Antiskid latex glove and manufacturing method thereof
Abstract
The present invention discloses an antiskid rubberized
protective glove and a manufacturing method thereof. The product
comprises a glove base, a latex layer coated on the glove base, and
a PVC antiskid dot layer provide between the glove base and the
latex layer. The manufacturing method implements a dipping process
on the glove base, wherein before the dipping process, firstly
implementing dotting process with PVC material on the glove base.
The present invention has rational structure, good antiskid
ability, and the dots are firmly provided thereon.

Claims
1. An antiskid rubberized protective glove, comprising a glove
base, wherein a latex layer is coated on said glove base, and a PVC
antiskid dot layer is provide between said glove base and said
latex layer.
2. The antiskid rubberized protective glove, as recited in claim 1,
wherein said dots are evenly distributed on a palm side of said
glove base.
3. The antiskid rubberized protective glove, as recited in claim 1,
wherein said dot is cone-shaped.
4. The antiskid rubberized protective glove, as recited in claim 2,
wherein said dot is cone-shaped.
5. A method of manufacturing antiskid rubberized protective glove
comprising a step of dipping a glove base with latex, wherein
before said dipping process, said method comprises a step of
providing dots made of PVC material on said glove base.
6. The method of manufacturing antiskid rubberized protective
glove, as recited in claim 5, wherein during the dotting process,
said dots are evenly distributed on a palm side of said glove base.
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE PRESENT INVENTION
[0001] 1. Field of Invention
[0002] The present invention relates to a glove and the
manufacturing method thereof, and more particularly to an
industrial protective glove and the manufacturing method
thereof.
[0003] 2. Description of Related Arts
[0004] With the increasing sense of self-protection, the demand for
protective gloves is more and more, and the demand for protection
level is higher and higher. Before the present patent application,
protective gloves can be classified into two categories: knitted
glove, cloth glove and leather glove; and rubberized glove.
According to different protection levels, the rubberized glove is
dipped with NBR latex, natural latex, PVC or PU. However, the
biggest drawback of the rubberized gloves is that the antiskid
ability is not good enough to have an ideal protection effect.
SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT INVENTION
[0005] An object of the present invention is to provide an antiskid
rubberized protective glove and manufacturing method thereof,
wherein the glove has good antiskid ability and has a plurality of
dots firmly provided thereon.
[0006] Accordingly, in order to accomplish the above object, the
present invention provides an antiskid rubberized protective glove
comprising:
[0007] a glove base,
[0008] a latex layer coated on the glove base, and
[0009] a PVC antiskid dot layer provide between the glove base and
the latex layer.
[0010] The dots are evenly distributed on a palm side of the glove
base. The dot is cone-shaped.
[0011] A method of manufacturing antiskid rubberized protective
glove, comprise a step of dipping the glove base with latex,
wherein before the dipping process, the manufacturing method
comprises a step of providing dots made of PVC material on a glove
base.
[0012] During the dotting process, the dots are evenly distributed
on a palm side of the glove base.
[0013] The present invention has rational structure, good antiskid
ability, and the dots are firmly provided thereon. Experiments show
that if the dotting process is implemented after the dipping
process, the dots will not be firmly secured, and at the same time,
during the dotting process, the NBR latex and natural latex are
easily accumulated and block the meshes, which will result in lower
productivity and badly influence the quality control.
[0014] 1. The present invention may take nylon or terylene as
material and use 10-pin, 13-pin, or 15-pin knitting machine to knit
all kinds of gloves, and then produces all types of protective
gloves by dotting and dipping process based on theses gloves.
[0015] 2. The present invention may use knitted fabric or woven
fabric gloves as cloth base, and produces all types of protective
gloves by dotting and dipping process.
[0016] 3. The present invention may use natural leather or
synthetic leather gloves as base, and produces all types of
protective gloves by dotting and dipping process.
[0017] 4. The natural and chemical latex includes: [0018] a. NBR
latex; [0019] b. natural latex; [0020] c. PVC; and [0021] d.
PU.
[0022] The above mentioned types of latex can be mixed for use
according to a formula.
[0023] 5. Provide dots made of PVC material on the knitted, cloth
or leather glove, dry it, and dipping it with latex. The pattern,
size and color can be designed, distributed, and provided according
to the protection function and market demand. Furthermore, the
client trademark and name can also be printed on the gloves by
screen printing method, so as to help enriching the antiskid
rubberized protective glove varieties and provide greater
selectivity for the users.
[0024] 6. The present invention can use special yarn as glove base,
such as anti-cut yarn, heat-resistant yarn, anti-bacterial yarn,
wear-resistant yarn and so on, to produce dotted and dipped gloves
of outstanding protective function.
[0025] 7. The present invention can also be used on long gloves,
sports gloves, casual gloves, and other life gloves.

following drawings and detailed description.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

protective glove according to a preferred embodiment of the present
invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
[0029] A method of manufacturing antiskid rubberized protective
glove firstly comprises a step of providing dots made of PVC
material on a glove base 1, that is to say, dotting directly on the
glove base with PVC material so as to form dots thereon. During the
dotting process, the dots are evenly or unevenly provided on a palm
side of the glove base, and the dot is cone-shaped. Then drying,
setting the dots and dipping the glove base with chemical latex
material, such as NBR latex, natural latex, PU, PVC, and so on. And
the product is obtained after regular process of drying,
complementing sulfur, cleaning up, checking, packing, and so on.
The product comprises glove base 1, a latex layer 3 coated on the
glove base, and a PVC antiskid dot layer 4 provide between the
glove base and the latex layer. The dot is cone-shaped for further
increasing the antiskid ability.
