Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0001] 1. Field of the Invention

[0002] The present invention relates to a bedframe structure, comprising a pair of opposite frames, wherein the frame including a pole pivotally formed with two turning poles in the sides of the bottom thereof, the turning poles are formed locking bolts and locking recesses that are corresponded to each other, thereby the frames can be interconnected to form a square frame by turning the turning poles. Further, positioning by using an auxiliary pole that opposite between the turning poles or the frames, thus assembling a bedframe by mounting a foot frame quickly.

[0003] 2. Description of the Prior Art

[0004] A bedframe is a basic member of a bed assembly, which is provided for supporting the weight of the bed assembly, therefore, the structural stability of the bedframe is relates to the intensity of the whole bed assembly.

[0005] A conventional bedframe mainly comprises four pole members that are positioned to be a square frame by screws, and then mounted foot frames at each corner so as to form the bedframe, however, the intensity of such bedframe is not enough and the process of positioning the pole members are troublesome, furthermore, since the foot frames are only mounted at the four corners, the weight of the user and the bed assembly are focused on the foot frames, the intensity of the central structure of the bedframe is not enough, so after a long period of using, the bedframe will be distorted and sunk, thereby the life of the conventional bedframe will be reduced, and the costs will be increased.

[0006] The present invention has arisen to mitigate and/or obviate the afore-described disadvantages.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0007] The primary objective of the present invention is to provide a bedframe structure, comprising a pair of opposite frames, wherein the frame including a pole pivotally formed with two turning poles in the sides of the bottom thereof, the turning poles are formed locking bolts and locking recesses that are corresponded to each other, thereby the frames can be interconnected to form a square frame by turning the turning poles. In addition, positioning by using an auxiliary pole that opposite between the turning poles or the frames, thus assembling a bedframe by mounting a foot frame quickly, the advantages describes as follows:

[0008] Firstly, since the bedframe of the present invention comprising a pair of opposite frames, wherein the frame including a pole pivotally formed with two turning poles in the sides of the bottom thereof, the turning poles are formed locking bolts and locking recesses that are corresponded to each other, the frames can be interconnected to be formed a square frame quickly by corresponding the turning poles (the structure so far needn't to be screwed), at that time, positioning by using the auxiliary pole that opposite between the turning poles or the frams, thus positioning the bedframe structure.

[0009] Secondly, besides, the foot frames that mounted on the corners of the bedframe, the foot frames also can be positioned to the lower part of the auxiliary pole, so that the weight of the user and the bed assembly can be dispersed equally so as to solve the problem of distortion.

[0010] Thirdly, since the foot frame of the present invention including a positioning seat, a base and a supporting tube, the base is mounted on the upper and lower ends of the supporting tube, thereby the foot frames of different embodiments can be assembled according to the supporting tubes of different lengths corresponded to the bedframes of different heights, which is very convenient.

[0011] The present invention will become more obvious from the following description when taken in connection with the accompanying drawings, which show, for purpose of illustrations only, the preferred embodiments in accordance with the present invention.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0012] FIG. 1 is a structural view of a bedframe structure in accordance with the present invention;

[0013] FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the bedframe structure in accordance with the present invention;

[0014] FIG. 3 is an assembly view of an auxiliary pole and a foot frame in accordance with the present invention;

[0015] FIG. 4 is another perspective view of the bedframe structure in accordance with the present invention;

[0016] FIG. 5 is a structural view of the foot frame of the bedframe structure in accordance with the present invention;

[0017] FIG. 6 is a perspective view of the foot frame of the bedframe structure in accordance with the present invention; and

[0018] FIG. 7 is another perspective view of another foot frame of the bedframe structure in accordance with the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0019] Referring to FIG. 1, a bedframe structure in accordance with the present invention comprises a pair of opposite frames 1, wherein the frame 1 including a pole 11 pivotally formed with two turning poles 12 in the sides of the bottom thereof, the turning poles 12 are formed locking bolts 121 and locking recesses 122 that are corresponded to each other, thereby when the turning poles 12 rotated for 90 degrees, the frames 1 can be interconnected to form a square frame. At that time, positioning by using an auxiliary pole 2 that opposite between the turning poles 12 or an auxiliary pole 3 that opposite between the frames 1 (the auxiliary pole 3 that positioned between the frames 1 can be positioned to the frames 1 orthogonally or bevelly according to the positioning position of different turning poles 12 as shown in FIGS. 2-4), thus assembling a bedframe 10 by mounting a foot frame 4 quickly.

[0020] With the structure as described above, since the sides of the bottom of the frame 11 are mounted with the turning poles 12, it is easier to turn the turning poles 12 to the bottom of the frame 11 while packing. Users can turn the turning poles 12 out quickly when assembling, and engage the locking bolts 121 into the locking recesses 122, and then position by the auxiliary pole 2 (auxiliary pole 3), since the distance between the frames 1 is restricted, the model of the bedframe 10 would be shown at once, and position the foot frame 4 to the lower part of the frames 11 or the turning poles 12 or the auxiliary poles 2 and 3, thus finishing assemble the bedframe 10.

[0021] Referring to FIGS. 5 and 6, the foot frame 4 of the present invention including a positioning seat 41 of protruded setting sections 411 and 431, a base 43 and a supporting tube 42, the base 43 is mounted on the upper and lower ends of the supporting tube 42, thereby the foot frames 4 of different embodiments can be assembled according to the supporting tubes 42 of different lengths corresponded to the bedframes 10 of different heights, which is convenient as shown in FIG. 7, a reference view of the square foot frame 4.

[0022] While we have shown and described various embodiments in accordance with the present invention, it should be clear to those skilled in the art that further embodiments may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
