Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0001] 1. Field of the Invention
[0002] The present invention is related to an improvement of
removable block set for window covering, and more particularly to a
removable block set capable of being mounted at respective two ends
of an upper and a lower rails of a window covering for randomly
changing the lengths of the rails, depending on a real demand as
installing the window covering, through a partially detachable
connected block set.
[0003] 2. Description of the Related Art
[0004] In the market, the common window covering structure, such as
Window covering, Pleated blind, mainly includes a set of upper rail
and lower rail which are oppositely separated at the top and the
bottom, foldable blinds mounted between the upper and the lower
rails, and other components, such as pulling rope or remote
controller, for controlling a folding or unfolding of the blinds so
as to achieve light block or decoration.
[0005] Furthermore, although many window coverings sold in the
store need to be assembled and installed by the user himself at
home, this kind of self-assembled window covering only provides
several common standards so that even the user bought a window
covering from the standards after measuring the real width of the
windows, a discrepancy still might occur between the bought window
covering and window when the user goes to install the window
covering. For example, tie width of the upper and the lower rails
and of the blinds might be slightly wider than that of the window
so that when installing, the user might need to cut the blinds for
fitting in with the window; however, it is not easy to cut the
tipper and the lower rails and a help from the professional workers
might still need. Therefore, it is quite inconvenient. In addition,
after the cutting, the whole structure of window covering,
including the upper and the lower rails and the blinds, might be
spoiled so as to influence the beauty of the house.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0006] An object of the present invention is to provide an
improvement of removable block set for window covering so that the
user, as installing, can easily match the upper and the lower rails
with die window through changing the length of the removable block
set
[0007] The scheme provided by the present invention for solving the
problem in the prior arts is:
[0008] The improvement of removable block set for a window
covering, comprising an inner block, an outer block and at least a
connecting block between the inner block and the outer block,
wherein:
[0009] the inner block has an assembling portion, the assembling
portion can be any structure convenient for assembling and
disassembling, and in this embodiment, the inner block has an
engaging space formed at the other side thereof and the engaging
space has a slot tunnel correspondingly formed at an inner side
thereof;
[0010] the connecting block is assembled in the engaging space of
the inner block, the connecting block has an engaging portion
formed at one side thereof, which faces the inner block, the
engaging portion having a tenon at an outer side thereof, and the
connecting block has an engaging space formed on tie other side
thereof for engaging with the engaging portion, in this embodiment,
the engaging space having a slot tunnel formed at an inner side
thereof for correspondingly engaging with the tenon; and
[0011] the outer block is assembled to one side of the connecting
block which is opposite to the side thereof facing the inner block,
the outer block has an engaging portion formed at one side thereof
facing the connecting block for correspondingly engaging with the
engaging space of adjacent connecting block, and the engaging
portion has a tenon formed at an outer side thereof.
[0012] Through assembling the structures described above, the
removable block set can be assembled on two ends of the upper and
the lower rails of the window covering, and through the detachable
design of the tenon and the slot tunnel between the inner block,
the connecting block and the outer block, the length of the
removable block set can be adjusted by changing the number of the
connecting block. Thereby, when the upper and the lower rails of
the window covering are installed in the window, people can conform
the length of the rails (including the removable block set) to the
width of the window. Therefore, it is unnecessary to cut the upper
and the lower rails, and the appearance of the window covering will
not be spoiled. Hence, this invention provides convenience to the
users for assembling the window covering by themselves.
[0013] Further scope of the applicability of the present invention
will become apparent from the detailed description given

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
[0020] Please refer to FIGS. 1 and 2. The removable block set 1 of
the present invention includes an inner block 10, an outer block 30
and at least one connecting block 20 located between the inner
block 10 and the outer block 30, and the inner block 10, the
connecting block 20 and the outer block 30 are assembled through a
mutual assembling between tenons 211, 311 and slot tunnels 121, 221
so as to facilitate disassembling, wherein:
[0021] The inner block 10 has an assembling portion 11 formed at
one side thereof for assembling with two sides of tipper and lower
rails 41, 42 of the Window covering 40 and has an engaging space 12
formed at the other side thereof, wherein the engaging space 12 has
a slot tunnel 121 correspondingly formed at an inner side
thereof.
