The base plate has a plurality of anchor holes respectively on two sides, and one ends of the first pillars are respectively connected on the anchors with locking means. Insertions are firmly set in two ends of the first pillars and the second pillars to firmly connect the first pillars and the second pillars. The insertions in one end of the first and second pillars are set with a lock hole, and the insertions in the other end are set with connecting means. The first pillars and the second pillars are connected with each other on two sides of the connecting plate to clip the connecting plate there between. The other ends of the second pillars are connected with the top plates. Therefore, the frame can stand and an LCD monitor can be put in the space surrounded with the connecting plate, the top plate, and the second pillars. The advantages of the frame are to integrate the LCD monitor therein and to increase practicability.

Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0001] 1. Field of the Invention

[0002] The present invention relates to a frame structure and a lock assembly, and more particularly to a frame structure and a lock assembly that is capable of adjusting height and assembly pattern as user's hope and has advantages of better property and practicability.

[0003] 2. Description of the Prior Art

[0004] Recently, various electric appliances tend to multi-function with the technology development. Another tendency is to be light and thin, such as LCD monitor. Hence, the manufacturers of LCD monitor develop the LCD monitor to meet those requirements, even be not the conventional electric appliance any more and become an object of art due to simple or colorful design. However, a frame for setting art goods therein is not available in the market. Namely, users set the LCD monitor only on the conventional TV-set or a similar conventional frame. Although the LCD monitor is still supported on the frame, the harmony does not exist. Moreover, the user has to spend much time to assemble the conventional TV-set or the similar conventional frame.

[0005] Hence, it is apparent that the conventional frames are in need of improvement due to those many drawbacks.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0006] The objective of the present invention is to provide a frame structure capable of adjusting height according as user's hope.

[0007] Another objective of the present invention is to provide a frame structure with simple and easy to manufacture structure.

[0008] Still another objective of the present invention is to provide a frame structure with aesthetic property.

[0009] Still another objective of the present invention is to provide a frame structure easy to operate.

[0010] The frame structure of the present invention comprises a base plate, a connecting plate, a top plate, first pillars, second pillars, insertions, and locking means. The base plate has a plurality of anchor holes respectively on two sides, and one ends of the first pillars are respectively connected on the anchors with locking means. The first and second pillars are oval hollow cylinders, and one side of the first and second pillars extends to form a groove. Insertions are firmly set in two ends of the first pillars and the second pillars to firmly connect the first pillars and the second pillars. The insertions in one end of the first and second pillars are set with a lock hole, and the insertions in the other end are set with connecting means. The first pillars and the base plate are firmly connected with the insertions. The base plate also has a plurality of anchor holes respectively on two sides. The first pillars and the second pillars are connected with each other through the connecting means passing the anchors to clip the connecting plate there between. The other ends of the second pillars are connected with the top plates.

[0011] Therefore, the frame can stand and an LCD monitor can be connected in the frame, surrounded with the connecting plate, the top plate, and the second pillars. The advantages of the frame are to integrate the LCD monitor therein and to increase practicability. In addition, the LCD monitor can be set in the frame by a lock assembly. The lock assembly comprises an upper part and a lower part, and the lower part has at least one locating hole. The upper part and the lower part are combined with a lock trench and a protrusion, and a trench is formed in one side of the lock assembly. First, the LCD monitor is firmly locked in the lower part by the locking means locking in the locating hole, and then the upper part is covered on the lower part to hide the locking means. Next, the trenches of the lock assembly and the grooves of the pillars are jointed to accomplish the LCD monitor installation. The advantages of the frame are to integrate the LCD monitor therein and to increase practicability.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

[0022] Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 6, they are respectively exploded view, assembly diagram, accomplished diagram of a frame structure, and exploded view, assembly diagram, accomplished diagram of a frame structure. The frame structure comprises a base plate 1, first and second pillars 2, insertions 3, locking means 4, a connecting plate 5, and a top plate 6. The base plate 1 has a plurality of anchor holes 11 respectively on two sides, and one ends of the first pillars 2 are respectively connected on the anchors 11. The pillars 2 are oval hollow cylinders 21 and a diaphragm 22 therein to raise strength of the pillars 2. One side of the pillar 2 is extended to form a groove 23, and the groove may be composed of at least one groove piece. Two ends of the pillars 2 are firmly set with the insertions 3. The insertion 3 and the pillar 2 are perfectly matched so as to firmly combine with each other for firmly connecting the first pillars 2 and the second pillars 2. The insertion 3 is set with a lock hole 31 or a connecting means 32 therein. The lock hole 31 has threads inside and the connecting means 32 has threads outside, so that the first pillars 2 and the second pillars 2 can be firmly connected by these threads. The first ends of the first pillars 2 are firmly connected with the base plate 1 through the locking means 4, and the second ends of the first pillars 2 are connected with the connecting plate 5. The connecting plate 5 also has a plurality of anchor holes 51 respectively on two sides, so that the first pillars 2 are set on the anchor holes 51 through the connecting means 32 passing the anchor holes 51 to firmly lock the second pillars 2 on the opposite side of the connecting plate 5. The other end of the second pillars 2 are connected with the top plate 6 through locking means 4. Therefore, the frame can stand and an LCD monitor 7 can be set in the space surrounded with the connecting plate 5, the top plate 6, and the second pillars 2. The advantages of the frame are to integrate the LCD monitor 7 therein and to increase harmony and practicability.

[0023] Referring to FIG. 7 and FIG. 10, they are respectively cross-sectional view, block diagram, assembly diagram, and accomplished diagram of another pillar in the present invention. The LCD monitor 7 can be directly set in the frame by a lock assembly 8. The lock assembly 8 comprises an upper part 82 and a lower part 83, and the lower part has at least one locating hole 831. The upper part 82 and the lower part 83 are combined with a lock trench 84 and a protrusion 85, and a locating pillar 86 and a clasp 87, and a trench 81 is formed in one side of the lock assembly 8. First, the LCD monitor 7 is firmly locked in the lower part 83 by the locking means 4 locking in the locating hole 831, and then the upper part 82 is covered on the lower part 83 to hide the locking means 4. Next, the trenches 81 of the lock assembly and the grooves 23 of the pillars 2 are jointed to accomplish the LCD monitor installation. Hence, the frame structure is not only capable of supporting the LCD monitor, but also increases the harmony. In addition, the various installations between the pillars 2 and the connecting plate 5 is also to increase the practicability.

[0024] Compared with the conventional frames, the frame structure disclosed by the present invention has the following advantages.

[0025] 1. The present invention is to apply the insertions to connect the pillars for increasing the autonomy.

[0026] 2. The present invention is to apply the lock assembly to install the LCD monitor easily for increasing the harmony and practicability.

[0027] Although specific embodiments have been illustrated and described, it will be obvious to those skilled in the art that various modifications may be made without departing from what is intended to be limited solely by the appended claims.
