Claims
1. A medical table comprising a flat board and a protective film,
wherein a frame is affixed to a peripheral edge of the flat board,
and the protective film is seamless laminated to a top surface of
the board, by such arrangements, the board of the medical table is
protected from contamination.
2. The medical table as claimed in claim 1, wherein the board is
integrally formed by pressing of wood particles.
3. The medical table as claimed in claim 1, wherein a discharge gap
is formed at two corners of the frame for discharging liquid out of
the medical table.
4. The medical table as claimed in claim 1, wherein the flat board
formed on its top surface with a plurality of recesses for holding
articles to be placed on the medical table.
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0001] 1. Field of the Invention
[0002] The present invention relates to a medical table, and more
particularly to a seamless table that is formed on the top surface
thereof with a plurality of recesses for holding articles.
[0003] 2. Description of the Prior Art
[0004] A conventional medical table 1, as shown in FIGS. 1, 2 and
3, comprises a support member 2, a board 11, a protective film 12
and a board frame 13. The board 11 is a wood particle board
laminated with the protective plastic film 12, and the board frame
13 is annularly mounted to the periphery of the board 11. After
assembly, a seam 14 will inevitably appear between the lower edge
of the inner periphery of the board frame 13 and the protective
film 12.
[0005] During use, the medial table 1 is often exposed to liquid
material, and inevitably, the liquid will be filtered into the
board 11 via the seam 14, and the wood particles will be wet and
contaminated.
[0006] Another shortcoming is that the surface of the table 1 is
flat, so that some special articles, such as round articles, may
have difficult firmly standing on the table, that is, the some
articles cannot be well positioned on the flat board during use of
the medical table.
[0007] The present invention has arisen to mitigate and/or obviate
the afore-described disadvantages.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0008] The primary objective of the present invention is to provide
a seamless medical table that is formed on the top surface thereof
with a plurality of recesses for holding articles.
[0009] A medical table in accordance with the present invention
comprises a flat board and a protective film, wherein a frame is
affixed to a peripheral edge of the flat board, and the protective
film is seamless laminated to a top surface of the board, by such
arrangements, the board of the medical table is protected from
contamination.
[0010] The present invention will become more obvious from the
following description when taken in connection with the
accompanying drawings, which show, for purpose of illustrations
only, the preferred embodiment in accordance with the present
invention.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
[0011] FIG. 1 shows a conventional medical table;
[0012] FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a conventional medical
table;
[0013] FIG. 3 is a cross sectional view taken along line A-A of
FIG. 2;
[0014] FIG. 4 is a perspective view of a medical table in
accordance with the present invention;
[0015] FIG. 5 is a cross sectional view taken along line B-B of
FIG. 5.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
[0016] Referring to FIGS. 4 and 5, a medical table in accordance
with the present invention comprises an integrally formed flat
board 31 and a protective plastic film 32. The flat board 31 is
made of wood particles and formed on the top surface thereof with a
plurality of recesses 311 for holding articles to be placed on the
table, and a frame 312 is affixed to the peripheral edge of the
flat board 31. At two corners of the frame 312 is formed a
discharge gap 313, and the protective plastic film 32 is seamlessly
laminated to the top surface of the flat board 31.
[0017] Since the protective plastic film 32 is seamlessly laminated
to the top surface of the flat board 31, there is no seam exists on
the flat board 31, thus preventing any liquid from filtering into
the table.
[0018] The flat board 31 is formed on the top surface thereof with
a plurality of recesses 311 for holding articles to be placed on
the table, thus preventing the articles from rolling.
[0019] The discharge gaps 313 at two corners of the frame 312 of
the flat board are provided for discharging liquid from the frame
312.
[0020] The medical table in accordance with the present invention
has the following advantages:
[0021] 1) Since the protective plastic film 32 is seamlessly
laminated to the top surface of the flat board 31, there is no seam
exists on the flat board 31, thus preventing any liquid from
filtering into the table.
[0022] 2) The flat board 31 is formed on the top surface thereof
with a plurality of recesses 311 for holding articles to be placed
on the table, thus preventing the articles from rolling.
[0023] 3) The discharge gaps 313 at two corners of the frame 312 of
the flat board are provided for discharging liquid from the frame
312.
[0024] While we have shown and described various embodiments in
accordance with the present invention, it should be clear to those
skilled in the art that further embodiments may be made without
departing from the scope of the present invention.
