Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0001] 1. Field of the Invention
[0002] The present invention relates to a hanger for a collection
bag, and a collection box having the same, and in particular to a
hanger for a collection bag in which a pair of hangers are
installed on a wall or in the interior of a collection box in
parallel by one pair, and a plurality of collection boxes having
punched openings can be inputted and loaded, and one bag is
discharged from the loaded collection bags when in use and is
hanged on four longitudinal protrusions formed at one pair of
hanger.
[0003] 2. Description of the Related Prior Art
[0004] As shown in FIG. 8, a conventional collection bag has a pair
of symmetrical hangers 1 in a horizontal direction in a rounded
shape. When a punched collection bag is inputted into an opening of
the hanger 1, it cannot pass through a rounded portion 4 with a
relatively larger interval, so that an insertion and loading are
not easy. Even when a collection bag has been inputted by passing
through the rounded portion, a collection bag cannot be hung in a
fully unfolded shape. So, it is impossible to hang and unfold the
collection bag without an additional device. In case of a
conventional collection bag hanger, a collection bag specially
designed to have flexibility is used or a certain device for
hanging and unfolding the collection bag is needed. As a result,
even when a meter-rate system bag, a plastic bag, or a pocket has
an accurate punched opening, it cannot be reliably inputted and
hung by a conventional collection bag hanger.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0005] Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to
overcome the problems encountered in the conventional art.
[0006] It is another object of the present invention to provide a
hanger for a collection bag and a collection box having the same in
which a pair of hangers are installed upright with a regular
interval between the same, and a collection box inputting and
loading are easy, and four protrusions are formed at a pair of
hangers by bending the hangers upwards. Four punched openings of
the loaded collection bag are hung by the protrusions, so that the
bag is substantially opened with a certain tension.
[0007] It is further another object of the present invention to
provide a hanger for a collection bag and a collection box having
the same in which as the hangers are bent upwards, multiple
collection bags are loaded and unfolded easily with the assistance
of the protrusions, so that it is possible to easily store
recyclable items and waste which are continuously used in life. In
addition, since the intervals between the hangers are constant,
various kinds of plastic bags or pockets, which are not specially
manufactured, but currently available in the markets, can be
used.
[0008] It is still further another object of the present invention
to provide a hanger for a collection bag and a collection box
having the same in which since protrusions with relatively higher
heights are formed in an upward direction of the hangers, even when
the collection bag has openings larger than the interval of the
hangers, the openings of the collection bag are not beyond the
protrusions without hands, so that it is possible to hang in a
state that the collection bag is unfolded, namely, it is possible
to use a collection bag larger than a standard collection box.
[0009] It is still further another object of the present invention
to provide a hanger for a collection bag and a collection box
having the same in which an escaper prevention part provided at a
front end of the opening of the hanger is bent upward for thereby
enhancing an easier insertion of the collection bag. Even when an
interval of the openings of the collection bag is greater by a
careless work, it is possible to prevent an escape of the
collection bag.
[0010] To achieve the above objects, in a collection box hanger
which can support a plurality of collection bags for collecting
waste or recyclable items, there is provided a collection bag
hanger which comprises an opening 11 for receiving a collection
bag; a use part 12 which is bent upwards for forming a longitudinal
protrusion 14 and allows a collection bag, which will be used, to
be caught by the longitudinal protrusion 14 in an unfolded shape;
and a loading part 13 for storing a plurality of collection bags,
wherein two hangers 10 formed of the above elements are parallel in
one pair, and the upwards bent parts are perpendicular.
[0011] In the present invention, longitudinal protrusions are
formed by vertically bending a pair of hangers. The lengths of the
use parts of the hangers are same as the intervals between the
hangers. It is easy to move without resistance or friction for an
insertion, loading, unfolding and removal when the collection bag
with punched openings are disposed on the hangers. Since four
longitudinal protrusions 14 are formed, four openings of the
collection bag are caught by four longitudinal protrusions of the
collection bag hanger 40, so that a collection bag can be unfolded
in a square shape. Since the intervals between the hangers 10 are
constant, various collection bags can be used irrespective of the
kinds of bags such as a meter-rate bag, a plastic bag, and a pocket
which are currently available in the market only when the
surrounding of the collection bag is above 1/4 of the interval
between the hangers. Even when the punched opening intervals or
punched openings are relatively larger due to a careless work,
since there are provided the longitudinal protrusions 14 having
relatively higher heights, there are not problems when the
collection bag is used. In the present invention, the escape
prevention part formed at the front end of the opening of the
hangers is upwardly bent, an insertion of the collection bag is
enhanced. Even the intervals of the punched openings are larger in
the collection bag due to a careless work, it is possible to
prevent an escape of the front side of the collection bag from the
hangers (external escape of the hanger). Namely, it is possible to
use a collection bag larger than the size of the collection
box.
