Claims

1. A method of playing interactive and non-interactive gambling and non gambling game of chance locally at the movable and stationary location, whereas winning combination of numbers and letters represent a date (the day of the year) which will be randomly drawn by a computer or any other existing random number generator device located at the location where the game is taking place and at the movable and stationary location located remotely away from each other and remotely away from the location where the random number generator device is located, and where players will claim the prize providing a proof of date of birth by a legal document such as passport, driving license or any other legal identification document which contains the date of birth of bearer, where this particular date of birth match the withdrawn date, day of the year.

2. A method of playing interactive and non-interactive gambling and non gambling game of chance locally at the movable and stationary location, whereas winning combination of numbers and letters represent a passport number, driving license number or any other legal identification document number which will be randomly drawn by a computer or any other existing random number generator device located at the location where the game is taking place and at the movable and stationary location located remotely away from each other and remotely away from the location where the random number generator device is located, and where players will claim the prize providing a proof of passport number, driving license number or any other legal identification document which contains the numbers and letters, where these particular numbers and letters match the withdrawn numbers and letters.
Description

[0001] The invention herein relates to the novel games of chance and method and system for their play. These particular games will be played in casinos, bingo halls, homes, aircrafts, vessels, offshore oil platforms, buses, trains, or any other location. Randomly drawn combination of the numbers and letters which represent a date (a day of the year) or an identification document number can be drawn using random generator devices such as computer with dedicated software, drums with balls, bingo blowers, slot machines or any other similar devices. This game of chance can be played locally in the same location where winning numbers are drawn and can be played as a linked game where there are numerous locations remotely away from each other and remotely away from the host location where winning numbers are drawn. Randomly drawn combination of the numbers and letters which represent a date or identification document number, will be transmitted to the participate locations. To transmit and receive data necessary to conduct this game and make necessary communication before, during and after the game this innovation uses satellite mobile phone systems, Internet, phone, TV, radio, TV and radio signal, fiber optic etc. or any other communication system. This invention allow players to play this game of chance as a interactive and non-interactive game, gambling and non-gambling game at real time globally on locations, which are in constant motion, and on non-movable, stationary locations, without using any printed ticket, card or any other game related device which contains the game pattern. Players can play this game on sites which are geographically isolated such as islands, off-shore platforms, small and isolated communities where the number of players is insufficient for playing a game locally. This means that unlimited number of locations and unlimited number of players, regardless of the location, can be involved in one single game without using any printed card, ticket or any other device related to this game. Numbers and letters will be drawn consecutively one by one and progression of the game will be shown on the display device at the very same time at every participating location where players will follow the progression of the game. Assuming that every player knows his or her date of birth and facts that every identification document has a number, they will follow progression of the game and when all the numbers that represent day of the year or the identification document number are drawn, the players will compare the drawn date and identification document number and their own date of birth or identification document number. If those two dates or numbers match exactly they can claim their prize and they can be considered a winner. When the winning date and identification document number is drawn, the player considered as a winner has to provide proof to claim the prize by representing a legal document such as a passport, date of birth certificate, driving license or any other legal document that contains an identification document number and the date of the birth of the bearer which will be acceptable by the rules of the game.

[0002] FIG. 1 shows a block diagram of the invention. 1 and 4 is random number generator. It can be a computer with dedicated software, bingo blower machine, drum with the balls, slot machine or any similar mechanical device, which can randomly generate numbers between o and 9 and randomly generate alphabet letters. 2 and 5 represent communication connection between random number generator device and display and it represents Internet connection, phone line, satellite phone, TV signal, radio signal, fiber optic or any other communication connection. 3 and 6 are the display devices connected to the random number generator, which can show withdrawn numbers and letters, which will represent a date or number of identification document. Players which date of birth or identification document number match the withdrawn date or this identification document number will claim the prize providing a proof of date of birth or identification number of legal valid document which contains their date of birth or identification number such as 7 passport, 8 driving license, 9 birth certificate or any other valid document which contains the date of birth or identification number of bearer.
