with the second wearing part 20 (as shown in FIG. 3) by attaching the first connector 30 with the second connector 40. Further features of related components will be sequentially described as follows.

[0026] The first opening portion 11 and the first covering portion 12 are connected with each other and may be formed of a same material; and similarly, the second opening portion 21 and the second covering portion 22 are connected with each other and may be formed of a same material.

[0027] The first connector 30 is disposed on the first wearing part 10, and the second connector 40 is disposed on the second wearing part 20. The first wearing part 10 may be combined with the second wearing part 20 by correspondingly fixing the first connector 30 and the second connector 40 to any positions of the first wearing part 10 and the second wearing part 20 respectively through sewing, bonding or the like. Preferably, the first connector 30 is disposed on the first opening portion 11, and the second connector 40 is disposed on the second opening portion 21.

[0028] The first connector 30 may comprise a button 31, which may be a common button with one or more sewing holes, and may be made of metal, plastic, a composite material or the like.

[0029] The second connector may comprise a button fastener 41, which may be a slit 411 or an elastic rubber ring (not shown); and the shape of the button fastener 41 allows it to be adequately connected with the button 31, i.e., the button fastener covers or hitches the button 31.

[0030] Then, when the first wearing part 10 and the second wearing part 20 are not being worn by a user, they can be combined together by means of the first connector 30 and the second connector 40 and will not be separated easily. For example, this embodiment can provide this efficacy in the following scenario. For example, when there are a plurality of pairs of socks having different sizes but the same color or similar styles to be washed, the user can firstly combine the socks in pairs before putting them into the washing machine for washing; and after the washing is completed, it may become quicker for the user to classify the paired wearing structures 1 for air-drying and storage. Similarly, after having taken off the used paired wearing structure 1, the user may combine the paired wearing structure 1 firstly before putting it into a laundry basket, which can ease the burden of a washer again.

[0031] With the paired wearing structure according to the first embodiment of the present invention having been described above, a paired wearing structure according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described next. Referring to FIG. 2b, there is shown a schematic view illustrating the paired wearing structure (before combination) of the second embodiment.

[0032] In the second embodiment, a paired wearing structure 2 is similar to the paired wearing structure 1 of the first embodiment, but differs in that: the first connector 30 further comprises a protection layer 50, which may also be fixed to the first wearing part 10 through sewing, bonding or the like, and the button 31 is connected with the first wearing part 10 by being disposed on the protection layer 50. The protection layer 50 may be made of fabric or plastic, and may have a rectangular or irregular shape.

[0033] The protection layer 50 is disposed for the following purpose: the paired wearing structure 1 may be subjected to pulling forces from other clothes during the washing process in the washing machine, and directly disposing the button 31 on the protection layer 50 can prevent the first wearing part 10 from being directly damaged when an excessive pulling force is generated; and furthermore, after the protection layer 50 is fixed to the first wearing part 10 through sewing or bonding, the residual thread and the residual adhesive generated due to the sewing or bonding process can also be concealed by the protection layer 50 so that the aesthetic appearance of the first wearing part 10 will not be affected.

[0034] The second connecting part 40 may also comprise another protection layer (not shown) so that the button fastener 41 can be firstly disposed on the protection layer before being disposed on the second wearing part 20.

[0035] With the paired wearing structure according to the second embodiment of the present invention having been described above, a paired wearing structure according to a third embodiment of the present invention will be described next. Referring to FIG. 4 and FIG. 5a, there are shown a schematic view and a partial cross-sectional view of a paired wearing structure 3 according to the third embodiment respectively.

[0036] The paired wearing structure 3 of the third embodiment is similar to the paired wearing structure 1 of the first embodiment, but differs it in that: the first connector 30 comprises a magnetic component 32 and the second connector 40 comprises a magnetisable component 42 so that the first connector 30 and the second connector 40 can be combined with each other through the magnetic force therebetween, which will be further described as follows.

[0037] Referring to FIG. 5a, the magnetic component 32 may comprise a supporting seat 321 and a magnet 322. The supporting seat 321 is disposed on the first wearing part 10, and may be fixed to the first wearing part 10 through sewing, bonding or the like.

