Abstract
A file is provided. A case has a first opening. A first pocket
is removably stored in the case through the first opening. The case
is provided with a first magnet to be attachable to an attachment
wall made of ferromagnetic material by magnetic force of the first
magnet. The first pocket is provided with a second magnet to be
attachable to the attachment wall by magnetic force of the second
magnet in a state where that case is attached to the attachment
wall.

Claims
1. A file comprising: a case having a first opening; and a first
pocket removably stored in the case through the first opening,
wherein the case is provided with a first magnet to be attachable
to an attachment wall made of ferromagnetic material by magnetic
force of the first magnet, and wherein the first pocket is provided
with a second magnet to be attachable to the attachment wall by
magnetic force of the second magnet in a state where that case is
attached to the attachment wall.
2. The file as set forth in claim 1, further comprising a second
pocket removably stored in the case through the first opening,
wherein the second pocket is provided with a third magnet to be
attachable to the attachment wall by magnetic force of the third
magnet in a state where the case is attached to the attachment
wall, and wherein the first pocket is provided with a hole so that
the second pocket is attached to the attachment wall through the
hole by the magnetic force of the third magnet.
3. The file as set forth in claim 1, wherein the first opening of
the case is provided with a slip-off preventing portion for
preventing the first pocket from slipping off of the case.
4. The file as set forth in claim 1, wherein a lower end portion of
the first pocket is provided with a slip-off preventing piece for
preventing the first pocket from slipping off of the case.
5. The file as set forth in claim 1, wherein the first opening of
the case is provided with a slip-off preventing portion for
preventing the first pocket from slipping off of the case, wherein
a lower portion of the first pocket is provided with a slip-off
preventing piece for preventing the first pocket from slipping off
of the case, wherein the slip-off preventing portion is configured
so that an opening width of the first opening is narrowed at both
ends of the first opening, and wherein the slip-off preventing
piece is configured so that an upper portion of the first pocket is
formed to have a width which is the same as or smaller than the
narrowed opening width of the first opening and the lower end
portion of the first pocket is formed to have a width which is
greater than the narrowed opening width of the first opening.
6. The file as set forth in claim 5, wherein the slip-off
preventing portion is formed by folding an upper portion of the
case toward the first opening.
7. The file as set forth in claim 1, wherein the first pocket
includes: a flat-plate-shaped base; and a flat-plate-shaped sheet
superposed on and adhered to the base, and wherein one of the base
and the sheet is thicker than the other.
8. The file as set forth in claim 7, wherein the sheet is adhered
to the base at a first side and a second side perpendicular to the
first side and is not adhered to the base at a third side opposite
to the first side and a fourth, side opposite to the second side
and perpendicular to the third side.
9. The file as set forth in claim. 7, wherein the first magnet is
provided on the one of the base and the sheet, and wherein a step
between the first magnet and the one of the base and the sheet is
covered by a film.
10. The file as set forth in claim 1, further comprising an cover
which is openable from the case at an end side of the case, wherein
a holder is provided on an exposed portion of the case, the exposed
portion exposed to the outside when the cover is opened.
11. The file as set forth in claim 1, wherein the case has a second
opening, and wherein the file further comprises a third pocket
removably stored in the case through the second opening.
Description
[0001] The disclosure of Japanese Patent Application No.
2009-131537 filed on May 29, 2009 and Japanese Design Application
No. 2009-12005 filed on May 28, 2009 including specification,
drawings and claims are incorporated herein by reference.
BACKGROUND
[0002] The present invention relates to a file configured to be
attached to an attachment wall such as a front surface portion of a
door of a refrigerator or the like, the attachment wall which is
made of a ferromagnetic material such as an iron plate.
[0003] FIG. 1 of Patent Document 1 discloses a storage file. The
storage file has a plurality of sheets for storing documents and is
provided with a magnet or the like. The storage file is attached to
a refrigerator while being open.
[0004] In addition, FIG. 3 of Patent Document 2 discloses an index
in which magnets provided on both sides of an opening of a case
attract hook pieces protruding from lower ends on both sides of a
card pulled up from the case to maintain the card in visible
state.

[0007] However, the storage file described above has several
disadvantages.
[0008] (1) When the file is attached to the refrigerator, it can be
maintained in only one state of an open state and a closed state,
and only a part of the document stored in the file can not be
exposed.
[0009] (2) In a case where an area of the wall to which the file is
attached is smaller than an area of the file in the open state, the
file should be attached only in the closed state.
[0010] (3) When the sheet-shaped file is turned over while being
attached to the refrigerator or the like, the attachment of the
storage file becomes unstable, and the storage file easily
drops.
[0011] In addition, the index described above has several
disadvantages.
