Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0001] (a) Field of the Invention

[0002] The present invention relates to a composite structure for display device, and more particularly to a display device that displays exercise information and audiovisual entertainment.

[0003] (b) Description of the Prior Art

[0004] In order for an exerciser not to feel bored when exercising, the majority of exercise equipment in an exercise location have a monitor disposed in a front portion thereof, thereby enabling the exerciser to enjoy the subject matter being presented on the monitor while exercising, thus achieving both exercise and entertainment effectiveness. However, the subject matter played by the additionally disposed monitor is purely for the enjoyment of visual entertainment, whereas exercise information displayed by the exercise equipment can only be known using an instrument on the exercise equipment. Hence, such a method whereby the exerciser watches the monitor while keeping an eye on the instrument is extremely inconvenient for the exerciser.

[0005] Hence, the inventor of the present invention proposes to resolve and surmount existent technical difficulties to eliminate the aforementioned shortcomings of prior art.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0006] The present invention relates to a composite structure for display device, and more particularly to a display device that displays exercise information and audiovisual entertainment, wherein the display device uses a control unit, a processor unit and an application interface to enable an exerciser to achieve the objective of working out to keep fit and enjoying entertainment when exercising on an exercise equipment.
