Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[0001] The present invention relates to solar tracker; more
particularly, relates to setting solar trackers/solar moduli on a
horizontal solar tracker apparatus with structure strengthened by a
support body of staggered rectangular beams to prevent from
deformation.
DESCRIPTION OF THE RELATED ART
[0002] In FIG. 8 a prior art mainly has a stud 90 set in a
foundation 92. The stud 90 is a hollow thick wall tube. Solar
moduli are combined with a tube 91 under a solar tracker to be set
on the stud 90 for generating power. Although the prior art carries
solar trackers/solar moduli 93 the stud 90 simply has a stud
bracing design. Under shear effect of strong wind, the stud 90 does
not have resistance to keep angle of inlet light for obtain enough
solar density shown on the solar trackers/solar moduli 93 and thus
the prior art does not generate power effectively. In a word under
strong wind, bending moment of the stud 90 may be deformed and
power is not generated effectively. Hence, the prior art does not
fulfill all users' requests on actual use.

structure strengthened by a support body to prevent from
deformation.
[0004] Another purpose of the present invention is to obtain
effective stress resistance and bending moment endurance under
shear effect of strong wind by using a truss device of staggered
rectangular beams to enhance stress strength.
[0005] To achieve the above purposes, the present invention is a
horizontal solar tracker apparatus, comprising a support body, a
combining part, a solar modulus crutch a trig forks elevator and an
azimuth (AZ) bearing device, where the support body comprises a
support stud and a support part; the support body processes motion
and improves structural strength; the combining part combines the
support body; the solar modulus crutch has solar trackers/solar
moduli on the solar modulus crutch; the trig forks elevator
together with the solar modulus crutch is placed on the support
body; the trig forks elevator processes a motion having an
elevation angle to the solar modulus crutch; the AZ bearing device
is located between the combining part and the support body; and the
AZ bearing device drives the support body to process a rotation
having an AZ angle to the solar modulus crutch. Accordingly, a
novel horizontal solar tracker apparatus is obtained.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
[0015] The following description of the preferred embodiment is
provided to understand the features and the structures of the
present invention.
[0016] Please refer to FIG. 1 which is a perspective view showing a
structure of a preferred embodiment according to the present
invention. As shown in the figure, the present invention is a

part 12, where the support stud 11 is combined with a plurality of
prop stands 111 for positioning; and the support part 12 is a truss
device of staggered rectangular beams 121 to enhance structural
strength.
[0018] The combining part 2 is combined with the support body 1
where the combining part 2 is penetrated by the support stud 11 of
the support body 1 or is fixed upon the support part 12 of the
support body 1 for fixing and combining the support part 12 and the
support stud 11.
