Description
TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present invention relates to a wrap case for packaging,
and in particular to a wrap case for packaging, which is
characterized in that a component for fixing a wrap is integrally
provided, not separately, in order to fix the wrap, so the wrap is
prevented from moving during the packaging of a predetermined
thing, and a packaging work is easy, and the weight is light while
effectively protecting the built-in wrap along with an easier
recycling. Safety may be enhanced since metallic teeth are not
used.
BACKGROUND ART
[0002] A predetermined container filled with food is generally
sealed using a wrap in order to prevent the food from being
oxidized as the food comes into direct contact with air. Such a
wrap is a packaging material made from a synthetic resin in a form
of film and is configured to maintain the freshness of food in such
a way to seal the container containing a variety of foods.
[0003] The related packaging wrap is wound on a cylindrical winding
roll and is accommodated in a predetermined shaped packaging wrap
case. Such a related packaging wrap is manufactured by bending a
sheet of paper into a rectangular parallelepiped shape wherein a
cover is integrally provided while leaving one side of the
rectangular parallelepiped open. In order to cut the wrap, metallic
teeth are formed along one edge of the above open side.
[0004] In the above-described related wrap case, the winding roll
is simply inserted inside of the case, not fixed to the case. When
a user unwinds the wound wrap when in use, the wound roll moves
inside of the case, so cutting the wrap properly becomes hard.
[0005] When the wound roll moves, it may roll out of the case. In
order to prevent the wound roll from rolling out of the case, the
user needs to hold the wrap tightly. Since the related wrap case is
made from paper, if the user holds the wrap tightly, the wrap case
may be easily crushed, thus damaging the wrap accommodated inside
of the wrap case. When the user packs a predetermined container
using a packaging wrap while holding the related wrap case with a
hand, the metallic teeth of the wrap case may hurt the user's hand
due to the user's carelessness.
[0006] As one of the related art, the Korean Patent Publication
Number 10-2010-0100460 describes a wrap cutter for packaging.
DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION
Technical Field
[0007] Accordingly, the present invention is made in an effort to
improve the above-described problems. It is an object of the
present invention to provide a wrap case for packaging, which is
characterized in that a component for fixing a wrap is integrally
provided, not separately, in order to fix the wrap, so the wrap is
prevented from moving during the packaging of a predetermined
thing, and a packaging work is easy, and the weight is light while
effectively protecting the built-in wrap. Recycling is easy because
a heterogeneous material is not used. Safety may be enhanced since
metallic teeth are not bonded using an adhesive, along with easier
recycling.
Solution to Problem
[0008] To achieve the above objects, there is provided a wrap case
1 for packaging, which is configured to accommodate a wrap 3 for
packaging wound around a paper pipe 2, comprising a rectangular
first bottom plate 10; a first front surface plate 11 and a first
rear surface plate 13 which respectively extend from both long side
portions of the first bottom plate 10; a pair of first side surface
plates 15 which extend from both short side portions of the first
bottom plate 10; a first reinforcing plate 16 which extends from an
outer side edge of the first side surface plate 15 in a shape
corresponding to the first side surface plate 15; connection plates
12 and 14 which extend from both short side portions of the first
front surface plate 11 and the first rear surface plate 13 and are
folded between the first side surface plate 15 and the first
reinforcing plate 16; a second front surface plate 17 which extends
from a longer side of the first front surface plate 11 in such a
manner as to overlap the first front surface plate 11; a second
bottom plate 18 which extends from a longer side of the second
front surface plate 17 in such a manner as to overlap the first
bottom plate 10; a second rear surface plate 19 which extends from
a longer side of the second bottom plate 18 in such a manner as to
overlap the first rear surface plate 13; a pair of second side
surface plates 20 which extend from both short side portions of the
second bottom plate 18 and are overlapped on the first side surface
plate 15; a second reinforcing plate 22 which extends from an outer
side edge of the second side surface plate 20; an upper surface
cover plate 24 which extends from a longer side of the first rear
surface plate 13 an is formed in a shape corresponding to the first
bottom plate 10; and a front surface cover plate 26 which extends
from a longer side of the upper surface cover plate 24 and is
configured to cover the first front surface plate 11, wherein at
either the second side surface plate 20 or the second reinforcing
plate 22, there is formed a shaft hole 21 into which an end of the
paper pipe 2 around which the wrap 3 is wound is inserted.
