Structure to enhance intensity of cemented structure

Abstract

The structure to enhance intensity of cemented structure, which is to mix reinforced units into cement, this reinforced units is light and strip-shaped, reinforced plates are fixed in axial end of this reinforced unit, reinforced plates distributed in radial direction of reinforced unit are divided into two groups, of which one group of reinforced plates are set in axial direction of reinforced unit in same angle with the specific distance, and another group of reinforced plate adjust reinforced unit properly in axial direction from neighboring reinforced plate at the specific position, so that the reinforced unit is set in axial direction at same angle.

Claims



1. The structure to enhance intensity of cemented structure, which is to mix reinforced units into cement, this reinforced unit is very light and strip-shaped, several reinforced plates are set in axial end of reinforced unit, this reinforced plate is distributed along radial direction of the reinforced unit. Its features are as follows: reinforced plates are divided into two groups, of which one group of reinforced plates are set in axial direction of reinforced unit in same angle with the specific distance, and another group adjust (90.degree. is the best) reinforced unit properly in axial direction from neighboring reinforced plate at the specific position so that reinforced unit is set in axial direction at same angle.

2. As claimed in claim 1, it is the structure to enhance intensity of cemented structure, wherein it is the best way to set anyone of reinforced plate to be vertical to its neighboring reinforced plate.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0001] 1. Field of the Invention

[0002] This invention relates to the structure to enhance intensity of cemented structure, which is specially applied to the project structured with cement, intensity of this cemented project can be enhanced accordingly though short of enough reinforcing steel bars.

[0003] 2. Description of the Prior Art

[0004] Usually, cement is the necessary building material for all kinds of projects, which is used for making "shape of structure", however, it may not have "reinforced structure" after shaped, therefore, all large projects such as building and bridge put reinforcing steel bars into cement so as to promote its intensity. As far as we know, quantity of the reinforcing bars required are often calculated with the fixed formula by engineer, however, modern buildings are constructed in many kinds of shape, so, different angles may have different intensity of stress, it may occur errors in quantity of the reinforcing steel bars calculated by the fixed formula. Less number of reinforcing steel bars and steel bars with poor quality used may weaken intensity of building, what is more to damage the building and bring with casualty of people, this case often occurs in earthquake; it is common in this industry that there are not excessive reinforcing steel bars prepared in construction site for further reinforcement, meanwhile, cement is often grouted after reinforcing steel bars are tied, therefore, it is the priority of the related industry to consider how to reinforce the structure while grouting cement when reinforcing steel bars are not enough.

[0005] Furthermore, please refer to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, which is "the structure to enhance intensity of cemented structure" that the inventors invented basing on above descriptions, it has applied for patent of Republic of China and was lucky to be authorized the new patent No. 221334, features of this patent to be protected are claimed as follows:

The structure to enhance intensity of cemented structure, which is to mix reinforced units 10 into cement, reinforced plates 11, 12, 13, 14 . . . are fixed at axial ends of reinforced unit 10, and these reinforced plates 11, 12, 13, 14 . . . are fixed along reinforced unit 10, moreover, anyone of reinforced plates is located at radial direction of reinforced unit 10 in different angles.

[0007] 2. As claimed in claim 1, it is the structure to enhance intensity of cemented structure, wherein this reinforced unit 10 is light and strip-shaped.

[0008] 3. As claimed in claim 1 or 2, it is the structure to enhance intensity of cemented structure, wherein this reinforced unit 10 is of metal bar.

[0009] Though above said structure can in deed effectively reinforce intensity of cemented structure, projects structured with cement have strong intensity that can bear external strike and pressure so as to prevent it from damaging.

[0010] However, the inventors found that reinforced plates 11,12,13,14 . . . fixed at axial ends of reinforced unit 10 are distributed along body of reinforced unit 10, especially, anyone of reinforced plates is located at radial direction of reinforced unit in different angles, so that per reinforced unit 10 must set reinforced plates with different angles 11,12,13,14 . . . on radial direction at first, namely, must adjust reinforced unit 10 in radial direction properly after fixed 1.sup.st reinforced plate 11 while making 2.sup.nd reinforced plate 12, that is to say, must adjust reinforced unit 10 in radial direction properly so as to make 2.sup.nd plate 12 with different angle from 1.sup.st plate. And then if want to make the 3.sup.rd reinforced plate 13, must also adjust reinforced unit 10 in another proper angle so as to make the 3.sup.rd reinforced plate with different angle from the 2.sup.nd one, furthermore, if want to make the 4.sup.th reinforced plate 14, must also adjust reinforced unit 10 in another proper angle so as to make the 3.sup.rd reinforced plate with different angle from the 3.sup.rd one, so, the rest may be deduced by analogy, anyone of reinforced plates 11,12,13,14 can be made in radial direction along reinforced unit 10, in this case, the manufacturing process and flow are complicated, so, the cost to make reinforced unit 10 may be high, it is thus required to get improved.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0011] This invention is to improve shortcomings of above said structure to enhance intensity of the cemented structure. Purpose of this invention is to provide structure to enhance intensity of cemented structure, namely, to mix reinforced units into cement, this reinforced unit is light and strip-shaped, and reinforced plates are fixed at axial end of this reinforced unit, however, these reinforced plates are distributed in radial direction of reinforced unit, its features are as follows: reinforced plates distributed in radial direction of reinforced unit are divided into two groups, of which one group of reinforced plates are set in axial direction in same angle with the specific distance along reinforced unit, and another group adjust (90.degree. is the best) reinforced unit properly in axial direction from neighboring reinforced plate at the specific position, so that the reinforced unit is fixed in axial direction at same angle.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0016] We hereby describe features of this invention with drawings in the following.

[0017] First of all, please refer to FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, it is the structure to enhance intensity of cemented structure, which is to mix reinforced units 15 into cement, this reinforced unit 15 is light and strip-shaped, reinforced plates 16,17 are fixed in axial end of this reinforced unit 15, features of this invention are as follows: reinforced plates 16,17 distributed in radial direction of reinforced unit 15 are divided into two groups, of which one group of reinforced plates 16 are set in axial direction of reinforced unit 15 in same angle with the specific distance, and another group of reinforced plate 17 adjust (90.degree. is the best) reinforced unit 15 properly in axial direction from neighboring reinforced plate 16 at the specific position, so that reinforced unit 15 is set in axial direction at same angle.

[0018] Thus, if want to make several reinforced plates 16,17 along radial direction of per reinforced unit 15, only first to set reinforced plates 16 in same angle along axial direction of reinforced unit 15, then turn around reinforced unit 15 to the specific angle in radial direction (90.degree. is the best), meanwhile, several reinforced plates 16 in another angle (90.degree. is the best) are set below reinforced plate 17 with fixed distance from the finished reinforced plate 16, reinforced unit 15 can be made in this way, it is convenient and quick to make this reinforced unit, which can also shorten process sharply and reduce cost accordingly.

[0019] So, as reinforced unit 15 is equally mixed into the grouted cement for further concreting, reinforced plates 16, 17 setting on reinforced unit 15 are vertical each other during distributing along radial direction of reinforced unit 15, which is different from above said prior art the inventor invented, namely, reinforced plates 11,12,13,14 . . . fixed at axial end of reinforced unit 10 are set in radial direction in different angles. This reinforced unit may concrete with cement in any angle during mixing into cement equally (as shown in FIG. 4), so, owing to reinforced units 15 inside such concrete, intensity of cemented structure may be enhanced effectively, so that projects made from cement have higher intensity that may be free from damage due to external strike and pressure.
