FRISBEE STRUCTURE
Abstract
A frisbee structure, having a piercing hole on the central part,
comprises a spinning structure, which further comprises an upper
coupling member, a lower coupling member, a fastener and a
revolving component. The upper coupling member is arranged on one
end of a fastener, the other end of the fastener is hooked up with
the revolving component and the lower hook portion on one end of
the revolving component is hooked up with the lower coupling
member. The assembly of the spinning structure and the frisbee is
to enable the upper coupling member to be separated from one end of
the fastener, enable that end of the fastener to be corresponding
to the piercing hole on the frisbee, and then enable the upper
coupling member to be buckled and positioned on the other side of
the piercing hole of the Frisbee and formed in one piece with the
frisbee. A floating ornament is positioned on one end of the
spinning structure assembled on the frisbee, providing more
amusements for a player when the frisbee is tossed to produce a
rapid spinning action.

Claims
1. A frisbee structure, a round disc in pre-set width and
thickness, characterized in that: comprising a piercing hole set on
the a central part of the frisbee, enabling a spinning structure to
be assembled with the frisbee; the spinning structure comprising an
upper coupling member, a lower coupling member, a fastener and a
revolving component; the upper coupling member is arranged on one
end of the fastener, the other end of the fastener is hooked up
with the revolving component having a bearing component with an
upper and a lower hook portions, the lower hook portion on one end
of the revolving component is hooked up with the lower coupling
member; the assembly of the spinning structure and the frisbee is
to enable the upper coupling member to be separated from one end of
the fastener, enable that end of the fastener to be corresponding
to the piercing hole on the frisbee, and then enable the upper
coupling member to be buckled and positioned on the other side of
the piercing hole of the Frisbee and formed in one piece with the
frisbee; A floating ornament is positioned on one end of the
spinning structure assembled on the frisbee, providing more
amusements for a player when the frisbee is tossed to produce a
rapid spinning action.
2. The Frisbee structure as described in claim 1, wherein the
spinning structure further comprises a upper coupling member, a
lower coupling member, and a revolving component; the upper
coupling member is buckled into a bearing component with an upper
hook portion and a lower hook portion piercing through, the lower
hook portion on one end of the revolving component is hooked up
with the lower coupling member; the assembly of the spinning
structure and the frisbee is to enable the upper coupling member to
be separated from one end of the revolving component, enabling the
hook portion on that end of the revolving component to correspond
with the piercing hole on the frisbee, and enable the upper
coupling member to be buckled into the hook portion of the
revolving component and positioned on the other side of the
piercing hole on the frisbee; floating ornament is positioned on
one end of the spinning structure assembled on the frisbee,
providing more amusements for a player when the frisbee is tossed
to produce a rapid spinning action.
3. A frisbee structure, a round disc in pre-set width and
thickness, characterized in that: comprising a piercing hole, a
round edge with an inner curve that is formed and elongate
downwards on the rim along an upper surface of the frisbee, and a
concave space that is formed on the lower side of the frisbee. The
piercing hole on the frisbee enables a spinning structure with a
floating ornament to be combined with the frisbee; consequently,
the frisbee is tossed to produce a rapid spinning action in the air
and retain a slow landing speed.
4. The frisbee structure as described in claim 1, wherein the
floating ornament on one end of the spinning structure that is able
to be formed as a single long strip.
5. The frisbee structure as described in claim 3, wherein the
floating ornament on one end of the spinning structure that is able
to be formed as a single long strip.
6. The frisbee structure as described in claim 1, wherein the
floating ornament on one end of the spinning structure that is able
to be formed as a plurality of long strips.
7. The frisbee structure as described in claim 3, wherein the
floating ornament on one end of the spinning structure that is able
to be formed as a plurality of long strips.
8. The frisbee structure as described in claim 1, wherein the
floating ornament on one end of the spinning structure that is able
to be formed as a light hollow sphere.
9. The frisbee structure as described in claim 3, wherein the
floating ornament on one end of the spinning structure that is able
to be formed as a light hollow sphere.