[0009] To achieve the above object, there is provided a wrap case 1
for packaging, which is configured to accommodate a wrap 3 for
packaging wound around a paper pipe 2, comprising a rectangular
bottom plate 30; a front surface plate 31 and a rear surface plate
33 which respectively extend from both short side portions of the
bottom plate 30; a pair of side surface plates 35 which extend from
both short side portions of the bottom plate 30; a reinforcing
plate 36 which extends from an outer side edge of the side surface
plate 35 in a shape corresponding to the side surface plate 35 and
includes a shaft hole 37 into which an end of the paper pipe 2 is
inserted; connection plates 32 and 34 which extend from both short
side portions of the front surface plate 31 and the rear surface
plate 33 and are folded between the side board 35 and the
reinforcing board 36; an upper surface cover plate 24 which extends
from a longer side portion of the rear surface plate 33 and is
formed in a shape corresponding to the bottom board 30; and a front
surface cover plate 26 which extends from a longer side of the
upper surface cover plate 24 and is configured to cover the front
board 31.
[0010] According to a feature of the present invention, there is
further provided a guide part 29 which extends from a longer side
portion of the front surface cover plate 26 and is configured to
allow a cutter 40 for cutting the wrap 3 to slide along a longer
side of the front surface cover plate 26.
Advantageous Effects
[0011] In present invention, there is provided a wrap case 1
comprising an integral shaft hole 21 into which a paper pipe 2 on
which a packaging wrap 2 is wound is inserted, so the present
invention does not need any component for fixing the paper pipe 2.
For this, manufacture is easy, and manufacturing cost is low. Since
any heterogeneous material is not used, recycling is also easy. The
paper pipe 2 is inserted in the shaft hole 21 and is fixed in
place, the wrap 3 does not move inside of the wrap case 1 when
drawing the wrap 3, so the user does not need to hold the wrap 3
with hands when in use, thus preventing the wrap case 1 from
crushing. Also, since the paper pipe 2 rotates in the shaft hole 21
when drawing the wrap 3, the wrap 3 may be efficiently drawn
out.
[0012] Since a bottom surface and front and rear surfaces all
belonging to the wrap case 1 are formed in a dual structure, the
whole structure of the wrap case is stronger than the related
product structure, and the accommodated wrap 3 may not be easily
crushed by an external impact. In particular, even when the user
holds the wrap case with hands when drawing the wrap 3, the wrap is
not easily crushed. In addition, the present invention further
comprises a cutter 40 which is slidably engaged at the wrap case 1
as compared with the related art wherein the metallic teeth are
attached to the case using an adhesive so as to cut the wrap 3. So,
it is possible to prevent any injuries when in use. The cutter 40
may be easily separated from the wrap case 1, which results in
easier recycling.

[0021] As illustrated therein, the wrap case 1 for packaging
according to a first exemplary embodiment of the present invention
is configured to accommodate a wrap 3 wound on a paper pipe 2. The
wrap case 1 for packaging illustrated in FIG. 1 is manufactured by
folding an exploded view illustrated in FIG. 2 in a predetermined
sequence.
[0022] The wrap case 1 for packaging according to the present
exemplary embodiment of the present invention, as illustrated in
FIG. 2, comprises a first bottom plate 10, a first front surface
plate 11, a first rear surface plate 13, a first side surface plate
15, a first reinforcing plate 16, connection plates 12 and 14, a
second front surface plate 17, a second bottom plate 18, a second
rear surface plate 19, a second side surface plate 20, a second
reinforcing plate 22, an upper surface cover plate 24, an upper
surface cover wing 25, a front surface cover plate 26, a front
surface cover wing 27, a finish wing 28 and a guide part 29.
[0023] The first bottom plate 10 is formed in a rectangular shape
larger than the size of a longitudinal cross section of the paper
pipe 2 on which the wrap 3 is wound. The front surface plate 11 and
the first rear surface plate 13 correspond to each other in their
shapes and extend from both long side portions of the first bottom
plate 10 and are folded into a shape vertical with respect to the
first bottom plate 10.
