Description

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

[0001] The present invention relates to electronic cigarettes, and in particular to a multi-functional electronic cigarette with a function of a laser pointer.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIOR ART

[0002] With the progress of technology, many products are equipped with or realized by electronic functions so as to improve the prior art defects and provide more functions. To improve the confinement and defects of conventional cigars, electronic cigars are developed. In the prior art electronic cigar invented by the inventor of the present invention, the cigar includes a filter, an atomizer, a battery and a display light with a shape like a cigar. Perfume is contained in the filter. When the user sucks the cigar, the perfume evaporates to be sucked by the user. In operation, the display light will light up so that the cigar has the effect of a real cigar.

[0003] However, the inventor finds that there are many functions capable of being added to the above mentioned prior art electronic cigar so as to increase the usages of the electronic cigars.

SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT INVENTION

[0004] Accordingly, the present invention provides a multi-functional electronic cigarette with a function of a laser pointer which has both functions of an electronic cigar and a laser pointer.

[0005] To achieve about object, the present invention provides a multi-functional electronic cigarette with a function of laser pointer, comprising: a battery module having a battery module, a display light; an electronic cigar switch and a laser pen switch; the electronic cigar switch and the laser pen switch being at an outer surface thereof; the display light being at a front end of the battery module; a laser module installed within the battery module; the laser pen switch serving to actuate and de-actuate the laser module; the actuation of the laser module will cause laser light to be emitted out from a front end of the battery module; a sucking portion including a control chip, a pressure sensor and an atomizer with liquid perfume therein; the pressure sensor serving to sense pressure variation from the sucking portion so as to actuate the control chip; when the battery module being combined to the sucking portion, the control chip and the atomizer will be electrically connected to the battery module; the electronic cigar switch serves to switch on or off the power from the battery module to the atomizer; when the pressure applied to the pressure sensor is varied, the pressure sensor will transfer a signal to the control chip so as to actuate the atomizer.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0006] FIG. 1 is a schematic view about the preferred embodiment of the present invention.

[0007] FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the preferred embodiment of the present invention.

[0008] FIG. 3 is a schematic view about another embodiment of the present invention.

[0009] FIG. 4 shows the circuit block diagram of the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE IVENTION

[0010] In order that those skilled in the art can further understand the present invention, a description will be provided in the following in details. However, these descriptions and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims. The structure of the present invention will be described herein with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4.

[0011] Referring to FIGS. 1, 2 and 3, the structure of the present invention is illustrated. The present invention includes a batter module 10 and a sucking portion 20. The shape of the present invention is like a cigarette.

[0012] The battery module 10 includes a chargeable battery 100 and a laser module 120. One end of the battery module 10 has a display light 110 which can be lighted up by power from the battery 100. The laser module 120 can emit laser light from a front cover (not shown) of the display light 110. An outer surface of the battery module 10 has an electronic cigar switch 130 and a laser pen switch 13 for controlling an outer power of the battery module 10. Actuation of the laser pen switch 131 will turn on the laser module 120.

[0013] The sucking portion 20 has an atomizer 220 which has liquid perfume 221 therein. The sucking portion 20 is connected to a control chip 230. A pressure sensor 30 serves to sense pressure variation from the sucking portion so as to actuate the control chip. When the battery module 10 is combined to the sucking portion 20, the control chip 230 and the atomizer 220 will be electrically connected to the battery module 10. The electronic cigar switch 130 serves to switch on or off the power from the battery module 10 to the atomizer 220. When the pressure applied to the pressure sensor is varied, the pressure sensor will transfer a signal to the control chip 230 so as to actuate the atomizer 220.

[0014] In use, the electronic cigar switch 130 is turned on, the display light 110 will light up. The user can breath air from the sucking portion 20 connected to the battery module 10. The pressure sensor 30 in the sucking portion 20 will sense the variation of the pressure and a signal is transferred to the control chip 230 so as to actuate the atomizer 220 and thus the liquid perfume 221 in the atomizer 220 will atomize and thus to be sucked into the mouth of the user. Meanwhile the display light 110 will light up as the user sucks a cigar.

[0015] Moreover, when the user presses the laser pen switch 131, laser light will emit from the laser module 120 and the light passes through the display light 110 to a point. The usage is as a laser pointer which is suitable in committees, reporting, teaching, etc.

[0016] Referring to FIG. 3, another embodiment of the present invention is illustrated. The battery module 10 is further includes a USB (Universal Serial Bus) plug 142 by which the battery module 10 can be connected to a USB socket in a computer for charging power to the chargeable battery 100. One end of the sucking portion 20 is formed with a slot 210 for receiving the USB plug 142 of the battery module 10.

[0017] The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.