[0012] (4) Since the card is maintained only in an entirely exposed
state, the card cannot be maintained in a partially pulled-up
state, or a plurality of cards cannot be maintained in a visible
state.
[0013] (5) Since the lower end of the card is maintained in the
state where the card is pulled up, a card of which an upper side is
not supported easily becomes unstable.
SUMMARY
[0014] Exemplary embodiments of the present invention address the
above disadvantages and other disadvantages not described above.
However, the present invention is not required to overcome the
disadvantages described above, and thus, an exemplary embodiment of
the present invention may not overcome any of the problems
described above.
[0015] According to an aspect of the embodiments of the present
invention, there is provided a file comprising: a case having a
first opening; and a first pocket removably stored in the case
through the first opening, wherein the case (more preferably, an
outer surface of the case) is provided with a first magnet to be
attachable to an attachment wall made of ferromagnetic material by
magnetic force of the first magnet.
[0016] Accordingly, the file can be easily attached to the
attachment wall, for example, a front wall portion of a door of a
refrigerator.
[0017] The first pocket is provided with a second magnet to be
attachable to the attachment wall by magnetic force of the second
magnet in a state where that case is attached to the attachment
wall.
[0018] Accordingly, the first pocket can be maintained in a visible
state where the first pocket is taken out of the case, so that
documents or the like stored in the first pocket can be seen
easily. That is, a state where a desired amount of pocket is taken
out of the case can be maintained.
[0019] The file may further comprises a second pocket removably
stored in the case through the first opening and the second pocket
may be provided with a third magnet to be attachable to the
attachment wall by magnetic force of the third magnet in a state
where the case is attached to the attachment wall
[0020] Accordingly, for example, the first pocket can be fixed in a
state where it is entirely taken out of the case and the second
pocket can be fixed in a state where only a part thereof is taken
out of the case. Therefore, it is possible to always display
documents stored in any pocket.
[0021] The first pocket may be provided with a hole (the hole may
be a recessed portion or a through-hole) so that the second pocket
is attached to the attachment wall through the hole by the magnetic
force of the third magnet.
[0022] Accordingly, the state where the first and second pockets
are taken out of the case can be reliably maintained. Therefore, it
is possible to simultaneously recognize documents stored in the
plurality of the pockets.
[0023] The first opening of the case may be provided with a
slip-off preventing portion for preventing the first pocket from
slipping off of the case.
[0024] Accordingly, it is possible to prevent the first pocket from
slipping off unintentionally, so that less care is needed to take
out the first pocket.
[0025] Specifically, the slip-off preventing portion may be
configured so that an opening width of the first opening is
narrowed at both ends of the first opening.
[0026] More specifically, the slip-off preventing portion may be
formed by folding an upper portion of the case toward the first
opening.
[0027] Accordingly, it is possible to easily prevent the first
pocket from slipping off of the case.
[0028] A lower end portion of the first pocket may be provided with
a slip-off preventing piece for preventing the first pocket from
slipping off of the case.
[0029] Accordingly, it is possible to prevent the first pocket from
slipping off unintentionally, so that less care is needed to take
out the first pocket.
[0030] Specifically, the slip-off preventing piece may be
configured so that an upper portion of the first pocket is formed
to have a width which is the same as or smaller than the narrowed
opening width of the first opening and the lower end portion of the
first pocket is formed to have a width which is greater than the
narrowed opening width of the first opening.
[0031] Accordingly, it is possible to easily prevent the first
pocket from slipping off of the case.
[0032] The first pocket may include; a flat-plate-shaped base; and
a flat-plate-shaped sheet superposed on and adhered to the base.
The sheet may be adhered to the base at a first side and a second
side perpendicular to the first side and is not adhered to the base
at a third side opposite to the first side and a fourth side
opposite to the second side and perpendicular to the third
side.
[0033] Accordingly, it is possible to allow articles such as
documents to be easily stored in and taken out of the pocket.
[0034] One of the base and the sheet may be thicker than the
other.
[0035] Accordingly, when the documents are stored in the first
pocket, only the thinner one of the base and the sheet is extended
so that the thicker one of the base and the sheet can be easily
attached to the attachment wall such as the front surface portion
of the door of the refrigerator.
[0036] In addition, when a plurality of pockets includes a base and
a sheet are stored in the case in a state where the pockets are
directed in the same direction (for example, thick bases and thin
sheets are alternatively arranged in the case), a contact point
between one sheet and another sheet can be reduced, thereby
preventing the pockets from becoming jammed (for example, becoming
jammed at the adhered portion) when the pockets are stored in or
taken out of the case.
[0037] The thicker one of the base and the sheet of the pocket may
be provided with the first magnet.