[0024] The first side surface plate 15 extends from both short side
portions of the first bottom plate 10, and the first reinforcing
plate 16 extends from an outer side edge of the first side surface
plate 15. The connection plates 12 and 14 extend from both short
side portions of the first front surface plate 11 and the first
rear surface plate 13 and are folded into a shape vertical with
respect to each of the first front surface plate 15 and the first
rear surface plate 13. At this time, the facing connection plates
12 and 14 of the first front surface plate 11 and the first rear
surface plate 13 are folded into a shape wherein they are
overlapped on each other. In addition, the both sides of the first
bottom plate 10 protrude more than the both sides of the first
front surface plate 11 and the first rear surface plate 13, so the
folded connection plates 12 and 14 are positioned at the first
bottom plate 10. In addition, the first side surface plate 15
surrounds the outer sides of the folded connection plates 12 and
14, and the first reinforcing plate 16 surrounds the inner sides of
the folded connection plates 12 and 14.
[0025] The second front surface plate 17 extends from a longer side
of the top of the front surface plate 11 which is folded, and the
second bottom plate 18 extends from a longer side of the second
front surface plate 17. The second rear surface plate 19 extends
from a longer side of the second bottom plate 18.
[0026] The second side surface plate 20 extends from both short
side portions of the second bottom plate 18, and the second
reinforcing plate 22 extends from an outer side edge of the second
side surface plate 20. At this time, in the illustrated exemplary
embodiment of the present invention, at the second side surface
plate 20, there is formed a shaft hole 21 into which an end of the
paper pipe 2 on which the wrap 3 is wound is inserted.
Alternatively, such a shaft hole 21 may be formed at the second
reinforcing plate 22.
[0027] The second front surface plate 17, the second bottom plate
18 and the second rear surface plate 19 are overlapped on the first
front surface plate 11, the first bottom plate 10 and the first
rear surface plate 13, respectively. The second surface front
surface plate 17 and the second rear surface plate 19 are formed
into a shape vertical to the second bottom plate 18 along with the
first front surface plate 11 and the first rear surface plate
13.
[0028] The second side surface plate 20 is folded into a 0shape
vertical to the second bottom plate 18, and the second reinforcing
plate 22 is folded into a shape that it is overlapped on the second
side surface plate 20. At this time, the second reinforcing plate
22 comes into face contact with the first reinforcing plate 16. As
illustrated in FIG. 1, the second side surface plate 20 having the
shaft hole 21 is positioned inside of the finished wrap case 1.
[0029] An auxiliary folding part 23 extends from a longer side of
the second rear surface plate 19, and the auxiliary folding part 23
is folded and finished coming into face contact with the first rear
surface plate 13.
[0030] The upper surface cover plate 24 extends from a longer side
of the top of the folded first rear surface plate 13 and is formed
of the first front surface plate 11, the first bottom plate 10 and
the first rear surface plate 13, thereby covering the opened upper
side. At this time, the upper surface cover wing 25 extends from
both short side portions of the upper surface cover plate 24.
[0031] The front surface cover plate 26 extends from a longer side
of the upper surface cover plate 24 and is formed on an outer side
of the first front surface plate 11. At this time, the front
surface cover wing 27 extends from both short side portions of the
front surface cover plate 26, and a finish wing 28 extends from an
outer side of the front surface cover wing 27. A finish protrusion
28a protrudes from an outer side of the finish wing 28. A slit 26a
into which the finish protrusion 28a of the finish wing 28 is
inserted is formed where the front surface cover plate 26 and the
front surface cover wing 27 are folded.
[0032] The front surface cover wing 25 is inserted into between the
front surface cover wing 27 and the finish wing 28, so the front
surface cover plate 26 keeps being vertical to the upper surface
cover plate 24. Also, the inner side of the finish wing 28
surrounds the outer side of the first side surface plate 15.
[0033] The guide part 29 extends from a longer side of the front
surface cover plate 26 in such a manner as to overlap an inner side
of the front surface cover plate 26. At this time, the cutter 40 is
provided at the guide part 29. The cutter 40 comprises a cutter
holder 41 slidably engaged along the guide part 29, and a cutter
blade 42 secured to the cutter holder 41. The cutter blade 42 is
vertical to the front surface cover plate 26. As illustrated in
FIG. 1, at a lower outer side of the first front surface plate 11,
a support plate 50 extends in a longitudinal direction in order for
the cutter blade 42 to effectively cut the wrap 3. The support
plate 50 is configured to allow the cut end portion of the wrap 3
to come into close contact and be fixed in place.