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0001] (a) Field of the Invention The present invention relates to
a frisbee structure, and more particularly, to a game flying toy
for toss and catch combining a spinning structure and a floating
ornament, providing more amusements for a player when the frisbee
is tossed to produce a rapid spinning action.
[0002] (b) Description of the Prior Art
[0003] Generally, a frisbee for catch and toss is around disc and
made of a plastic material in one piece. In addition, a
conventional frisbee is designed with colors and/or lines, however,
the whole shape of a frisbee is formed as a single round disc.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0004] The invention disclosed herein is a new form of frisbee to
replace the conventional dull round disc. The Frisbee of the
invention comprises a spinning structure and a floating ornament to
provide more amusement for a player.
[0005] The primary objective of the present invention that has been
made to solve the aforementioned problems is to provide a Frisbee
comprises a piercing hole set on the central part thereof, enabling
a spinning structure to be positioned thereon. The spinning
structure further comprises an upper coupling member, a lower
coupling member, a fastener and a revolving component. The
revolving component comprises a bearing component with an upper
hook portion and a lower hook portion piercing through. In
addition, the upper coupling member is arranged on one end of a
fastener, the other end of the fastener is hooked up with the
revolving component and the lower hook portion on one end of the
revolving component is hooked up with the lower coupling member.
The assembly of the spinning structure and the frisbee is to enable
the upper coupling member to be separated from one end of the
fastener, enable that end of the fastener to be corresponding to
the piercing hole on the frisbee, and then enable the upper
coupling member to be buckled and positioned on the other side of
the piercing hole of the Frisbee and formed in one piece with the
frisbee. A floating ornament is positioned on one end of the
spinning structure assembled on the frisbee, providing more
amusements for a player when the frisbee is tossed to produce a
rapid spinning action.
[0006] The second objective of the invention is that the frisbee
comprises a piercing hole, a round edge with an inner curve that is
formed and elongate downwards on the rim along an upper surface of
the frisbee, and a concave space that is formed on the lower side
of the frisbee. The piercing hole on the frisbee enables a spinning
structure with a floating ornament to be combined with the frisbee;
consequently, the frisbee is tossed to produce a rapid spinning
action in the air and retain a slow landing speed.
[0007] The third objective of the invention is to provide the
floating ornament on one end of the spinning structure that is able
to be formed as a single long strip.
[0008] The fourth objective of the invention is to provide the
floating ornament on one end of the spinning structure that is able
to be formed as a plurality of long strips.
[0009] The fifth objective of the invention is to provide the
floating ornament on one end of the spinning structure that is able
to be formed as a hollow sphere.
[0010] The sixth objective of the invention is that the spinning
structure further comprises an upper coupling member, a lower
coupling member, a fastener and a revolving component. The
revolving component comprises a bearing component with an upper
hook portion and a lower hook portion piercing through. In
addition, the upper coupling member is arranged on one end of a
fastener, the other end of the fastener is hooked up with the
revolving component and the lower hook portion on one end of the
revolving component is hooked up with the lower coupling member.
The assembly of the spinning structure with the frisbee is to
enable the upper coupling member to be separated from one end of
the revolving component, enable a hook portion on that end of the
revolving component to correspond with the piercing hole on the
frisbee, and enable the upper coupling member to be buckled into
the hook portion of the revolving component and positioned on the
other side of the piercing hole on the frisbee. A floating ornament
is positioned on one end of the spinning structure assembled on the
frisbee, providing more amusements for a player when the frisbee is
tossed to produce a rapid spinning action.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0019] With reference to FIGS. 1 and 3, the invention comprises a
frisbee (1), a spinning structure (2) and an ornament (3),
wherein:
[0020] The frisbee (1) (as shown in FIG. 3) is a round disc in
pre-set width and thickness, having a piercing hole (11) on the
central part thereof.
[0021] The spinning structure (2)(as shown in FIG. 1), comprises a
upper coupling member (21) and a lower coupling member (24), and a
fastener (22) having a flexible buckle (221) on the top and a ring
portion (222) on the bottom of the fastener, and a revolving
component (23) with a bearing component (231) pierced through by an
upper hook portion (232) and a lower hook portion (233). The
assembly of the spinning structure (2) is to enable the upper
coupling member (21) to be positioned in the flexible buckle (221)
on one end of the fastener (22), the ring portion (222) on the
other end of the fastener (22) is buckled into the upper hook
portion (232) of the revolving component (23) and the lower
coupling member (24) is buckled into the lower hook portion (233)
of the revolving component (23); the spinning structure (2) is then
assembled and formed.
