DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0016] Hereinafter, an explanation on a backpack type bag with a
self-balancing electric vehicle mounted thereon according to the
present invention will be in detail given with reference to the
attached drawings.
[0017] According to the features of the present invention, first, a
user can ride a self-balancing electric vehicle on which a backpack
type bag is mounted, and if riding is not needed, the user can
carry the backpack type bag on his shoulders, thereby optimizing
the conveniences in the carrying and moving works.
[0018] The self-balancing electric vehicle means a general upright
riding electric vehicle, that is, a self-balancing electric vehicle
that in real time maintains the balancing between two wheels during
riding. The self-balancing electric vehicle has a variety of
electrical processors inclusive of a Gyro sensor mounted thereon to
maintain the balancing between the two wheels, and the variety of
electrical processors are operated by the control of a controller,
thereby maintaining the balancing.
[0019] The self-balancing electric vehicle is moved in accordance
with the inclinations of a rider's body. In more detail, the
inclinations of the rider's body are sensed in real time through
the operation of the controller inclusive of the Gyro sensor, and
based upon the sensed results, the wheels are activated, while the
overturning of the self-balancing electric vehicle is being
prevented. That is, the wheels are activated in real time in
accordance with the values of the inclinations of the rider's body,
so that the riding can be performed in the state where the
self-balancing electric vehicle is upright.
[0020] FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing the assembled state of
the backpack type bag with a self-balancing electric vehicle
mounted thereon according to the present invention, and as shown in
FIG. 6, a user can walk in a state of carrying a backpack type bag
10 on his back, and if riding is needed, the backpack type bag 10
is placed on the ground to lift a handle 21 therefrom, so that he
can ride with the inclinations of his body by using the
above-mentioned self-balancing principle.
[0021] FIG. 1 is a separate perspective view showing a frame of a
backpack type bag with a self-balancing electric vehicle mounted
thereon according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a
perspective view showing a support rod of the backpack type bag
according to the present invention. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the
backpack type bag with a self-balancing electric vehicle mounted
thereon according to the present invention includes a support rod
20 serving as a frame of the invention during riding and the handle
21 mounted on the top portion of the support rod 20 in such a
manner as to be drawn and taken by the rider.
[0022] As shown in FIG. 2, the support rod 20 has a housing 30
mounted on one side thereof, and the housing 30 has batteries
mounted in the interior thereof to supply power to motors 51
mounted on the wheels 50 and a controller 31 mounted on the
underside thereof, in which a variety of sensors inclusive of a
Gyro sensor are located. Further, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the
housing 30 is located inside the backpack type bag 10 and serves as
a bottom plate supporting items when the items are put into the
backpack type bag 10.
[0023] FIGS. 3a and 3b are perspective views showing wheels of the
backpack type bag according to the present invention, and FIG. 4 is
a perspective view showing the assembled state of the parts of the
frame in the backpack type bag according to the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 3a, each wheel 50 has the motor 51 mounted thereon
to activate the corresponding wheel, and each motor 51 has a foot
board 40 firmly mounted on the top surface thereof, on which the
rider's foot is placed. After that, the support rod 20 as shown in
FIG. 2 is fixed rigidly to the top surfaces of the two foot boards
40 by means of welding or fixing means like bolts, thereby
finishing the frame of the backpack type bag according to the
present invention, as shown in FIG. 4.
[0024] Accordingly, the user is placed on the foot boards 40, and
next, if his body is inclined forward by a given angle, the variety
of sensors inclusive of the Gyro sensor sense the inclination of
the rider's body, thereby allowing the motors 51 to be operated by
a degree where the inclination is removed. At this time, the wheels
50 are activated in the direction toward which the rider's body has
been inclined through the operation of the motors 51, so that safe
riding is achieved, while the balancing operation of the
self-balancing electric vehicle is being maintained to the upright
riding position.
[0025] FIG. 5 is a separate perspective view showing the backpack
type bag separated from the frame, and as shown in FIG. 5, the
backpack type bag 10 is mounted onto the frame on which the
self-balancing electric vehicle is fixedly disposed in such a
manner as to encompass the support rod 20 and the housing 30,
thereby completing the manufacturing of the backpack type bag with
the self-balancing electric vehicle mounted thereon as shown in
FIG. 6.
[0026] As set forth in the foregoing, according to the present
invention, the backpack type bag with the self-balancing electric
vehicle mounted thereon serves as means for moving people or their
items, thereby providing many conveniences in use to the rider.
That is, in the process where the user carries the backpack type
bag 10 into which items are put on his shoulders and moves to his
destination, if he reaches a good place for riding, he puts the
backpack type bag 10 on the ground to draw the handle 21 from the
support rod 20. Next, he stands on the foot boards 40 and rides
with the inclination of his body, and by the way, if there are
stairs or severely inclined places bad for riding, or if he should
take the subway or bus, the backpack type bag 10 is carried again
on his shoulders, thereby allowing him to keep walking Accordingly,
it is very convenient to move personal's items or people.
