SHOE STRUCTURE
Abstract
A shoe structure is composed of a vamp, an insole and an
outsole. The insole and its balanced plate are made of a botanic
cornstarch synthetic resin. A support plate made of a bamboo sheet
in different styles is disposed between the insole and the outsole,
so that the integrated shoe structure can absorb forces exerted
onto a foot sole to reduce the force and achieve a shock absorption
effect and an anti-shock effect by the elasticity of fibers
distributed on the support plate, so as to reduce the burden of the
foot sole without feeling an increased weight, and the shoe
structure made of a botanic material gives the effects of using an
easily available material, lowering cost, and protecting
environment.

Claims
1. A shoe structure, comprising a vamp, an insole and an outsole,
characterized in that a support plate made of a bamboo sheet in
different styles is disposed between the insole and the outsole for
providing a wearing position for a foot arch, so that the
elasticity of fibers distributed on the support plate can be
provided for absorbing a force exerted onto a foot sole to reduce
the force and achieve a shock absorption effect and an anti-shock
effect, so as to reduce the burden of the foot sole without feeling
an increased weight, and the shoe structure made of a botanic
material gives the effects of using an easily available material,
lowering cost, and protecting environment.
2. A shoe structure, comprising a vamp, an insole and an outsole,
characterized in that the insole and a balanced plate combined with
the insole are made of a cornstarch synthetic resin, such that the
shoe structure made of a botanic material gives the effects of
using an easily available material, lowering cost, and protecting
environment.
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0001] 1. Field of the Invention
[0002] The present invention relates to a shoe structure that
provides a support plate made of a bamboo sheet and disposed
between an insole and an outsole, such that the elasticity of the
support plate can absorb forces exerted onto a wearer's foot sole
to reduce the force and enhance both shock absorption and
anti-shock effects, and can also reduce the burden of the foot sole
without feeling an increased weight, and the shoe structure made of
a botanic material gives the effects of using an easily available
material, lowering cost, and protecting environment.
[0003] 2. Description of the Related Art
[0004] In general, sport shoes or casual shoes are composed of a
vamp, an insole and an outsole. A metal support plate is placed
between the insole and the outsole for enhancing the support to
forces exerted onto the whole shoe sole, but the total weight of
the shoes will increase significantly due to the installed metal
support plate, and the increased weight also creates another burden
to the foot sole. Furthermore, the manufacturing cost is increased,
and the manufacture of the support plate also has an adverse effect
on environmental protections. To attract consumers' attention, a
leather decorative surface is sewed onto the vamp to achieve an
eye-catching effect, and such decorative surface is usually made by
an artificial synthetic technique, and the manufacturing process of
such a small portion of a shoe can jeopardize the environment and
nature intangibly.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0005] In view of the foregoing shortcomings of the prior art, the
inventor of the present invention based on years of experience to
develop a shoe structure to overcome the shortcomings of the prior
art.
[0006] Therefore, it is a primary objective of the present
invention to provide a shoe structure comprising a vamp, an insole
and an outsole, and a support plate made of a bamboo sheet in
different styles is disposed between the insole and the outsole, so
that the integrated shoe structure can absorb forces exerted onto a
foot sole to reduce the force and achieve a shock absorption effect
and an anti-shock effect by the elasticity of fibers distributed on
the support plate, so as to reduce the burden of the foot sole
without feeling an increase of the weight, and the shoe structure
made of a botanic material gives the effects of using an easily
available material, lowering cost, and protecting environment.
[0007] Another objective of the present invention is to provide a
shoe structure, wherein the insole and its balanced plate are made
of a cornstarch synthetic resin to give the effects of using an
easily available material, lowering cost, and protecting
environment.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
[0008] FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the present invention;
[0009] FIG. 2 is a schematic view of a shoe sole combined with a
shoe structure in accordance with the present invention;
[0010] FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the present invention;
[0011] FIG. 4 is a schematic view of combining a support plate with
a shoe sole in accordance with the present invention; and
[0012] FIG. 5 is another schematic view of combining a support
plate with a shoe sole in accordance with the present
invention.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0013] With reference to FIG. 1, a shoe structure of the present
invention comprises a vamp 1, an insole 2 and an outsole 3, wherein
the insole 2 and its balanced plate 2A are made of a cornstarch
synthetic resin, and a support plate 4 made of a bamboo sheet in
different styles is disposed at a wearing position of a foot arch
and between the insole 2 and the outsole 3 (as shown in FIG. 2), so
that the integrated shoe structure composed of the vamp 1, insole 2
and outsole 3 (as shown in FIG. 3) can absorb forces exerted onto a
foot sole by the elasticity of fibers distributed on the support
plate 4 to reduce the forces on the foot sole and enhances both
shock absorption effect and anti-shock effect. Further, the support
plate 4 is made of a bamboo sheet which has a light weight, so that
if a shoe sole in different styles is installed (as shown in FIGS.
2, 4 and 5), the wearer will not feel the increased weight at all,
and such shoe structure will not create a burden to the foot sole.
Since the support plate 4 is made of a botanic bamboo material, the
material is easily available, and thus substantially lowering the
manufacturing cost, and even avoiding the damages created to the
environment and nature.
[0014] In addition, the insole 2 and its balanced plate 2A of the
invention are made of a cornstarch synthetic resin, and thus
naturally lowering the cost and achieving the effect of protecting
the environmental.
[0015] In summation of the description above, the present invention
improves over the prior art, and complies with the requirements of
patent application, and thus is duly filed for patent
application.