[0034] The wrap case 1 for packaging according to a first exemplary
embodiment of the present invention is characterized in that as
illustrated in FIG. 1, the shaft hole 21 of the second side surface
plate 20 is formed at an inner circumferential surface of each of
both sides of the wrap case 1, and as illustrated in FIG. 4, the
both ends of the paper pipe 2 on which the wrap 3 is wound are
inserted into the shaft holes 21 and are fixed in place inside of
the wrap case 1. When the user draws the wrap 3, the paper pipe 2
rotates inside of the shaft hole 21, not moving inside of the wrap
case 1, so the wrap 3 may be more smoothly drawn from the paper
pipe 2.
[0035] The second front surface plate 17, the second bottom plate
18 and the second rear surface plate 19 are respectively overlapped
on the first front surface plate 11, the first bottom plate 10 and
the first rear surface plate 13 of the wrap case 1, as a result of
which a dual structure case may be made. Even when the user holds
the wrap case 1 with hands when drawing the wrap 3, the wrap case 1
is not crushed as compared with the related case with a singular
structure.
[0036] FIG. 4 is a lateral side view illustrating a state that a
wrap is fixed according to a first exemplary embodiment of the
present invention. FIG. 5 is an exploded view illustrating a wrap
case for packaging according to a second exemplary embodiment of
the present invention. As illustrated therein, the wrap case 1 for
packaging according to the present exemplary embodiment comprises a
bottom plate 20, a front surface plate 31, a rear surface plate 33,
a side surface plate 35, a reinforcing plate 36, connection plates
32 and 34, an upper surface cover plate 24, an upper surface cover
wing 25, a front surface cover plate 26, a front surface cover wing
27, a finish wing 28 and a guide part 29 which are all integrally
formed.
[0037] In the above illustrated exemplary embodiment, the bottom
plate 30, the front surface plate 31 and the rear surface plate 33
are not configured in a dual structure. The front surface plate 31
and the rear surface plate 33 extends from both long side portions
of the rectangular bottom plate 30. The front surface plate 31 and
the rear surface plate 33 are folded into a shape vertical to the
bottom plate 30.
[0038] The side surface plate 35 extends from both short side
portions of the bottom plate 30, and the reinforcing plate 36
extends from an outer side edge of the side surface plate 35. Here,
at the reinforcing plate 36, there is formed a shaft hole 37 into
which the paper pipe 2 on which the wrap 3 is wound is
inserted.
[0039] In addition, the connection plates 32 and 34 extend from
both short side portions of the front surface plate 31 and the rear
surface plate 33 and are overlapped on each other over the bottom
plate 30 and are bend in such a way to surround the inner sides of
the connection plates 32 and 34 on which the reinforcing plate 36
is folded and to surround the outer sides of the connection plates
32 and 34 on which the side surface plate 35 is folded. So, the
shaft hole 37 of the reinforcing plate 36 is formed at an inner
side of the finished wrap case 1.
[0040] In the same way as in the first exemplary embodiment, the
upper surface cover plate 24 and the front surface cover plate 26
may keep being vertical by means of the front surface cover wing
27, the finish wing 28 and the upper surface cover wing 25. The
finish wing 28 is configured to surround the outer side of the side
surface plate 35. The constructions that the cutter 40 is slidably
engaged to the guide part 29 extending from the longer side of the
front surface cover plate 26 and the support plate 50 is provided
at the front surface plate 31 are same as in the first exemplary
embodiment.
[0041] The above-described exemplary embodiments of the present
invention are provided for illustrative purposes and should
understood in such a way that the above-described examples are not
limited by any of the details of the foregoing description, unless
otherwise specified, but rather should be construed broadly within
its spirit and scope as defined in the appended claims, and
therefore all changes and modifications that fall within the meets
and bounds of the claims, or equivalences of such meets and bounds
are therefore intended to be embraced by the appended claims.
