Abstract
The invention includes a box body (1), a cigarette outlet (10),
a mechanism (2) and a cigarette-pushing mechanism (3). The
cigarette-pushing mechanism (3) includes a bottom plate (30), a
V-shaped bend (31) and a U-shaped cigarette-pushing plate (32). One
end of the V-shaped bend (31) is movably fixed on the
cigarette-pushing plate (32), and the other end of the V-shaped
bend (31) is movably fixed on the bottom plate (30). A snap-fit
(33) is provided on the bottom plate (30), and a groove (34),
through which the snap-fit (33) passed, is provided on the
cigarette-pushing plate (32). The bottom plate (30) and the
cigarette-pushing plate (32) form an integrated structure through
the engagement of the snap-fit (33) and the groove (34). The
cigarette outlet (10) is provided with an elastic plastic sheet for
dustproof and moisture proof.

Claims
1. A disposable, automatic, and environmentally safe packaging box,
comprising a box body, a cigarette outlet located on the top of the
box body, a mechanism for controlling extension and retraction of
the cigarette located inside the box body and on the same side of
the cigarette outlet, and a cigarette-pushing mechanism located
inside the box body and on the opposite side of the cigarette
outlet, characterized in that, the cigarette-pushing mechanism
includes a bottom plate, a V-shaped bend and a U-shaped
cigarette-pushing plate; one end of the V-shaped bend is movably
fixed on the cigarette-pushing plate, and the other end of the
V-shaped bend is movably fixed on the bottom plate; a snap-fit is
provided on the bottom plate, and a groove, through which the
snap-fit passed, is provided on the cigarette-pushing plate; the
bottom plate and the cigarette-pushing plate form an integrated
structure through the engagement of the snap-fit and the
groove.
2. The disposable, automatic, and environmentally safe packaging
box according to claim 1, characterized in that the V-shaped bend
comprises a semi-circle formed on both sides and at the junction of
both sides, and a groove is formed on the cigarette-pushing plate
to accommodate the V-shaped bend.
3. The disposable, automatic, and environmentally safe packaging
box according to claim 1, characterized in that a hook is provided
at the bottom of the U-shaped cigarette-pushing plate, and a
sticker is provided on the side wall of the box body to form a
groove through the engagement of the hook.
4. The disposable, automatic, and environmentally safe packaging
box according to claim 1, characterized in that the U-shaped
cigarette-pushing plate is provided with a push button on the
installation back of the V-shaped bend, a push hole is provided on
the bottom plate to accommodate the push button, and a through hole
corresponding to the push hole is provided on the box body.
5. The disposable, automatic, and environmentally safe packaging
box according to claim 1, characterized in that the top of the box
body is provided with a first fold and a second fold disposed on
the top of the first fold, wherein the second fold is shorter than
the first fold.
6. The disposable, automatic, and environmentally safe packaging
box according to claim 5, characterized in that an elastic sheet is
provided between the first fold and the second fold to cover the
cigarette outlet.
7. The disposable, automatic, and environmentally safe packaging
box according to claim 5, characterized in that a stopper is
provided on the first fold near the cigarette outlet to prevent the
second row of cigarettes from sliding out.
8. The disposable, automatic, and environmentally safe packaging
box according to claim 6, characterized in that the elastic sheet
is an elastic plastic sheet.
9. The disposable, automatic, and environmentally safe packaging
box according to claim 1, characterized in that the mechanism for
controlling extension and retraction of the cigarette includes a
cigarette-pushing plate, and a push button fixed on the plate; a
pushing slide groove is provided against the side of the box body
near the cigarette outlet; the cigarette-pushing plate is movably
set on the pushing slide groove.
10. The disposable, automatic, and environmentally safe packaging
box according to claim 9, characterized in that the
cigarette-pushing plate is provided with one or more
cigarette-guiding grooves, wherein the curvature of the
cigarette-guiding groove engages with that of the cigarette, and
the height of two side walls of the cigarette-guiding groove is
higher that the radius of the cigarette-guiding groove. Friction
lines are formed on the cigarette-guiding groove by resistance
convex lines vertical to the direction of the cigarette-guiding
groove, wherein a taper angle is formed by adjacent resistance
convex lines in a place adjacent to the cigarette-guiding groove.