[0012] In the collection bag hanger 40 according to the present
invention, since the meter-rate system standard bag may be punched,
unfolded and used in case of waste, it is not needed to use the
collection bag twice for thereby saving a natural resource.
[0013] In addition, a collection bag hanger according to the
present invention has a simple structure. It can be easily mounted
on a wall or can be installed in the interior of the collection
box. The collection box having various shapes and sizes can be made
with lower cost in the present invention.
[0014] These, and other aspects and objects of the present
invention will be better appreciated and understood when considered
in conjunction with the following description and the accompanying
drawings. It should be understood, however, that the following
description, while indicating preferred embodiments of the present
invention, is given by way of illustration and not of limitation.
Many changes and modifications may be made within the scope of the
present invention without departing from the spirit thereof, and
the invention includes all such modifications.

which can support a plurality of collection bags for collecting
waste or recyclable items, there is provided a collection bag
hanger which comprises an opening for receiving a collection bag; a
use part which is bent upwards for forming a longitudinal
protrusion and allows a collection bag, which will be used, to be
caught by the longitudinal protrusion in an unfolded shape; and a
loading part for storing a plurality of collection bags, wherein
two hangers formed of the above elements are parallel in one pair,
and the upwards bent parts are perpendicular.
[0022] To achieve the above objects, in a collection box which can
support a plurality of collection bags for collecting waste or
recyclable items, there is provided a collection bag hanger which
comprises a collection box body which forms an inner space; a
fixing frame which has a plurality of engaging holes and is fixed
at an inner upper side of the collection box body by means of an
engaging member which passes through the engaging hole; and a pair
of hangers which are fixed at the fixing frame with certain
intervals, wherein said hanger includes an opening for receiving a
collection bag; a use part which is bent upwards for forming a
longitudinal protrusion at an inner side and an outer side of the
hanger and allows a collection bag, which will be used, to be
caught by the longitudinal protrusion in an unfolded shape; and a
loading part for storing a plurality of collection bags.
[0023] The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be
described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0024] Here, the term "hanger" represents one hanger, and
"collection bag hanger" represents a structure that a pair of
hangers are installed in parallel.
[0025] FIG. 1 is a schematic perspective view illustrating a
collection bag hanger according to a first embodiment of the
present invention. FIG. 2 is a view illustrating a use state of a
collection bag hanger according to a first embodiment of the
present invention. As shown therein, there are provided an opening
11 in which a pair of hangers 10 are installed by the unit of one
pair for receiving a collection bag, a use part 12 in which a
collection bag is caught and supported by a longitudinal protrusion
in a unfolded state, and a loading part 13 for loading a plurality
of collection bags.
[0026] Here, the hanger 10 is preferably made in a metallic
circular pipe. It has an opening 11 formed at a front side for
receiving a plurality of punched collection bags 6. An escape
prevention part 11a bent upwards for preventing an escape of the
inputted collection bag 6 is formed at a front end of the opening
11.
[0027] A use part 12 is formed at the following portion of the
opening 11, so that a collection bag 6 is disposed and used. The
use part 12 is formed by connecting the upper sides of two
longitudinal protrusions 14 which are vertically bent. A collection
bag to be used is caught and supported by the longitudinal
protrusion in a state that it is unfolded with a certain length. As
shown in FIG. 1, the longitudinal protrusion 14 is formed at a
connection portion between the opening 11 and the use part 12 and
at a connection portion between the use part 12 and the loading
part 13. As the collection bag is caught and supported by the
longitudinal protrusion 14, it is possible to prevent the
collection bag from being escaped beyond the longitudinal
protrusion 14. In addition, since the longitudinal protrusion 14 is
provided, even when the punched interval of the punched collection
bag 6 is greater than the length of the use part 12 of the hanger
or the size of the punched opening is greater than the diameter of
the hanger, it is possible to hang and support the collection bag
within a scope of the length of the longitudinal protrusion 14.
Preferably, the longitudinal protrusion 14 is bent upwards at a
nearly right angle.