[0038] The thinner one of the base and the sheet (for example, a
thin sheet) is likely to be extended by the document stored in the
pocket. Accordingly, if the first magnet is adhered to the thin
side, the first magnet cannot be attached to the attachment wall
such as the front surface portion of the refrigerator due to the
extension of the thin side. This is prevented by the above
configuration.
[0039] A step between the first magnet and the one of the base and
the sheet may be covered by a film.
[0040] Accordingly, the step between the first magnet and the first
pocket can be removed. With this configuration, the pockets hardly
become jammed when the pockets are stored in or taken out of the
case, so that smooth movement of the pocket for the storage or
takeout is possible.
[0041] The file may further comprise an cover which is openable
from the case at an end side of the case. A holder may be provided
on an exposed portion of the case, the exposed portion exposed to
the outside when the cover is opened.
[0042] Accordingly, a large document can be inserted into the
holder. That is, a document having too large size to be stored in
the case can be stored in the holder. For example, in a case where
the case is set to store A4 papers, an A3 paper having a size of
twice the A4 paper can be stored by the holder. In this case, left
and right ends of the large documents are stored in left and right
side of the holder, respectively.
[0043] The case may have a second opening, and the file may further
comprise a third pocket removably stored in the case through the
second opening.
[0044] Accordingly, the pockets can be stored in a plurality of
directions, and a storage direction of the pocket can be changed
depending on an attachment wall to which the file is to be
attached.
[0045] The exemplary embodiments of the present invention have the
following advantages.
[0046] (1) The pocket can be maintained in a state where only the
desired amount of pocket can be exposed from the case.
[0047] (2) A plurality of pockets can be maintained in a visible
state.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EXEMPLARY EMBODIMENTS
[0146] Exemplary embodiments of the invention will now be described
with reference to the accompanying drawings.
First Embodiment
[0147] A file 10 according to a first embodiment mainly includes
the following parts as illustrated in FIG. 1:
[0148] (1) a case 100
[0149] (2) a pocket 200.
[0150] (Case 100)
[0151] The case 100 is, as illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 6, made of a
sheet of plate-like member which is formed by cutting, for example,
a synthetic resin material made of polypropylene or the like into a
thin film shape using a press cutting machine.
[0152] Specifically, as illustrated in FIG. 6, the case 100 is
configured by folding the sheet in a front surface member 102, a
rear surface member 103 provided at an opposed position to the
front surface member 102, right and left surface members 104 and
105 which are opposed to each other in a thickness direction of a
document stored in the case 100, and a bottom surface member 106
for retaining the document or the like which is stored in the case
100, at, as illustrated in FIG. 1, thin hinges H1 to H7 into a box
shape to have an opening portion 101 on an upper side.
[0153] The case 100 includes the following parts as illustrated in
FIG. 1:

[0161] The cover portion 110 having a plate shape is provided on a
surface of the case 100 as illustrated in FIG. 1. The cover portion
110 is configured to be opened from the case 100 at an end side of
the case 100.
[0162] In addition, as illustrated in FIG. 1, the surface fastener
113 is provided on an inner side of a fold-back piece 111 formed by
folding an end side of the cover portion 110 back to the case 100
and on a rear side of the magnet 112.
[0163] Accordingly, it is attached to a surface fastener 150
provided on a side surface of the case 100, so that it is possible
to prevent the cover portion 110 from being opened
unintentionally.
[0164] In addition, as illustrated in FIG. 1, the magnet 112 is
provided on an outer side of the fold-back piece 111 formed by
folding the end side of the cover portion 110 back to the case
100.
[0165] Accordingly, in the case where the cover portion 110 is
open, the cover portion 110 is attached to the refrigerator by the
magnet 112, so that it is possible to prevent the cover portion 110
from being closed unintentionally.
[0166] (Stored Article Folding Portions 120 and 121)
[0167] The stored article holding portions 120 and 121 are portions
exposed in the state where the cover portion 110 is open.
Specifically, as illustrated in FIG. 1, they are a pair of left and
right portions provided on the inner side of the cover portion 110
and on the front surface member 102 of the case 100 for storing
articles having sizes greater than the case 100.
[0168] Specifically, the stored article holding portions 120 and
121 are configured as transparent sheets made of polypropylene or
the like. With regard to the left stored article holding portion
120 provided on the inner side of the cover portion 110, an upper
side 120a and a right side 120b are open, and a left side 120c and
a lower side 120d are adhered to the cover portion 110. With regard
to the right stored article holding portion 121 provided on the
front surface member 102 of the case 100, an upper side 121a and a
left side 121c are open, and a right side 121b and a lower side
121d are adhered to the front surface member 102 of the case
100.
