Description

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

[0001] The present invention relates to an electronic cigarette, specifically relates to an atomizer switch device in electronic cigarette.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0002] Electronic cigarette is a cigarette electronic simulation products, comprising a battery, an atomizer switch and a heating unit. The atomizer switch mainly includes manual switch and pneumatic switch, and the manual switch allows users to push first and then smoke, thus meeting the need of some users.

[0003] At present, all kinds of the electronic cigarette with manual switch on the market utilize controlling integrated circuits in an atomizer switch device to control the working of the whole circuit. As shown in FIG. 1, the atomizer switch device comprises a key-switch 1 and an integrated circuit, and the working principle is that: not only the battery and the heating unit but also the battery and the luminous element are conducted by the integrated circuit which is controlled by the key-switch 1, but neither the battery and the heating unit nor the battery and the luminous element could be conducted by key-switch 1 itself, so there is no electric current flows through the key-switch 1. Therefore, in this way the key-switch 1 is of high reliability and could meet the users' needs to push the switch for thousands of times, which means that this kind of key-switch can be used all the time. Besides, the key switch 1 can also be other switches, such as pneumatic switch and capacitive switch. But this kind of atomizer switch device is of high cost for the using of integrated circuit.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION

Technical Problems

[0004] The purpose of the invention is to overcome the defects of the prior art, providing a cigarette atomizer switch device which can meet the needs of users with a lowered cost.

The Technical Solution

[0005] The purpose of the invention could be achieved by utilizing the following means.

[0006] An atomizer switch device in electronic cigarette is provided in a disposable electronic cigarette, comprising a key-switch which is provided on the housing of the disposable electronic cigarette; wherein, the key-switch directly connected in series in the current loop comprising a battery and a heating unit. The current directly flows through such key-switch. Compared with the case where the integrated circuit is provided, the using times of the key-switch may decrease, while the key-switch still can be used for hundreds of times, as such, it can meet the need of finishing one electronic cigarette. Without the integrated circuit, the cost is decreased greatly.

[0007] The purpose of the invention also could be achieved by utilizing the following means.

[0008] The heating unit comprises but not limited to a resistance wire, a thermal sensitive ceramic or a silicon carbide rod.

[0009] The disposable electronic cigarette further comprises a luminous element, and the key-switch is directly connected in series in the current loop comprising the battery and the luminous element.

[0010] The luminous element comprises but not limited to a LED.

[0011] The LED comprises but not limited to the two following cases:

[0012] (1) the number of the LED is one; the LED is connected with the resistance in serials, and the two together are connected with the heating unit in parallel, with one end of the LED connected to the battery and the other connected to the key-switch;

[0013] (2) two LEDs connected together in parallel are provided; wherein, the LEDs are connected with the resistance in serials, and they together are connected with the heating unit in parallel, with one end of the LEDs connected to the battery and the other connected to the key-switch.

[0014] The key-switch comprises but not limited to a spring switch, a membrane switch, a pressure switch and so on.

[0015] The shape of the disposable electronic cigarette comprises but not limited to the shapes of a cigarette, a tobacco pipe, a cigar and a hookah.

Beneficial Effects

[0016] Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects as followed:

[0017] by utilizing the atomizer switch device, the disposable electronic cigarette can meet the need of the usage of the switch for finishing one disposable electronic cigarette, so there is no need to have an integrated circuit, thus decreasing the cost. But the atomizer switch with integrated circuit may be still used in reusable electronic cigarette.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0018] FIG. 1 shows a circuit schematic diagram of the atomizer switch device in traditional electronic cigarette;

[0019] FIG. 2 shows a circuit schematic diagram of the atomizer switch device in a disposable electronic cigarette according to an embodiment of the present invention.

THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS OF THE INVENTION

[0020] As shown in FIG. 2, in the specific embodiments of the invention, the atomizer switch device in a disposable electronic cigarette comprises a battery, a key-switch 1, and a heating unit 2 which are electronically connected in turn to form a loop. The heating unit 2 is connected with a luminous branch in parallel. The luminous branch comprises two LEDs which are provided on the cigarette butts part and used to simulate the glowing effect during smoking Compared with the traditional structure with integrated circuit therein, in the case of such structure, the using times of the key-switch 1 may decrease, while the key-switch 1 still can be used for hundreds of times, as such, it can meet the need of finishing one electronic cigarette.

The Implemention of the Invention

THE INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY

[0021] The key-switch device in the present invention is applicable to a disposable electronic cigarette, which not only can meet the needs of the user but also effectively reduce the product cost. As a result, it is beneficial to the further application of the disposable electronic cigarette, and makes lots of smokers receive pleasure from non-toxic smoking at low cost.