[0028] As shown in FIG. 2, a plurality of hangers are fixed on the
wall. A collection bag 6 is inserted between a pair of the hangers.
The punched part is caught and supported by means of the
longitudinal protrusion in an unfolded state.
[0029] A loading part 13 is provided at the following portion of
the use part 12 so that a plurality of collection bags are
sequentially loaded in the use part 12 and are used. Namely, when
in use, one of the loaded collection bags is separated and moved
toward the use part 12 and is unfolded and used.
[0030] The collection bag hanger according to a first embodiment of
the present invention may be fixed on a collection box or a
wall.
[0031] FIGS. 3 and 4 are perspective views illustrating a
collection bag frame having a collection bag hanger according to a
second embodiment of the present invention. FIGS. 5 and 6 are views
illustrating a use state of a collection bag hanger according to a
second embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 7 is a view
illustrating a use state that a collection bag is mounted on a
collection box according to a second embodiment of the present
invention. FIG. 8 is a perspective view illustrating a conventional
hanger.
[0032] As shown in FIG. 3, the collection bag hanger according to
the present invention may be used by engaging an additional fixing
frame 20 at an inner front end of the loading part 13. The fixing
frame 20 is provided with a plurality of engaging holes 23 for
engaging at a wall or a collection box. So, the fixing frame 20 is
fixed at an inner upper surface of a wall surface of the collection
box by means of an engaging member such as a bolt which passes
through the engaging hole 23. FIG. 5 is a view illustrating a state
that a fixing frame of the collection bag hanger is engaged at a
wall surface according to the present invention. FIG. 7 is a view
illustrating a state that a fixing frame 20 is engaged at an inner
upper side of the collection box 30 having a door 31 according to
the present invention.
[0033] Preferably, the fixing frame 20 may be formed of a
rectangular metallic plate. When it is attached to the collection
box 30, it may have a certain shape and thickness determined based
on the shape of the collection box.
[0034] As shown in FIGS. 4 and 6, there may be further provided a
protection member 24 which is rotatably engaged at the fixing frame
20 for thereby preventing the hanger from being exposed to the
outside. When the hanger is exposed to the outside, the protection
member 24 prevents a user from being hurt as the user hits the
same. As shown in FIG. 6, since the protection member 24 is
rotatably upward and downward, it is possible to do the next work
after the protection member is lifted and tilted upwards.
Preferably, the protection member 24 may have an engaging member so
that it rotates only in an upward direction with respect to a
horizontal reference, not in a downward direction with respect to
the horizontal direction.
[0035] As shown in FIG. 7, the collection bag hanger according to
the present invention may be integrally engaged at the fixing frame
20. In particular, the fixing frame 20 may be engaged at an inner
surface of the collection box 30. Namely, the collection bag hanger
according to the present invention comprises a collection box body
for forming an inner space, a fixing frame 20 which is fixed at an
inner upper side of the collection box body by means of an engaging
member which passes through the engaging hole, and a pair of
hangers 10 which are engaged at the fixing frame with certain
intervals. The hanger 10 engaged at the collection box 30 comprises
an opening 11 for receiving a collection bag, a use part 12 which
is bent upwards so that a longitudinal protrusion 14 is formed at
an inner side and an outer side of the hanger, respectively, for
thereby allowing a collection bag, which will be used, to be caught
and supported by the longitudinal protrusion in a unfolded state,
and a loading part 13 which stores a plurality of collection bags.
The collection box may have a door 31 at one front side if needed,
and a ring 32 may be provided at an outer upper side of the door
31, so that a user can easily hold when opening and closing the
door.
[0036] As the present invention may be embodied in several forms
without departing from the spirit or essential characteristics
thereof, it should also be understood that the above-described
examples are not limited by any of the details of the foregoing
description, unless otherwise specified, but rather should be
construed broadly within its spirit and scope as defined in the
appended claims, and therefore all changes and modifications that
fall within the meets and bounds of the claims, or equivalences of
such meets and bounds are therefore intended to be embraced by the
appended claims.
[0037] In the present invention, longitudinal protrusions are
formed by vertically bending a pair of hangers.
Namely, it is possible to
use a collection bag larger than the size of the collection
box.
[0038] Although the best mode contemplated by the inventors of
carrying out the present invention is disclosed above, practice of
the above invention is not limited thereto. It will be manifest
that various additions, modifications and rearrangements of the
features of the present invention may be made without deviating
from the spirit and the scope of the underlying inventive
concept.
