Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0001] 1. Field of the Invention
[0002] The present invention relates to a device for wave-shaping
of an outsole of a shoe, and more particularly, to a device for 360
degree wave-shaping of an outsole of a shoe.
[0003] 2. Background of the Related Art
[0004] Generally, an outsole of a shoe has a specific shape formed
thereon. Conventional devices for shaping the outsole have had a
mold for forming the shape of the entire outsole at a time. As a
result, if a predetermined portion of the outsole is broken or
damaged, the entire outsole should be exchanged inconveniently with
new one, which of course increases the production costs
thereof.
[0005] According to the conventional arts, further, it is
impossible to perform a cutting operation for given portions of a
material for the outsole, and therefore, the cutting operation is
carried out for the entire outsole, which undesirably causes the
unnecessary loss of the material for the outsole. Unfortunately,
there is no technique to cut only a specific portion of the
outsole.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0006] Accordingly, the present invention has been made in view of
the above-mentioned problems occurring in the prior art, and it is
an object of the present invention to provide a device for 360
degree wave-shaping of an outsole of a shoe that is capable of
exchanging given portions of the outsole with new ones and
performing a cutting operation for a given portion of the
outsole.
[0007] It is another object of the present invention to provide a
device for 360 degree wave-shaping of an outsole of a shoe that is
capable of preventing slipping of the shoe with the 360 degree
wave-shaped outsole.
[0008] It is still another object of the present invention to
provide a device for 360 degree wave-shaping of an outsole of a
shoe that is capable of providing high effects in water discharge
by means of the formation of a plurality of streamlined space
portions on the outsole.
[0009] To accomplish the above objects, according to the present
invention, there is provided a device for 360 degree wave-shaping
of an outsole of a shoe including: a base part; and a blade plate
part mounted on the base part and having an upper blade plate
corresponding to an upper portion of the outsole of the shoe and a
lower blade plate corresponding to a lower portion of the outsole
of the shoe, each of the upper blade plate and the lower blade
plate having a plurality of blades adapted to perform the 360
degree wave-shaping for the outsole of the shoe.
[0010] According to the present invention, preferably, the blade
plate part is wave-shaped, and each of the upper blade plate and
the lower blade plate has a plurality of streamlined space portions
formed extended from one sides thereof to the other sides thereof,
thereby discharging water therethrough.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
[0011] The above and other objects, features and advantages of the
present invention will be apparent from the following detailed
description of the preferred embodiments of the invention in
conjunction with the accompanying drawings, in which:
[0012] FIG. 1 is a photograph showing a device for 360 degree
wave-shaping of an outsole of a shoe according to the present
invention;
[0013] FIGS. 2a and 2b are photographs showing upper and lower
blade plates in the device for 360 degree wave-shaping of an
outsole of a shoe according to the present invention; and
[0014] FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing an outsole of a shoe on
which the 360 degree wave-shaping is performed by using the device
for 360 degree wave-shaping of an outsole of a shoe according to
the present invention.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
[0015] Hereinafter, an explanation on a device for 360 degree
wave-shaping of an outsole of a shoe according to the present
invention will be in detail given with reference to the attached
drawings. FIG. 1 is a photograph showing a device for 360 degree
wave-shaping of an outsole of a shoe according to the present
invention, FIGS. 2a and 2b are photographs showing upper and lower
blade plates in the device for 360 degree wave-shaping of an
outsole of a shoe according to the present invention, and FIG. 3 is
a perspective view showing an outsole of a shoe on which the 360
degree wave-shaping is performed by using the device for 360 degree
wave-shaping of an outsole of a shoe according to the present
invention.
[0016] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 2b, a device 100 for 360 degree
wave-shaping of an outsole of a shoe according to the present
invention largely includes a base part 1 and a blade plate part
20.
[0017] The base part 10 is adapted to place the blade plate part 20
on the top surface thereof.
[0018] The blade plate part 20 is placed on the base part 10. The
blade plate part 20 has a plurality of blades 25. The blade plate
part 20 is wave-shaped. The blade plate part 20 is adapted to
perform 360 degree wave shaping for the outsole of the shoe. The
blade plate part 20 is divided into an upper blade plate 20a
corresponding to an upper portion of the outsole of the shoe and a
lower blade plate 20b corresponding to a lower portion of the
outsole of the shoe. Each of the upper blade plate 20a and the
lower blade plate 20b has a plurality of streamlined space portions
30a to 30d formed extended from one ends thereof to the other ends
thereof. With the formation of the plurality of streamlined space
portions 30a to 30d, as shown in FIG. 3, an outsole 200 of a shoe
formed by using the device 100 of the present invention has a
plurality of space portions 230a to 230d formed thereon. The
formation of the plurality of space portions 230a to 230d on the
outsole 200 allows water to be gently discharged from the outsole
to the outside.
[0019] As described above, there is provided the device for 360
degree wave-shaping of an outsole of a shoe that produces the
outsole on which 360 degree wave shaping is performed to prevent a
wearer from slipping in every direction and further forms the
plurality of streamlined space portions on the outsole to allow
water to be gently discharged from the outsole.
[0020] Moreover, if a given blade disposed on the blade plate part
is broken, only the broken blade is exchanged with new one, thereby
extending the life term of the device, and moreover, a cutting
operation is performed just for a necessary size of a material for
the outsole, thereby preventing unnecessary consumption of the
material for the outsole. According to the present invention,
additionally, the cutting operation can be carried out just for a
specific portion of the outsole and for a required portion
thereof.
[0021] While the present invention has been described with
reference to the particular illustrative embodiments, it is not to
be restricted by the embodiments but only by the appended claims.
It is to be appreciated that those skilled in the art can change or
modify the embodiments without departing from the scope and spirit
of the present invention.
