Description

CROSS REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATION

[0001] This application claims the priority benefits of Chinese application No. CN201420047675.7 filed on Jan. 23, 2014, the contents of which are hereby incorporated by reference in its entirety.

TECHNICAL FIELD

[0002] The invention relates to a paper bag-attaching cup clamping sticker which is capable of connecting a drink cup with a food paper bag.

BACKGROUND

[0003] When selling products at present, many fast-food businesses or distinctive snack shops generally use a paper box or bag with certain thickness for packaging, which is a waste of paper materials and disadvantageous to the environmental protection, and finally it is required a food plastic bag for joint package, for example, when a package of popcorn and a cup of drink are bought, it is required a large paper drum and a small paper cup, if packing is necessary, it is needed another plastic bag. Thus, this approach is very inconvenient for using in the case of no tables.

SUMMARY

[0004] To address this status quo failing to combine food and drink in more environmental-friendly and more convenient manner, the present utility model provides a paper bag-attaching cup clamping sticker, the present utility model can not only simply combine snacks and drinks, but also adhere thin paper to food paper bags, thereby reducing the use amount of paper or additionally saving the use of plastic packaging bags. In use, a user can simply pick up the purchased drinks and snacks by one hand.

[0005] The technical solution to technical problems solved by the present utility model is: a paper bag-attaching cup clamping sticker comprises a gluing adhesive area (1), a first fold line (2), a cup rim enclosure area (3), a second raised fold line(4),a turn-around area along the cup (5), a third cup-flat fold line (6), a straw clamping ring (7), a cup-through hole (8) and a straw-through hole (9).

[0006] The gluing adhesive area (1) may be in any shape and connected with the cup rim enclosure area (3) as a whole. The cup-through hole (8) is located within the cup rim enclosure area (3).

[0007] One side of the turn-around area along the cup (5) is connected with the straw clamping ring (7), the other side thereof is connected with the cup rim enclosure area (3), and the straw-through hole (9) is arranged on the straw clamping ring (7).

[0008] Paper sheets with relative thickness or materials with relative stiffness and hardness are processed by methods such as die-cutting, flanging, and gluing to form the paper bag-attaching cup clamping sticker. In the die-cutting and flanging processes, the gluing adhesive area, the first fold line, the cup rim enclosure area, the second raised fold line, the turn-around area along the cup, the third cup-flat fold line, the straw clamping ring and the cup-through hole are respectively molded, after die cutting and flanging, the gluing adhesive area is glued to complete the paper bag-attaching cup clamping sticker as a whole.

[0009] The beneficial effect of the present utility model is that, when it is required to load snacks and drinks, after the paper bag connected with the paper bag-attaching cup clamping sticker is used, snacks and drinks may be loaded simultaneously, which not only eliminates the need of plastic bags for joint package, but also reduces the dependence on the use amount of relatively thick paper product packages. In addition, the cost of packages is not only reduced in the commercial procurement aspect, on the other hand, the concept of saving and environmental protection is advocated.

[0010] Detailed description is made to the invention through combining the following drawings and embodiments.

DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0011] FIG. 1 is a top view of the cup clamping sticker of the paper bag-attaching cup clamping sticker of the present utility model.

[0012] FIG. 2 is an axis side schematic view of the cup clamping sticker of the paper bag-attaching cup clamping sticker of the present utility model;

[0013] FIG. 3 is an application effect schematic view of the cup clamping sticker of the paper bag-attaching cup clamping sticker of the present utility model.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0014] In FIG. 1, the die-cutting and (using a die for cutting) and flanging technologies are used to respectively process the gluing adhesive area 1, the first fold line 2, the cup rim enclosure area 3, the second raised fold line 4, the turn-around area along the cup 5, the third cup-flat fold line 6, the straw clamping ring 7, the cup-through hole 8, and the straw-through hole 9 of the paper bag-attaching cup clamping sticker, and the paper bag-attaching cup clamping sticker is then molded.

[0015] Wherein the gluing adhesive area 1 is used to be adhered at the paper bag, the cup rim enclosure area 3 and the gluing adhesive area 1 are connected as a whole, the first fold line 2 is disposed between described gluing adhesive area 1 and the cup rim enclosure area 3, the cup-through hole 8 and the turn-around area along the cup 5 are arranged on the cup rim enclosure area 3, the turn-around area along the cup 5 is connected with one straw clamping ring 7 which is provided with the straw-through hole 9, and the gluing adhesive area may be in any shape.

[0016] One side of the turn-around area along the cup 5 is connected with the straw clamping ring 7, the other side of the turn-around area along the cup 5 is connected with the cup rim enclosure area 3, and the turn-around area along the cup 5 and the straw clamping ring 7 are located within the cup-through hole 8 opened in the cup rim enclosure area 3.

[0017] Wherein the gluing adhesive area 1 can be adhered to or directly connected with any paper package as a whole in the die-cutting.

[0018] In FIG. 2, the expansion visual effect of the paper bag-attaching cup clamping sticker after being adhered to the corresponding paper cup can be observed, in which the first fold line 2, the cup rim enclosure area 3, the second raised fold line 4, the turn-around area along the cup 5, the third cup-flat fold line 6, the straw clamping ring 7, the cup-through hole 8, the straw-through hole 9 and the back of the gluing adhesive area 1 can be seen.

[0019] In FIG. 3, in use, the paper bag and the paper bag-attaching cup clamping sticker are adhered to each other, the first fold line 2 is folded outwards, so that the cup rim enclosure area 3 is in horizontal shape, and then the bottom of the drink cup is aligned with the cup-through hole 8, the drink cup is placed down and finally fixed at the cup rim enclosure area 3, and then the straw clamping ring 7 is used for sleeving a straw on the drink cup through the straw-through hole 9.
