Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0001] 1. Field of the Invention

[0002] The present invention generally relates to a container, and more particularly, to a container with ventilation structure.

[0003] 2. Description of the Prior Art

[0004] Seeds and seedlings grown in traditional opened containers easily die or fade because of the invading of bugs or germs, these statuses usually result from the opened containers providing a lot of invading chances to the bugs or germs than those closed container doing. Therefore, the present invention provides a closed container, including a ventilation structure, so as to prevent the invading of bugs or germs and provide the want of the air and the light for the plants.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0005] Therefore, in accordance with the previous summary, objects, features and advantages of the present disclosure will become apparent to one skilled in the art from the subsequent description and the appended claims taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0006] The present invention discloses a container with ventilation structure, including a container body and a container cover. The container body includes a first opening surrounded by a first connecting structure, and the container cover includes a second opening surrounded by a second connecting structure, wherein the second connecting structure is combined with the first connecting structure so as to the container cover can be combined with the container body. Besides, the container cover further includes at least one hole and at least one ventilation membrane, wherein the at least one hole is covered with the at least one ventilation membrane.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0007] The accompanying drawings incorporated in and forming a part of the specification illustrate several aspects of the present invention, and together with the description serve to explain the principles of the disclosure. In the drawings:

[0008] FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 are diagrams illustrating one preferred embodiment of the present invention; and

[0009] FIG. 3 is a diagram depicting another preferred embodiment of the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0010] Some embodiments of the invention will now be described in greater detail. However, it should be noted that the present invention can be practiced in a wide range of other embodiments besides those explicitly described, and the scope of the present invention is expressly not limited except as specified in the accompanying claims. Moreover, some irrelevant details are not drawn in order to make the illustrations concise and to provide a clear description for easily understanding the present invention.

[0011] As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, one preferred embodiment of the present invention discloses a container 100 with ventilation structure. The container 100 with ventilation structure includes a container body 110 and a container cover 120, wherein the shape of the container body 110 and the container cover 120 could be rectangle structure. The container body 110 includes a first opening surrounded by a first connecting structure 112, wherein the first connecting structure 112 could be a convex strip structure. The container cover 120 includes a second opening surrounded by a second connecting structure 122, wherein the second connecting structure 122 could be a concave trench structure, and the second connecting structure 122 is combined with the first connecting structure 112 so as to the container cover 120 can be combined with the container body 110. Moreover, the container cover 120 further includes at least one hole 124 and at least one ventilation membrane 126 (there are two holes 124 and two ventilation membranes 126 in the preferred embodiment of the present invention), wherein the ventilation membrane 126 is covered over the hole 124. Furthermore, the material of the container body 110 and the container cover 120 could be the glass, the plastic, or the transparent polypropylene, and it is important that the shape of the container body 110 and the container cover 120 could be any geometric forms more than rectangle. In addition, there could be one or a plurality of holes 124 in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, and so is the ventilation membrane 126.

[0012] As shown in FIG. 3, another embodiment of the present invention discloses a container 200 with ventilation structure. The container 200 with ventilation structure includes a container body 210 and a container cover 220, wherein the shape of the container body 210 and the container cover 220 could be cylinder structure. The container body 210 includes a first opening surrounded by a first connecting structure 212, wherein the first connecting structure 212 could be a convex and spiral structure. The container cover 220 includes a second opening surrounded by a second connecting structure 222, wherein the second connecting structure 222 could be a concave and spiral structure, and the second connecting structure 222 is combined with the first connecting structure 212 so as to the container cover 220 can be combined with the container body 210. Moreover, the container cover 220 further includes at least one hole 224 and at least one ventilation membrane 226, wherein the ventilation membrane 226 is covered over the hole 124. Furthermore, the material of the container body 210 and the container cover 220 could be the glass, the plastic, or the transparent polypropylene, and it is important that the shape of the container body 210 and the container cover 220 could be any geometric forms more than cylinder. In addition, there can be one or a plurality of holes 224 in this preferred embodiment of the present invention, and so is the ventilation membrane 226.

[0013] It is understood that several modifications, changes, and substitutions are intended in the foregoing disclosure and in some instances some features of the invention will be employed without a corresponding use of other features. Accordingly, it is appropriate that the appended claims be construed broadly and in a manner consistent with the scope of the invention.