[0038] The supporting seat 321 is a block-shaped material with a certain thickness, and has a recess 3211 on a surface thereof. The recess 3211 forms an accommodating space adapted to accommodate the magnet 322. The magnet 322 may be fixed inside the recess 3211 through a tight fit, bonding or the like, and will not get loose easily. Furthermore, the supporting seat 321 may be made of a soft rubber, a plastic mat, an elastic metal sheet or the like so that the first wearing part 10 combined with the supporting seat 321 can be more closely attached to the skin without causing discomfort to the user who wears the first wearing part 10.

[0039] The magnetic component 32 may further comprise a protection film 323 disposed in the supporting seat 321 and covering the magnet 322. The protection film 323 may have water-proofing and dust-isolating functions, and may be made of a thin material such as a plastic sheet, a rubber sheet or leather or made of a film-plated metal material. Furthermore, the thickness of the protection film 323 will not affect the magnetic force of the magnet 322.

[0040] The second connector 40 may comprise a magnetisable component 42, which has a shaped bump 421 on a surface thereof. The magnetisable component is of a ferro magnetic material which can be attracted by the magnet, for example, a metal material such as iron, nickel, cobalt or the like. The shaped bump 421 of the magnetisable component 42 may be fitted into the recess 3211.

[0041] Referring back to FIG. 5a, there is shown a partial cross-sectional view of the first wearing part 10 and the second wearing part 20. A shape of the recess 3211 and a shape of the shaped bump 421 are identical to each other, and the shaped bump 421 and the recess 3211 engage with each other through the magnetic force therebetween and may be attracted by each other due to the magnetic force. Therefore, when the user is to separate the first wearing part 10 from the second wearing part 20, the user can only separate them in a single direction in which they are assembled, and it is difficult to separate them in the other direction. In this way, if the first wearing part 10 and the second wearing part 20 are put into the washing machine for washing in a combined state, the risk of separation can be reduced.

[0042] With the paired wearing structure according to the third embodiment of the present invention having been described above, the paired wearing structure according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described next. Referring to FIG. 5b, there is shown a partial cross-sectional view of a paired wearing structure 4 (after combination) of the fourth embodiment.

[0043] The paired wearing structure 4 of the fourth embodiment is similar to the paired wearing structure 3 of the third embodiment, but differs in that: the first connector 30 may further comprise a protection layer 50. The protection layer 50 may also be fixed to the first wearing part 10 through sewing, bonding or the like so that the magnetic component 32 is connected with the first wearing part 10 by firstly being disposed on the protection layer 50. The protection layer 50 may be made of fabric or plastic, and may have a rectangular or irregular shape. The second connector 40 may also comprise another protection layer (not shown) so that the magnetisable component 42 is firstly disposed on the protection layer (not shown) before being disposed on the second wearing part 20.

[0044] With the paired wearing structure according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention having been described above, a paired wearing structure according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention will be described next. Referring to FIG. 6 and FIG. 7, there are shown two schematic views of the paired wearing structure 5 (before combination) of the fifth embodiment.

[0045] The paired wearing structure 5 of the fifth embodiment is similar to the paired wearing structure 3 of the third embodiment, but differs in that: the first connector 30 further comprises a bonding component 33, and the second connector 40 may comprise a bonding object 43 so that the first connector 30 and the second connector 40 can be combined with each other through the bonding force therebetween, which will be further described as follows.

[0046] Referring back to FIG. 7, the bonding component 33 may be directly or indirectly disposed on the first wearing part 10 (e.g., through a protection layer 50), and may comprise a supporting seat 331 and a fabric hook-and-loop fastener 332. The support seat 331 may have a recess 3311 adapted to accommodate the fabric hook-and-loop fastener 332. The fabric hook-and-loop fastener 332 may be a Velcro tape, and has a plurality of soft hooks 3321 on a surface thereof.

