Description

BACKGROUND OF INVENTION

[0001] 1. 1. Field of the Invention

[0002] The present invention relates generally to an improved notepaper box, and more particularly to a removable one which allows to select the notepaper of different dimensions, colors and materials, and also add it automatically and repetitively for an extended service life.

[0003] 2. Description of Related Art

[0004] Notepaper is commonly used for recording important matters, memo items and common concerns. Generally, the notepaper is overlapped by multi-layer of paper sheets, and adhesive is applied onto the bottom flange of paper sheets at the same side in the form of books; in practice, important matters are recorded on the surface of a piece of notepaper, which is then adhered temporarily at any position for reminding purpose.

[0005] Such advantages of notepaper are welcomed by many users, however, it is found during applications that: the notepaper is easily accessed by the users but cannot be separated smoothly due to extremely small lightweight; while pressing it by one hand, it has to be torn off by the other hand, making it difficult for convenient use and separation, especially when only a few paper sheets are kept; furthermore, owing to the limited quantity, such notepaper of shorter service life has to be purchased regularly, bringing about inconvenience for the users.

[0006] Thus, to overcome the aforementioned problems of the prior art, it would be an advancement if the art to provide an improved structure that can significantly improve the efficacy.

[0007] Therefore, the inventor has provided the present invention of practicability after deliberate design and evaluation based on years of experience in the production, development and design of related products.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0008] Referring to FIGS. 1-3, the removable notepaper structure of the present invention comprising:

[0009] a box body 1, consisting of a set of hollow cases 10, 11; notches 12 and grooves 13 with small notches 14 are formed separately onto three adjacent sides around the opening of the cases 10, 11, such that openings 101, 111 and two holding spaces with small notches 14 are formed into the assembled box body; moreover, the holding space can be individually set or separated into a few small spaces by a partition; a concave surface 141 is formed onto two corresponding lateral sides of the small notch 14, while a lug 15 and a trough 16 are separately set on the remaining side of the openings 101, 111 of the case 10, 11, and mating columns 17 and mating holes 18 are set at the opposite corners of the openings 101, 111;

[0010] an elastic body 2, pressed into the box body 1;

[0011] removable notepaper assemblies 3 of three dimensions, which are made of materials with various selectable colors; of which, the biggest removable notepaper assembly 3 is placed into the box body 1 correspondingly to said opening and supported by the elastic body 2, such that a notepaper 30 is partially exposed out of the opening; next, the medium-sized removable notepaper assembly 3 is embedded into a single holding space and a notepaper is partially exposed out of the small notch 14, and the smallest removable notepaper assembly 3 will be separately embedded into the holding space with several small spaces; moreover, the notepaper of every removable notepaper assembly 3 is partially exposed out of the small notch 14.

[0012] Furthermore, the removable notepaper assembly 3 is overlapped by multiple sheets of notepaper 30, each of which is adhered in staggered way for end-to-end connection and continuous usage; the removable notepaper assembly 3 can also be made of different materials with any color for easy identification or water-proofing.

[0013] Referring to FIGS. 2 and 3, the removable notepaper assembly 3 and elastic body 2 of various dimensions or colors or materials are separately placed into the box body 1 and the holding spaces, e.g.: the biggest removable notepaper assembly 3 is used to press the elastic body 2 and then embedded together into a case 10, then the medium-sized one is embedded into a lateral holding space, and the smallest one is embedded into the other lateral holding space; referring to FIG. 3, another case 11 is provided with mating holes 18 for insertion of the mating columns 17, as well as a trough 16 for insertion of the lug 15; moreover, a single sheet of outward notepaper 30 for every kind of removable notepaper assembly 3 is partially exposed out of the notch 12 and small notch 14; in such case, the consumers could select the desired notepaper 30 depending on their demands or preference; when the first exposed notepaper 30 is drawn out, the next notepaper 30 is bonded by adhesive on the other end, so one sheet of the next notepaper 30 could be pulled and protruded out of the notch 12 or small notch 14 when the first notepaper 30 is released; similarly, all notepaper 30 could be drawn out, and new removable notepaper assemblies 3 could be replaced automatically for repetitive use.

[0014] Referring to FIG. 4, when the notepaper 30 is drawn out continuously, no notepaper 30 will fall into the notch 12 of the box body 1 since the removable notepaper assembly 3 over the elastic body 2 (apart from the medium-sized or small removable notepaper assembly 3 at both sides of the holding space) could release slowly its elastic force and support it continuously, thus avoiding the difficulty in use.

[0015] To sum up, as the present invention is an innovative product not yet publicly available complying with the spirit of new patents, the patent claims are made hereto.

[0016] The above is a description of the preferred embodiment of the present invention. However, it should be appreciated that the present invention is capable of a variety of equivalent embodiments and various modifications, and all such variations or changes shall be embraced within the scope of the following claims.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0017] FIG. 1: an exploded structural view of the removable notepaper dispenser of the present invention.

[0018] FIG. 2: an assembly view of the removable notepaper dispenser of the present invention.

[0019] FIG. 3: an outside view of the removable notepaper dispenser of the present invention.

[0020] FIG. 4: an operating view of the removable notepaper dispenser of the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0021] The primary objective of the present invention is to provide a removable notepaper box that can be used easily depending on the consumers' demands or preference, so as to improve the convenience in the applications.

[0022] Another objective of the present invention is to provide a removable notepaper box that allows to add freely the removable notepaper assembly for extended service life and repetitive use.

[0023] The removable notepaper dispenser of the present invention comprising:

[0024] a box body, consisting of a set of hollow cases; notches and grooves with small notches are formed separately onto three adjacent sides around the opening of the cases, such that openings and two holding spaces with small notches are formed into the assembled box body;

[0025] an elastic body, placed into the box body; and

[0026] removable notepaper assemblies of three dimensions; of which, the biggest removable notepaper assembly is placed into the box body correspondingly to said opening and supported by the elastic body, such that a notepaper is partially exposed out of the opening; the other two are placed separately into a single holding space and a notepaper is partially exposed out of the small notch.

[0027] The efficacy of the present invention lies in that, the consumers could select the desired notepaper of various dimensions for improved applicability depending on their actual demands or preference; and it is possible to add automatically the removable notepaper assembly, change the colors and patterns for extended service life and repetitive use.

[0028] Although the invention has been explained in relation to its preferred embodiment, it is to be understood that many other possible modifications and variations can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as hereinafter claimed.