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0001] 1. Technical Field
[0002] The present invention relates to a disposable, automatic,
and environmentally safe packaging box.
[0003] 2. Description of Related Art
[0004] The Chinese patent CN200710073781.7 of the applicant's
previous application discloses an automatic, controllable, and
telescopic cigarette box, wherein the cigarette can be retracted in
and pushed out conveniently during the process of storing and
taking the cigarette out without deformation and fracture. The
present invention is realized as follows: an automatic,
controllable, and telescopic cigarette box, comprising a case body
sealed by a case body with a case cover, wherein a top cover is set
at the cigarette outlet of the box body and connected with the box
body, and a cigarette-pushing mechanism and a mechanism for
controlling extension and retraction of the cigarette are set in
the box body. The mechanism for controlling the extension and
retraction of cigarette includes a cigarette-pushing plate, and one
or more pushing slide grooves are provided against the sides of the
cigarette box near the cigarette outlet. The cigarette-pushing
plate is movably fixed on the pushing slide groove through a push
button. One or more cigarette-guiding grooves are provided on the
cigarette-pushing plate, wherein friction lines are formed on the
cigarette-guiding groove. However, the automatic cigarette box has
the following disadvantages: 1. the cigarette-pushing mechanism
includes a V-shaped bend and a U-shaped cigarette-pushing plate.
One end of the V-shaped bend is movably fixed on the
cigarette-pushing plate, and the other end of the V-shaped bend is
movably fixed on the box cover. Therefore, it is inconvenient to
install the V-shaped bend due to its elasticity. 2. As the
cigarette outlet of the box body is provided with a top cover, it
requires a large force to push the top cover open due to larger
resistance, wherein the top cover is connected with a torsion
spring. Moreover, it is with a complex structure and a high
cost.
BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0005] The present invention aims at addressing the technical
problem by providing a disposable, automatic, easy-to-install and
environmentally safe packaging box with simple structure and novel
design. The present invention is realized through the following
technical solution:
[0006] A disposable, automatic, and environmentally safe packaging
box is provided in the present invention, comprising a box body, a
cigarette outlet located on the top of the box body, a mechanism
for controlling the extension and retraction of the cigarette
located inside the box body and on the same side of the cigarette
outlet, and a cigarette-pushing mechanism located inside the box
body and on the opposite side of the cigarette outlet; the
cigarette-pushing mechanism includes a bottom plate, a V-shaped
bend and a U-shaped cigarette-pushing plate; one end of the
V-shaped bend is movably fixed on the cigarette-pushing plate, and
the other end of the V-shaped bend is movably fixed on the bottom
plate; a snap-fit is provided on the bottom plate, and a groove,
through which the snap-fit passed, is provided on the
cigarette-pushing plate; the bottom plate and the cigarette-pushing
plate form an integrated structure through the engagement of the
snap-fit and the groove.
[0007] Preferably, the V-shaped bend comprises a semi-circle formed
on both sides and at the junction of both sides, and a groove is
formed on the cigarette-pushing plate to accommodate the V-shaped
bend.
[0008] Preferably, a hook is provided at the bottom of the U-shaped
cigarette-pushing plate, and a sticker is provided on the side wall
of the box body to form a groove through the engagement of the
hook.

push hole is provided on the bottom plate to accommodate the push

packaging box of the present invention is very convenient and
simple to install due to the integrated structure formed by the
bottom plate and the cigarette-pushing plate through the engagement
of the snap-fit and the groove. The cigarette outlet is provided
with an elastic plastic sheet for dust proof and moisture proof
with a very low cost. In addition, the packaging box is provided
with a simple integrated structure and novel design.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0023] A disposable, automatic, and environmentally safe packaging
box according to the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 1-5,
which includes a box body 1, a cigarette outlet 10 located on the
top of the box body 1, a mechanism 2 for controlling extension and
retraction of the cigarette located inside the box body 1 and on
the same side of the cigarette outlet 10, and a cigarette-pushing
mechanism 3 located inside the box body 1 and on the opposite side
of the cigarette outlet 10; the cigarette-pushing mechanism 3 which
includes a bottom plate 30, a V-shaped bend 31 and a U-shaped
cigarette-pushing plate 32. One end of the V-shaped bend 31 is
movably fixed on the cigarette-pushing plate 32, and the other end
of the V-shaped bend 31 is movably fixed on the bottom plate 30. A
snap-fit 33 is provided on the bottom plate 30, and a groove 34,
through which the snap-fit 33 passed, is provided on the
cigarette-pushing plate 32; the bottom plate 30 and the
cigarette-pushing plate 32 form an integrated structure through the
engagement of the snap-fit 33 and the groove 34; after the box is
filled with a cigarette, it is very convenient and simple to
install the box just by placing the cigarette-pushing mechanism 3
directly onto the structure.