[0022] The connecting block 20 is assembled in the engaging space
12 of the inner block 10 so that when there are plural connecting
blocks 20, the shape and the configuration of each connecting block
may be formed as the same. Further, each connecting block 20 has an
engaging portion 21 formed at one side thereof which faces the
inner block 10, and the engaging portion 21 has a tenon 211 at an
outer side thereof for engaging with the slot tunnel 121 of the
engaging space 12 of the inner block 10. And, the other side of
each connecting block 20 has an engaging space 22 formed thereon
for engaging with the engaging portion 21, and the engaging space
22 has a slot tunnel 221 formed at an inner side thereof
[0023] The outer block 30 is assembled to one side of the
connecting block 20 which is opposite to the side thereof facing
the inner block 10. Moreover, the outer block 30 has an engaging
portion 31 formed at one aide thereof facing the connecting block
20 for correspondingly engaging with the engaging space 22 of
adjacent connecting block 20, and the engaging portion 31 has a
tenon 311 formed at an outer side thereof for engaging with the
slot tunnel 221 of the engaging space 22 of the connecting block
20, which is adjacent to the inner block 10.
[0024] The tenon 211 of each connecting block 20 and the tenon 311
of the outer block 30 are mounted on opposite edges or four edges
of the outer side of the engaging portions 21, 31, respectively,
and the tenons 211, 311 are formed to be arc protrusions which
respectively have slot 212, 312 mounted on two sides thereof (as
shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, they only disclosed the structure of arc
tenon design. The protrusion can be the tenon or any kind of
engaging structure). Further, the engaging space 12 of the inner
block 10 and the engaging space 22 of each connecting block 20 can
have arc slot tunnel corresponding to the arc protrusions, thereby,
as shown in FIG. 2, the inner block 10, each connecting block 20
and the outer block 30 can be assembled quickly through the arc
protrusion and the arc slot tunnel.
[0025] The frame 23 of each connecting block 20 and the frame 32 of
the outer block 30 respectively have an indentation 231, 321,
thereby the assembled removable block set 1 including the inner
block 10, each connecting block 20 and the outer block 30 can be
quickly disassembled through the indentations 231, 321.
[0026] An assembling portion 11 of the inner block 10 can have a
protrusion outwardly extended from one side thereof for providing
the inner block 10 to assemble, and the two ends of the case of the
upper rail 41, the lower rail 42 of the Window covering 40
respectively have corresponding indentations, thereby through
forcing the protrusion of the inner block 10 entering the
indentations of the upper rail 41 and the lower rail 42 of the
Window covering 40, the inner block 10 can be fixed greatly. Of
course, the protrusion and the indentation can be exchanged.
[0027] The assembling portion 11 of the inner block 10 can have a
screw hole 111 and the case of the upper rail 41, the lower rail 42
of the Window covering 40 can have a through hole (not shown) so
that after assembling the inner block 10 and the case of the upper
rail 41, the lower rail 42 of the Window covering 40, a fixing
element, such as screw, can pass through the through hole and the
screw hole for screwing and providing a better fixing.
[0028] Since the inner block 10, the connecting block 20 and the
outer block 30 are mainly assembled on the ends of the case of the
upper rail 41, the lower rail 42 of the Window covering 40, the
outline thereof should be corresponded to the section of the ends
of the case of the upper rail 41, the lower rail 42, no matter in
any shape. For example, as shown in FIG. 1, the section has an
approximately rectangular shape, and as shown in FIG. 3, the
section of the inner block 10a, the connecting block 20a and the
outer 30a can be a long-oval shape so that when the removable block
set is assembled in the rails, a more beautiful appearance can be
provided.
[0029] Please refer to FIG. 4, when assembling on the Window
covering 40, the inner block 10, the connecting block 20 and the
outer block 30 can be previously assembled to become the removable
block set 1, and then, using the assembling portion 11 of the inner
block 10, the removable block sets 1 can be assembled in two ends
of the upper rail 41 and the lower rails 41 of the Window covering
40.
[0030] Thereby, when buying a window covering, people can buy a
standard window covering conforming to the width of the window, and
if there is no conformed standard window covering, people just buy
the removable block sets 1 to assemble in two ends of the upper
rail and the lower rail for elongating the length of the rails
until the lengths of the rails become slightly longer than the
width of the window to facilitate the installation of the window
covering. The following takes FIG. 4 for illustration:
[0031] When installing the window covering 40, several removable
block sets 1 can be assembled in two ends of the upper rail 41 and
tie two ends of the lower rail 42 of the Window covering 40. The
width of the blinds 44 can be cut first for conforming to the width
of the window. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 5, through the
detachable design of the inner block 10, the connecting block 20
and the outer block 30, the number of the connecting block 20 can
be properly decreased. By varying the length of the removable block
set 1, the length of the upper and the lower rails 41, 42 can
conform the width of the window and also successfully complete the
installation.
[0032] It is to be understood, however, that even though numerous
characteristics and advantages of the present invention have been
set forth in the foregoing description, together with details of
the structure and function of the invention, the disclosure is
illustrative only, and changes may be made in detail, especially in
matters of shape, size, and arrangement of parts within the
principles of the invention to the full extent indicated by the
broad general meaning of the terms in which the appended claims are
expressed.
