Claims
1. A fitted sheet with multiple fabrics for variable warmth zones
for creating different temperature zones in the bed to compensate
for a user's preference for warmer or cooler body part
temperatures, comprising: a. means for maintaining a cooler feel
for the user; b. means for maintaining a warmer zone for the user,
permanently attached to said means for maintaining a cooler feel
for the user; and c. means for combining the attributes of the
lower warm zone and the cooler cool zone, permanently connected to
said means for maintaining a warmer zone for the user, and
permanently connected to said means for maintaining a cooler feel
for the user.
2. The fitted sheet with multiple fabrics for variable warmth zones
in accordance with claim 1, wherein said means for maintaining a
cooler feel for the user comprises a cooler upper fabric.
3. The fitted sheet with multiple fabrics for variable warmth zones
in accordance with claim 1, wherein said means for maintaining a
warmer zone for the user comprises a warm fabric lower fabric.
4. The fitted sheet with multiple fabrics for variable warmth zones
in accordance
5. A fitted sheet with multiple fabrics for variable warmth zones
for creating different temperature zones in the bed to compensate
for a user's preference for warmer or cooler body part
temperatures, comprising: a. a cool fabric upper fabric, for
maintaining a cooler feel for the user; b. a warm fabric lower
fabric, for maintaining a warmer zone for the user, permanently
attached to said upper fabric; and c. a constructed from lower and
upper zones sheet, for combining the attributes of the lower warm
zone and the cooler cool zone, permanently connected to said lower
fabric, and permanently connected to said upper fabric.
6. A fitted sheet with multiple fabrics for variable warmth zones
for creating different temperature zones in the bed to compensate
for a user's preference for warmer or cooler body part
temperatures, comprising: a. a cool fabric upper fabric, for
maintaining a cooler feel for the user; b. a plush fabric lower
fabric, for maintaining a warmer zone for the user, permanently
attached to said upper fabric; c. a constructed from lower and
upper zones sheet, for combining the attributes of the lower warm
zone and the cooler cool zone, temporarily fitted to said mattress,
permanently connected to said lower fabric, and permanently
connected to said upper fabric.
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0001] When people sleep at night their body temperature may vary
from their feet to their heads. An example of this would be when
people's feet are colder than the rest of their bodies which causes
the entire body to feel cold.
[0002] It would be advantageous to provide a sheet that would
passively create a warmer zone for the feet and legs than the
head.
[0003] It would also be advantageous to provide a sheet that
combined the features of cool fabric with warm fabric to apply
these zones to a bed.
[0004] It would also be advantageous to combine these fabrics in a
single sheet that would be fitted to a mattress without any
modifications to the mattress or the bed.
[0005] It is therefore an object of the invention to maintain a
warm zone at the foot of the bed.
[0006] It is another object of the invention to be a warming zone
as long as it is on the bed.
[0007] It is another object of the invention to be cooler at the
head of the bed.
[0008] It is another object of the invention to make it easy for
the user to create a dual warmth bed.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0009] In accordance with the present invention, there is provided
a fitted sheet a portion of which is made from a fabric that feels
warmer and a portion of which is made from a fabric that feels
cooler so the user would be able to have warmer feet without
overheating the rest of their bodies.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
[0010] A complete understanding of the present invention may be
obtained by reference to the accompanying drawings, when considered
in conjunction with the subsequent, detailed description, in
which:
[0011] FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a fitted sheet 4 with a
lower fabric 2 on the bottom and a upper fabric 1 on the top;
[0012] FIG. 2 is a top view of a fitted sheet 4 with a lower fabric
2 on the bottom and a upper fabric 1 on the top;
[0013] FIG. 3 is an isometric view of a fitted sheet 4 with a
warmer fabric 2 on the bottom and a cooler fabric 1 on the top;
and
[0014] FIG. 4 is a bottom view of a fitted sheet 4 with a lower
fabric 2 on the bottom and a upper fabric 1 on the top fitted over
a mattress 3.
[0015] For purposes of clarity and brevity, like elements and
components will bear the same designations and numbering throughout
the Figures.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
[0016] FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a fitted sheet 4 with a
warmer lower fabric 2 on the bottom and a cooler upper fabric 1 on
the top.
[0017] FIG. 2 is a top view of a fitted sheet 4 with a warmer lower
fabric 2 on the bottom and a cooler upper fabric 1 on the top.

[0019] FIG. 4 is a bottom view of a fitted sheet 4 with a warmer
lower fabric 2 on the bottom and a cooler upper fabric 1 on the top
fitted to a mattress 3.
[0020] Since other modifications and changes varied to fit
particular operating requirements and environments will be apparent
to those skilled in the art, the invention is not considered
limited to the example chosen for purposes of disclosure, and
covers all changes and modifications which do not constitute
departures from the true spirit and scope of this invention.
