Lift apparatus for toilet seat
Abstract
Lift apparatus for toilet seat is installed on the rear end of
toilet seat to keep toilet seat at upright position. It is a spring
device. It can be bent downward when external force of downward
pushing applies to it and it will spring back upward when external
fore of downward pushing is released. When it is installed onto a
toilet seat it keeps toilet seat upright all the time. Therefore
man does not have to lift toilet seat every time before
urinating.

Claims
1. Lift apparatus for toilet seat comprising a spring plate, a
fastener and screw or screws.
2. The said spring plate in claim 1 has a hook at one end a small
plate supporter in the middle that prevents lift apparatus for
toilet seat in claim 1 from overturning backward and a plate stand
at the other end,
3. The said spring plate in claims 1 and 2 is a spring plate that
is placed on top of toilet seat and has hole or holes on top to
allow the said screws in claim 1 to pass through to screw into the
said fastener in claim 1.
4. The said fastener in claim 1 is a b lock that has hole or holes
on top to let the said screw or screws in claim 1 screw into and a
side-wing that is placed underneath toilet seat and catches toilet
seat.
5. The said screw or screws in claims 1, 3 and 4 passes through the
said hole or holes of spring plate in claim 3 and screws into the
said hole or holes on top of fastener in claim 4 to install the
said spring plate in claims 1, 2 and 3 and the said fastener in
claims 1 and 4 onto toilet seat.
Description
THE BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0001] Man has to lift toilet seat with hand before urinating to
prevent toilet seat from being wet by urine. The present invented
lift apparatus for toilet seat keeps toilet seat upright all the
time therefore man does not have to lift toilet seat before
urinating. People can push downward the toilet seat that has
installs lift apparatus for toilet seat to sit on it. Once the
external force of downward pushing is released lift apparatus for
toilet seat will spring upward spontaneously to bring toilet seat
back to upright position.
THE BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0002] Lift apparatus for toilet seat is made of spring. It is a
simple device and it is easy to install it onto toilet seat. The
toilet seat that has installed this device is at upright position
all the time and can be pushed down by hand and it will spring back
upward spontaneously to upright position once the external force of
downward pushing is released.
THE DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0003] FIG. 1 is a perspective view of part of lift apparatus for
toilet seat.
[0004] FIG. 2 is a perspective view of parts of lift apparatus for
toilet seat.
[0005] FIG. 3 is a perspective view of lift apparatus for toilet
seat installed on toilet.
[0006] FIG. 4 is a perspective view of lift apparatus for toilet
seat and a dissection view of the enclosed section of toilet
seat.
THE DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0007] Referring now in detail to the drawings numeral 10 of FIG. 1
is a lift apparatus for toilet seat. Lift apparatus for toilet seat
10 is installed at the rear end 11 of toilet seat 12 as illustrated
in FIG. 3. Numeral 13 of FIGS. 1, 2, 3 and 4 is a spring plate of
lift apparatus 10. Spring plate 13 has a hook 14, a small plate
supporter 15 and a plate stand 16. Hook 14 hooks on the rear end 11
of toilet seat 12. Small plate supporter 15 rests on the top 17 of
toilet 18 to prevent toilet seat 12 from overturning backward.
Plate stand 16 of lift apparatus 10 rests on the top 17 of toilet
18 to keep toilet seat 12 at upward position. Numeral 19 of FIGS. 1
and 2 is a block-fastener of lift apparatus 10. Spring plate 13 and
block fastener 19 enclose the rear end 11 of toilet seat 12 as
illustrated in FIGS. 3 and 4. Numeral 20 of FIG. 4 is the
dissection view of the enclosed rear end 11 of toilet seat 12.
Numeral 21 of FIGS. 1, 2, 3 and 4 is a screw. Numeral 22 of FIG. 2
is hole to allow screw 21 to pass through. Numeral 23 is hole on
block-fastener 19. Numeral 24 of FIGS. 1, 2 and 4 is side-wing of
block-fastener 19. Screw 21 passes hole 22 and screws into hole 23
to fasten lift apparatus for toilet seat 10 onto rear end 11 of
toilet seat 12. When toilet seat 12 is pushed downward the lift
apparatus for toilet seat 10 bends at the middle portion 25 to let
toilet seat 12 rest on top 17 of toilet 18. When the external force
of downward pushing that applies to toilet seat 12 is released the
middle portion 25 of lift apparatus for toilet seat 10 springs back
upward spontaneously to lift toilet seat 12 to upright
position.