[0024] Wherein, the V-shaped bend 31 comprises a semi-circle formed
on both sides and at the junction of both sides, and a groove 35 is
formed on the cigarette-pushing plate 32 to accommodate the
V-shaped bend 31. When putting in three rows of cigarettes, we can
take advantage of the depressed part of the middle row of the three
rows of cigarettes, wherein the projection on the back of the
groove 35 is located in the depressed part, keeping the V-shaped
bend 31 from occupying extra space. A hook 36 is provided at the
bottom of the U-shaped cigarette-pushing plate 32, and a sticker 16
is provided on the side wall of the box body 1 to form a groove 17
through the engagement of the hook 36, wherein the hook is
relatively thin to fix the groove 17 stably due to good elasticity.
The U-shaped cigarette-pushing plate 32 can continuously slide in
the box body 1 through the engagement of the hook 36 and the groove
17 to prevent the U-shaped cigarette-pushing plate 32 from pushing
out of the cigarette outlet 10 after the cigarettes are
finished.
[0025] The U-shaped cigarette-pushing plate 32 is provided with a
push button 37 on the installation back of the V-shaped bend 31, a
push hole 38 is provided on the bottom plate 30 to accommodate the
push button 37, and a through hole 11 corresponding to the push
hole 38 is provided on the box body 1. The snap-fit 33 can slide
out through the groove 34 by pushing the push button 37 upward,
wherein the cigarette-pushing plate 32 can push the cigarette in a
parallel way into the a mechanism 2 for controlling extension and
retraction of the cigarette under the spring action of the V-shaped
bend 31. The mechanism for controlling extension and retraction of
the cigarette 2 includes a cigarette-pushing plate 20, and a push
button 21 fixed on the plate 20. A pushing slide groove 12 is
provided against the side of the box body 1 near the cigarette
outlet 10. The cigarette-pushing plate 20 is movably set on the
pushing slide groove 12 through the pull button 21. The
cigarette-pushing plate 20 is provided with one or more
cigarette-guiding grooves 22, wherein the curvature of the
cigarette-guiding groove 22 engages with that of the cigarette, and
the height of two side walls of the cigarette-guiding groove 22 is
higher that the radius of the cigarette-guiding groove 22. Friction
lines 23 are formed on the cigarette-guiding groove 22 by
resistance convex lines vertical to the direction of the
cigarette-guiding groove 22, wherein a taper angle is formed by
adjacent resistance convex lines in a place adjacent to the
cigarette-guiding groove 22.
[0026] The top of the box body 1 is provided with a first fold 13
and a second fold 14 disposed on the top of the first fold 13,
wherein the second fold 14 is shorter than the first fold 13. An
elastic sheet 4 is provided between the first fold 13 and the
second fold 14 to cover the cigarette outlet for dust proof and
moisture proof with a very low cost. Wherein, a stopper 15 is
provided on the first fold 13 near the cigarette outlet 10 to
prevent the second row of cigarettes from sliding out. A certain
curvature of the elastic sheet 4 can be formed by the second fold
14. Due to small friction between the cigarette and the elastic
sheet 4, it is convenient to take the cigarette in and out, rather
than block the cigarette from sliding out by forming a right angle.
In this embodiment, the elastic sheet 4 is an elastic plastic
sheet.
[0027] The disposable, automatic, and environmentally safe
packaging box of the present invention is very convenient and
simple to install due to the integrated structure formed by the
bottom plate and the cigarette-pushing plate through the engagement
of the snap-fit and the groove. The cigarette outlet is provided
with an elastic plastic sheet for dust proof and moisture proof
with a very low cost. In addition, the packaging box is provided
with a simple integrated structure and novel design.
