Description
[0001] This application claims the benefits of the priority based

their entirety.
CROSS-REFERENCES TO RELATED APPLICATIONS
[0002] Not applicable.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0003] 1. Field of the Invention
[0004] The present invention relates to a working apparatus for use
in manufacturing processes. In particular, the invention relates to
a working table that helps operators work and reach components.
[0005] 2. Descriptions of the Related Art
[0006] In industrial manufacturing processes, components are
independently produced in large quantities and distributed to
production lines for assembly into final products. In conventional
production lines, the operators work independently on the different
stages of the production lines. The assembly processes of the final
products are usually accomplished with many operators who work in
sequence.
[0007] However, the aforesaid manner may not be the best way for
product assembly. For example, when the assembly requires various
components that can be assembled simply, there may be an imbalance
on the production lines due to wasted time, but also lower yields
due to unsmooth steps in the production lines. Furthermore, the
manufacturing processes may not be flexibly arranged due to
equipment restrictions used in the conventional production lines
and limited space in the factory. In addition, the equipments used
in the production lines also consume resources and increase
costs.
[0008] To improve the balance in the production lines and working
efficiency, the production lines can be cell-lined. In other words,
each of the operators can independently accomplish the product
assembly. The cell-line is especially suitable for products which
can be simply assembled. However, this kind of cell-line production
may be difficult for storing a large number of components in each
assembly station.
[0009] Given the above, it is important to develop a novel working
table for more efficient assembly.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0010] The primary objective of this invention is to provide a
working table that is adapted to a cell-line type of manufacturing
and independent working. The conventional disadvantages can be
overcome by using the working table in the present invention, which
has an upper frame, multi-working plates, and wing-working plates
to extend the working spaces. Parts containers are also disposed on
the working plate to store a large number of components. Thus,
space can be effectively used.
[0011] Another objective of this invention is to provide a working
table which has sufficient working plates and components that
contain spaces for an independent operator in the manufacturing
process. The working plates are movably connected for folding when
the working table is not in use. Thus, the factory space can be
effectively arranged without wasting space.
[0012] Still another objective of this invention is to provide a
working table, in which the elements of the working table are made
from low-costing materials. Due to the materials used for the
working table are not limited, low-costing materials are considered
in higher priority. Thus, the working table of the present
invention has an advantage of lower costs.
[0013] To achieve the aforesaid objectives, a working table
comprising a main frame and a plurality of working plates spaced
apart from each other along the main frame in a vertical direction
is provided. The main frame has an upper frame which is disposed at
the top portion of the main frame. A parts container is disposed on
the upper end of the working plates. A wing-working plate is
disposed on one side of the working plate. The working plates and
parts container can be added or stacked in sequence according to
the actual requirement. Thus, sufficient spaces for work and
receiving components are provided.
[0014] The detailed technology and preferred embodiments
implemented for the subject invention are described in the
following paragraphs accompanying the appended drawings for people
skilled in this field to well appreciate the features of the
claimed invention.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
[0015] FIG. 1 is a schematic view structurally illustrating the
working table of the present invention;
[0016] FIG. 2 is a schematic view illustrating the working plate of
the working table of the present invention;
[0017] FIG. 3 is a schematic view illustrating the wing-working
plate of the working table of the present invention; and
[0018] FIG. 4 is a schematic view illustrating the parts container
of the working table of the present invention.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
[0019] FIG. 1 illustrates the working table of the present
invention. The working table comprises a main frame 2, which
includes a plurality of stands substantially vertical and parallel
with each other. As shown in FIG. 1, the main frame 2 includes two
long stands 21 and two short stands 23. An upper frame 1 is
disposed at the top portion of the main frame 2 in which the upper
frame 1 horizontally connects to the long stands 21. A plurality of
working plates 5 are spaced apart from each other along the main
frame 2 in a vertical direction. At least one of the working plates
5 has a parts container 3 which is disposed on the upper end
thereof. The wing-working plate 4 is disposed on the side of one
working plate 5.
[0020] FIG. 2 illustrates a schematic view of the working plates 5.
Each working plates 5 has an upper surface 50 which has at least
one protruding rib 51 disposed on an edge of the upper surface 50.
The protruding rib 51 is used to block the components from falling
during the assembly. The plurality of protruding ribs 51 can be
continuously or separately disposed according to the actual
requirements.
[0021] In FIG. 3, the wing-working plate 4 has two plates 43 and a
plurality of connecting boards 44 which are flexibly capable of
connecting to the plates 43 for folding. Similarly, the protruding
ribs 42 can be continuously or separately disposed on the edges of
the upper surface of the plates 43 for preventing falling
components.
[0022] It is noted that the number of the wing-working plates 4 and
working plates 5 are adjustable according to the actual
requirements. For example, as shown in FIG. 1, the working table of
the present invention includes an upper working plate 53 and a
lower working plate 55, in which the parts container 3 is disposed
on the top of the upper working plate 53. In addition, the
wing-working plate 4 is disposed on the side of the upper working
plate 53 while another wing-working plate 4 can be disposed on the
opposite side of the upper working plate 53
[0023] FIG. 4 shows the parts container 3 which includes a
plurality of units 33 at least partially stacked in sequence.
Specifically, each of the units 33 has an elongated structure with
a top opening and a box-shaped receiving space. At least one
partitioning panel 32 is disposed in each of the units 33 to define
a plurality of sub-spaces in each of the units 33. In actuality,
the sub-spaces can efficiently categorize and receive the
components.
[0024] More specifically, when the working table of the present
invention is assembled, the working plates 5 are separately fixed
onto the main frame 2. The upper frame 1 is then fixed at the top
portion of the two long stands 21 of the main frame 2. The
wing-working plates 4 are assembled on the two opposite sides of
the working plates 5. Subsequently, the units 33 can be stacked in
sequence at the appropriate position on the working plates 5. The
parts container 3 can be additionally disposed on the working
plates 5, the upper frame 1 and the wing-working plates 4.
[0025] According to the working table disclosed in the present
invention, the working space in the manufacturing processes can be
effectively extended and various components can be stored and
arranged. After the assembly process is partially accomplished, the
working table can be folded when not in use.
[0026] The above disclosure is related to the detailed technical
contents and inventive features thereof. People skilled in this
field may proceed with a variety of modifications and replacements
based on the disclosures and suggestions of the invention as
described without departing from the characteristics thereof.
Nevertheless, although such modifications and replacements are not
fully disclosed in the above descriptions, they have substantially
been covered in the following claims as appended.
