[0018] With reference to FIGS. 1 to 3, the present invention
comprises a scooter body 1, a driving device 2, a supporting pillar
3, a frame 4, two elastic supporting members 5, a protective shell
6, and a seat 7.
[0019] Four wheels 11 are provided on the bottom of the scooter
body 1, and two turnover-preventing wheels 12 are provided on both
sides of the rear end of the scooter body 1. Each of the rear
wheels 11 is provided with a disc brake 13 for braking the scooter
by one hand. A locking portion 14 is provided at a suitable
position on the scooter body 1, and a supporting rod 15 is extended
upward from a suitable position on the scooter body 1. When the
seat 7 covers the scooter body 1, the supporting rod 15 also
provides an auxiliary force to support the protective shell 6.
[0020] The driving device 2 is provided at a suitable position on
the scooter body 1.
[0021] The supporting pillar 3 is extended from a suitable position
on the scooter body 1 and in front of the driving device 2.
[0022] Two elastic supporting members 5 are pivotably provided on
both sides of the scooter body 1 and in back of the driving device
2.
[0023] The frame 4 is provided at a suitable position on an upper
end of the driving device 2 and includes a main beam 41. The front
and rear ends of the main bean 41 are respectively provided with a
first lateral beam 42 and second lateral beam 43. An auxiliary rod
44 is extended from a suitable position on the bottom face of the
main beam 41. The auxiliary rod 44 comprises an upper rod 441, a
lower rod 442 and a stopper 443. One end of the upper rod 441 is
pivotably connected to the lower rod 442 and the stopper 443 is
extended from one side of the upper rod 441. The stopper 443 is
exactly positioned on the rotating path of the lower rod 442. An
actuating pin is provided on a side end of the stopper 443 for
controlling the stopper 443. A connecting pillar 45 is extended
from a suitable position on the top face of the main beam 41 of the
frame 4. The bottom end of the first lateral beam 42 is provided
with a first pivoting portion 421 for pivotably connecting to the
supporting pillar 3. Both sides of the rear end of the second
lateral beams 43 are provided with two second pivoting portions 431
for pivotably connecting to the elastic supporting members 5. After
a pin 46 penetrates the second pivoting portion 431 and the end of
the elastic supporting member 5 for fixing purpose, the frame 4 can