[0022] The assembly of the spinning structure (2) with the frisbee
(1) (as shown in FIG. 3) is to enable the upper coupling member
(21) to be separated from the flexible buckle (221) on one end of
the fastener (22), enable the flexible buckle (221) on the fastener
(22) to be corresponding to the piercing hole (11) on the frisbee
(1), and then enable the upper coupling member (21) to be buckled
into the flexible buckle (221) of the fastener (22) and positioned
on the other side of the piercing hole (11) on the frisbee (1) in
one piece. A floating ornament (3) is positioned at the lower
coupling member (24) on one end of the spinning structure (2) (the
ornament as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 is simply a long strip or a
plurality of long strips, or a light hollow sphere (3') as shown in
FIG. 4).
[0023] Another preferred embodiment of the invention as shown in
FIG. 5 comprises a frisbee (1'), a spinning structure (2) and an
ornament (3); wherein the spinning structure (2) and the ornament
(3) are the same as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3. The difference lies
in:

and thickness, a round edge (13) with an inner curve that is formed

(1) in FIG. 3 and a preferred embodiment showing the frisbee (1) is
tossed (FIG. 6) show that the spinning structure (2) assembled with
the frisbee (1) by the piercing hole (11) and the upper hook
portion (232) and the lower hook portion (233) on the revolving
component (23) are able to revolve due to the wind (FIG. 7),
therefore the floating ornament (3) on one end of the spinning
structure (2) is able to swivel when the frisbee (1) is tossed in
the air (FIG. 6). The ornament (3) arranged on the end of the
spinning structure (2) is able to form a diversion, thereby
enabling the frisbee (1) to retain balance when being tossed in the
air. The frisbee of the invention provides more amusements for a
player when the frisbee is tossed to produce a rapid spinning
action.
[0026] A spinning structure (2') in another preferred embodiment of
the invention (FIG. 3a) further comprises an upper coupling member
(21), a lower coupling member (24) and a revolving component (23).
The revolving component (23) comprises a bearing component (231)
with the upper, lower hook portions (232, 233) piercing through to
buckle the coupling member (21). the lower hook portion (233) on
one end of the revolving component (23) is hooked up with the lower
coupling member (24). The assembly of the spinning structure (2')
with the frisbee (1) is to enable the upper coupling member (21) to
be separated from one end of the revolving component (23), enable
the hook portion (232) on one end of the revolving component (23)
to correspond with the piercing hole (11) of the frisbee (1), and
enable the upper coupling member (21) lean against the frisbee (1),
the piercing hole (11) to be buckled into the hook portion (232) of
the revolving component (23) in one piece. A floating ornament (3)
is arranged on one end of the spinning structure (2'), providing
more amusements for a player when the frisbee (1) is tossed to
produce a rapid spinning action.
[0027] In view of the foregoing, the assembly of the spinning
structure and the frisbee with the floating ornament on one end of
the spinning structure have the following advantages when the
frisbee is tossed in the air:
[0028] 1. the spinning structure enables the frisbee to produce a
spinning action due to the wind when being tossed, so as to blow
the ornament about in the wind for more amusements.
[0029] 2. the frisbee comprises a round edge with an inner curve
that is formed and elongate downwards on the rim along an upper
surface of the frisbee, therefore, the frisbee is tossed to produce
a rapid spinning action in the air and retain a slow landing
speed.
[0030] 3. the ornament arranged on one end of the spinning
structure can be diversified, to enable the frisbee to have more
flexible appearance looks.

the present invention only, and it is not intended to limit the
scope of the present invention. Various equivalent changes and
alternatives to the present invention can be made to the elements
of the present invention without departing from the spirit and
scope of this present invention. Accordingly, all such equivalent
changes and alternatives should be included within the scope of the
appended claims.