[0047] The bonding object 43 may be directly or indirectly disposed on the second wearing part 20, and may also be another fabric hook-and-loop fastener 431, which has a size and a shape adapted to be fitted into the recess 3311. Therefore, when the first wearing part 10 and the second wearing part 20 are to be separated, the first wearing part 10 and the second wearing part 20 can only be separated in a single direction in which they are assembled, and it is difficult to separate them in the other direction. Accordingly, the risk of unexpected separation can be reduced.

[0048] Referring to FIG. 7 again, there is shown a partial cross-sectional view of the paired wearing structure 5 (before combination) of the fifth embodiment.

[0049] After the first connector 30 and the second connector 40 are combined, the fabric hook-and-loop fastener 332 of the first connector 30 and the fabric hook-and-loop fastener 431 of the second connector 40 will be bonded together; and soft nylon loops 4311 on the surface of the fabric hook-and-loop fastener 431 can hitch the soft hooks 3321 of the fabric hook-and-loop fastener 332 so that the two can be combined with each other. The fabric hook-and-loop fastener 332 and the fabric hook-and-loop fastener 431 further have the characteristic of being bendable, so they can be bent along with the first wearing part 10 and the second wearing part 20.

[0050] With the paired wearing structure according to the fifth embodiment of the present invention having been described above, a paired wearing structure according to a sixth embodiment of the present invention will be described next. Referring to FIG. 8, there is shown a schematic view illustrating the paired wearing structure 6 (before combination) of the sixth embodiment.

[0051] The paired wearing structure 6 of the sixth embodiment is similar to the paired wearing structure 1 of the first embodiment, but differs in that: the first connector 30 further comprises a brass button 34, and the second connector 40 may comprise a brass button presser 44; and the brass button presser 44 may be a pressing buckle so that the first connector 30 and the second connector 40 can be fastened to each other through pressing or the like.

[0052] Referring to FIG. 9 and FIG. 10, there are shown two schematic views illustrating a paired wearing structure (before combination) of a seventh embodiment and a paired wearing structure (before combination) of an eighth embodiment respectively.

[0053] The paired wearing structure of the seventh embodiment and the paired wearing structure of the eighth embodiment are similar to the paired wearing structure 1 of the first embodiment, but differ from the paired wearing structure 1 of the first embodiment in that: the first connector 30 further comprises a binding band 35, and the second connector 40 may be also a binding band 45 or a slit 351. The binding bands 35 and 45 may be made of an elastic band, a cloth rope, a plastic rope or the like. The binding band 35 can pass through the slit 351, or be connected with the binding band 45 through tying, intertwining or the like to form a knot or a ribbon, and the binding bands 35 and 45 may be made of different materials respectively so that the first connector 30 and the second connector 40 can be combined with each other.

[0054] It should be appreciated that, the first connector and the second connector shown in FIGS. 8-10 respectively may also be directly or indirectly disposed on the first wearing part 10 and the second wearing part 20 (e.g., via a protection layer) respectively through sewing, bonding or the like.

[0055] Referring to FIG. 6 and FIG. 7 again, the bonding component 33 can be utilized in other wearing structure (i.e. not limited to paired), such as T-shirt, coat and hat (not shown). So, the supporting seat 331 of the bonding component 33 is disposed on a part of the wearing structure directly or indirectly (i.e. with a protection layer 50 interposed), and the fabric hook-and-loop fastener 332 is accommodated in the recess 3311 of the supporting seat 331. The fabric hook-and-loop fastener 332 can bond to another part of the same wearing structure, or bond to another hook-and-loop fastener 431 disposed on the same wearing structure.

[0056] According to the above descriptions, the paired wearing structures according to each of the embodiments of the present invention can effectively make improvements on the drawbacks of the prior art, and can be implemented in paired wearing structures of various styles, so they are flexible and convenient to use.

[0057] The above disclosure is related to the detailed technical contents and inventive features thereof. People skilled in this field may proceed with a variety of modifications and replacements based on the disclosures and suggestions of the invention as described without departing from the characteristics thereof. Nevertheless, although such modifications and replacements are not fully disclosed in the above descriptions, they have substantially been covered in the following claims as appended.
