clothing for use with music players.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0002] Recent developments in technology have enabled people to
carry with them thousands of songs, files, data, and other
information which hitherto may have filled a small room. Devices
such as Apple's i-Pod.RTM. (a Federally registered Trademark) have
exploded with popularity among wide arrays of demographics.
[0003] Many of these devices have various interfaces which enable
the user to fast-forward, rewind, choose a song, increase or
decrease volume, etc. through scroll-wheels and similar structures.
Unfortunately, in order to operate these interfaces, a user must
pull the device completely out of a pocket to operate them
effectively.
[0004] What is clearly needed in the marketplace is apparel with a
window or other orifice which is specifically designed in order to
allow a user to operate a music player through a pocket of a shirt,
jacket, or pair of pants without pulling the music player from the
pocket.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0005] It is an object of the present invention to provide clothing
which enables a person to operate a music player inside the pocket
of a shirt, jacket, pair of pants, or other apparel without pulling
the music player out of the pocket. The present invention
incorporates various windows, orifices specifically sized and
positioned in order to correspond comfortably with the interface of
a music player along with the wires which accompany the earbuds of
the music player.
[0006] It is another objective of the present invention to provide
a fashionable or aesthetically pleasing design with these pockets.
By making these pockets fashionably and aesthetically pleasing
their attendant marketability will increase substantially.
