Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0001] 1. Field of the Invention
[0002] The present invention relates to a refinement of a paintball
switch apparatus of a paint gun, particularly to a synchronic lock
percussion and paintball switch apparatus, so as to further
increase both the delivery rate and the pressure recovery
effect.
[0003] 2. Description of the Prior Art
[0004] To carry out the delivery process of a prior paint gun, a
delivery device in the rear side of the barrel, a percussion device
of the delivery device and a storage are required, and then the
trigger of the percussion device is pulled to shoot a paintball.
The present delivery process requires sufficient motive power by
means of releasing high pressure air in a short period of time with
the result that the consumption of air is enormous. In addition,
the damage caused by paintball jam during the delivery process and
the undesirable shooting result caused by the mechanism of the
delivery process still remains to be solved.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0005] Therefore the primary object of the invention is to overcome
the enormous consumption of air, the damage caused by paintball jam
and the undesirable shooting result depicted above.
[0006] To achieve the foregoing object, a paintball switcher in the
percussion chamber of a paint gun and an air chamber controller,
which coordinated with the paintball switcher, are provided. The
air chamber controller can drive the paintball switcher as well as
a rapid air release device to achieve the object of delivery,
reload and rapid air release by means of simply actuating the
percussion device, so as to obtain high accuracy and high delivery
rate. The structure of the present apparatus is not only simple and
paintball jam avoidable, but also further increasing both the
delivery rate and the pressure recovery effect.
[0007] The foregoing, as well as additional objects, features and
advantages of the invention will be more readily apparent from the
following detailed description, which proceeds with reference to
the accompanying drawings.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
[0008] FIG. 1 is an assembly drawing of the paint gun of the
present invention.
[0009] FIG. 2 is a combination profile of the present
invention.
[0010] FIG. 3 is profile (I) of a percussion mechanism of the
present invention.
[0011] FIG. 4 is profile (II) of a percussion mechanism of the
present invention.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0012] Please refer to FIG. 1 for an assembly drawing of the
present invention. A paintball switcher 30 is disposed in the
percussion chamber 20 of a paint gun 10, a paintball receptacle 31
(please referring to FIG. 2) is disposed on one side of the
paintball switcher 30, and one terminal of an air duct 32 is
connected to the bottom of the paintball receptacle 31. In
addition, a paintball switch gear 33 is disposed on the sphere of
the paintball switcher 30. The paintball switch gear 33 is
coordinated with a driven gear 34, which is coordinated with a
drive gear 35 of a pusher 40. The pusher 40 is again coordinated
with an electrically controlled pusher 41. A mobile air valve 22
installed in a constant volume air storage 21 is disposed in the
percussion chamber 20. Once air enters an air chamber 12, a
paintball 50 of a paintball container 11 can be shot when pulling a
trigger 13.
[0013] Please refer to FIG. 2 for a combination profile of the
present invention. When air enters the air chamber 12 of the paint
gun 10, it can be stored in an air storage 14 in the rear side of
the barrel behind the air valve 22, so as to auto-accumulate an
applicable quantity of compressed air. In the meanwhile, the
paintball receptacle 31 of the paintball switcher 30 is connected
to the bottom of the paintball container 11, allowing the paintball
50 in the paintball container 11 dropping into the paintball
receptacle 31 and keeping the air duct 32 away from the percussion
chamber 20. The percussion chamber 20 is shut by the air valve 22
so that the air in the air storage 14 remains standstill and the
paintball switcher 30 stays at its standby position.
[0014] Please refer to FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 for profiles of a
percussion mechanism of the present invention. As the user pulls
the trigger 13, the electrically controlled pusher 41 functions
instantly, allowing the pusher 40 pushing the drive gear 35 to
drive the driven gear 34. Meanwhile, the paintball switch gear 33
on the sphere of the paintball switcher 30 is driven by the driven
gear 34, transporting the paintball 50 in the paintball receptacle
31 to the percussion position. At the same time, the air duct 32 of
the paintball switcher 30 is switched to connect to one side of the
percussion chamber 20, and the compressed air in the air storage 14
is then conducted out after the pusher 40 leaves its prior
position, making the air valve 22 movable. Therefore the compressed
air in the storage 14 is released through the air duct 32, and then
the paintball 50 is shot. After the percussion is finished, the air
valve 22 moves back to the air storage 14 direction and the
paintball switcher 30 resumes its prior standby position. The
object of delivery, reload and rapid air release is then achieved,
so as to obtain high accuracy and high delivery rate. The structure
of the present apparatus is not only simple and paintball jam
avoidable, but also further increasing both the delivery rate and
the pressure recovery effect.
[0015] To sum up, the present invention provides a synchronic lock
percussion and paintball switch apparatus. A paintball switcher is
disposed in a percussion chamber, and an air valve is disposed next
to the paintball switcher. The object of delivery, reload and rapid
air release can be achieved by means of actuating the percussion
device, so as to obtain high accuracy and high delivery rate. The
structure of the present apparatus is not only simple and paintball
jam avoidable, but also further increasing both the delivery rate
and the pressure recovery effect.
[0016] While the preferred embodiment of the invention has been set
forth for the purpose of disclosure, modifications of the disclosed
embodiment of the invention as well as other embodiments thereof
may occur to those skilled in the art. Accordingly, the appended
claims are intended to cover all embodiments which do not depart
from the spirit and scope of the invention.
