COOLING STRUCTURE OF AN AIR CUSHION
Abstract
A cooling structure of an air cushion contains a body, and the
body includes a plurality of air units, and each air unit includes
a recess disposed on a top surface thereof, such that when a
contacting portion of a user abuts against the body, the plurality
of air units contact with the contacting portion, and the recesses
form an airing space to cool a heat.

structure and are capable of being arranged on various types of air
cushions.
4. The cooling structure of the air cushion comprises a number of
air units and a plurality of recesses fixed on a top surface of the
body, and the plurality of recesses communicate with each other;
such that when a contacting portion of a user abuts against the
body, the number of air units contact with the contacting portion,
and the recesses form an airing space to cool a heat.
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0001] 1. Field of the Invention
[0002] The present invention relates to a cooling structure of an
air cushion, and more particularly to an integral formed air
cushion with a plurality of recesses.
[0003] 2. Description of the Prior Art
[0004] A conventional air cushion is used on a waist support and a
cushion of a chair, a cushion of a bicycle or motor, and a
protective pad of a helmet. However, such an air cushion has poor
cooling effect that can not expel heat effectively.
[0005] The present invention has arisen to mitigate and/or obviate
the afore-described disadvantages.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0006] The primary object of the present invention is to provide a
cooling structure of an air cushion containing a body, and the body
including a plurality of air units, and each air unit including a
recess disposed on a top surface thereof, such that when a
contacting portion of a user abuts against the body, the plurality
of air units contact with the contacting portion, and the recesses
form an airing space to cool a heat.
[0007] Another object of the present invention is to provide a
cooling structure of an air cushion in which the plurality of air
units are connected together to achieve an arc structure so that a
temperature generates as the user's waist contacts with the number
of air units, it is capable of being cooled by using the plurality
of recesses, thus obtaining comfort.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
[0008] FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the assembly of a
cooling structure of an air cushion according to a first embodiment
of the present invention;
[0009] FIG. 2 is a top plan view showing the assembly of the
cooling structure of the air cushion according to the first
embodiment of the present invention;
[0010] FIG. 3 is a side plan view showing the operation of the
cooling structure of the air cushion according to the first
embodiment of the present invention;
[0011] FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing the assembly of a
cooling structure of an air cushion according to a second
embodiment of the present invention;
[0012] FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing the assembly of a
cooling structure of an air cushion according to a third embodiment
of the present invention;
[0013] FIG. 6 is a side plan view showing the assembly of the
cooling structure of the air cushion according to the third
embodiment of the present invention;
[0014] FIG. 7 is a perspective view showing the operation of the
cooling structure of the air cushion according to the third
embodiment of the present invention.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0015] The present invention will be clearer from the following
description when viewed together with the accompanying drawings,
which show, for purpose of illustrations only, the preferred
embodiment in accordance with the present invention.
[0016] Referring to FIG. 1, a cooling structure of an air cushion
in accordance with a first embodiment of the present invention
comprises a body 10, and the body 10 includes a plurality of air
units 11, and each air unit 11 includes a recess 12 disposed on a
top surface thereof; the body 10 also includes a number of first
connectors 13, each first connector 13 is used to connect the
plurality of air units 11 together as shown in FIG. 2 and includes
a cross air tube 14 extending from the connector 13, the body 10
includes a plurality of second connectors 20, each connector 20 is
provided to connect at least two air tubes 14 together, such that
an air cushion is assembled.
[0017] Referring to FIG. 3, when a contacting portion 30 of a user
abuts against the body 10, the plurality of air units 11 contact
with the contacting portion 30, and the recesses 12 form an airing
space to cool a heat.
[0018] With reference to FIG. 4, a cooling structure of an air
cushion in accordance with a second embodiment of the present
invention comprises a body 10 including a number of air units 11,
and each air unit 11 includes a recess 12 disposed on a central
portion of a top surface thereof; this air cushion is fixed on a
cycling pants of a bicycle to absorb an impact force, hence the air
units 11 are capable of being arranged on various types of air
cushions.
[0019] As illustrated in FIGS. 5-7, a cooling structure of an air
cushion in accordance with a third embodiment of the present
invention comprises a number of air units 40 and a plurality of
recesses 41 fixed on a top surface of the body, and the plurality
of recesses 41 communicate with each other; the air cushion is
severed on a chair 50 to support user's waist so that when the air
cushion is fixed on a chair back 51, the user's waist contacts with
the body of the air cushion to obtain pressure balance and support
effect, and the air units 40 are connected together to achieve an
arc structure so that a temperature generates as the user's waist
contacts with the number of air units 40, it is capable of being
cooled by using the plurality of recesses 41, thus obtaining
comfort.
[0020] While we have shown and described various embodiments in
accordance with the present invention, it is clear to those skilled
in the art that further embodiments may be made without departing
from the scope of the present invention.
