A bounce surface 9 connecting with spring components 8 is located in the outside frame. Foot support 5 connects with connection pole 4 which is under the short pole 3. Fence protect stem 7 fastens with the short pole 3 and foot supporter 5 tightly. The outside frame is composed by sleeve joining of 3 to 8 pieces of long or short frame segments 1, 2 alternately. The short pole 3 is fixed at the point near the ends of long segment 1. The length ration between the long frame segment 1 and shot frame segment 2 can be 1.1 to 2:1. The distant L between the fixing point H at which the short poles 3 is fixed to the long frame segment 1 and the connecting point A of the end of long frame segment 1 can be 5-30 cm. The short pole 3, foot supporter 5 and fence protect stems 7 can be held together by an embrace clamp 6 with hinge. Thereby, the design for outside frame is reasonable, makes the foot supporters as equilateral location, intensifies the structure strength of the outside frame, prevents collapse of the outside frame and avoids the structure weakness at the connecting points, makes shape beauty and convenience in assembly and effectiveness in manufacture.

Description

CROSS REFERENCE TO THE RELATED PATENT APPLICATION

[0001] This application claims the priority benefit of the Chinese patent application No. 200520013344.2 filed on Jul. 14, 2005.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

[0002] This invention involves a kind of new trampoline, belonging to the field of manufacture technique for trampolines.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0003] The trampoline has a circular frame, a bounce surface connected with many spring components is located in the circular frame, a safe ring fence that is higher than the bounce surface is established on the outer circle of the bounce surface. The frame structure of trampoline usually comprises an outside frame, short poles, connection poles, foot supporters and fence protect stems, etc. Usually the circle frame structure is divided into several segment frames for the sake of the convenience in manufacture and carriage, the several segments can be assembled together by "sleeve coupling way."

[0004] Refer to FIGS. 1 and 2, the frame structure of a common trampoline mainly is composed by an outer frame including several equal divided pipe pieces 10, a short pole 3 is fixed at the center of the equal divided pipe piece 10, a foot support 5 is connected with the short pole 3 by a connection pole 4, a fence protect stems 7 is fastened with the connection pole 4 tightly. Therefore, the weakest point for stress in this kind of frame structure is at the coupling point A between the two equal divided pipe pieces 10. When this coupling point A is subjected to certain external force, the stability of outside frame will be affected seriously and the frame would be folded easily. For increasing the strength of the outer frame, take screw to fix at the coupling point A. However, this measure increases the difficulty and cost of manufacture.

SUMMEARY OF THE INVENTION

[0005] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a new trampoline having reasonable design, strong strength to anti-impact for the outside frame and whole frames, even distribution of the safe ring fence, shape beauty, convenience in assembly and effective in manufacture.

[0006] The new trampoline of present invention comprises an outside frame with short poles fixed under its lower part, a bounce surface connected many spring components is located in the outside frame, foot supports located under the short poles, fence protection stems fastened with the short pole and foot supporter tightly, characterized in that the outside frame is composed by sleeve jointing of 3 to 8 pieces of long or short frame segments alternately, the short pole is fixed at the position near the ends of long segment.

[0007] The length ration between the long segment frame and shot segment frame can be 1.1 to 2:1.

[0008] The distant between the fixing point H at which the short poles is fixed to the long segment frame and the ends of long frame segment can be 5-30 cm.

[0009] The short pole, foot supporter and ring fence protect stem can be hold together by an embrace clamps with hinge.

[0010] A connection pole is located between said short pole and said foot supporter and connected therein.

[0011] The long segment frame, short segment frame, shot pole, connection pole, foot supporter and fence protect stem are hollow tube with a presetting diameter.

[0012] The foot supporter can be a U shape tube or W shape tube or V shape tube (see FIG. 5).

[0013] The outside frame is composed by sleeve coupling of 3-6 pieces of long and short segment frames alternately. The short pole is located near the ends of long segment frame. Thereby, the design for outside frame is reasonable, makes the foot supporters as equilateral location, intensifies the structure strength of the outside frame, prevents collapse of the outside frame and structure weakness at the connecting points, and avoids to use screw etc. complex manufacture processes. The new structure for holding the fence protect stem with the shot pole and the foot supporter can prevent collapse of the combination of the short pole, connection pole, and foot supporter. Thereby, the frame structures in the new trampoline are joined as a whole of body.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0014] FIG. 1 is a top view of a complete structure of the trampoline of the prior art.

[0015] FIG. 2 is a schematic view of a partial structure of the trampoline of the prior art.

[0016] FIG. 3 is a top view of a complete structure of the new trampoline of the present invention.

[0017] FIG. 4 is a schematic view of a partial structure of the new trampoline of the present invention.

[0018] FIG. 5 is a schematic view showing the shape of foot supporter.

[0019] FIG. 6 is a cross section view showing the sleeve joining.

[0020] As shown in the Figs, long segment frame 1, short segment frame 2, short pole 3, connection pole 4, foot supporter 5, embrace clamp with hinge 6, fence protect stem 7, spring component 8, bounce surface 9, equal divided segment frame of the prior art 10.

DETAIL DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0021] The new trampoline of present invention has following structure. An outside frame has short pole 3 fixed under its lower part. A bounce surface 9 connecting with spring components 8 is located in the outside frame. A Foot support 5 connects with the short pole 3 through a connection pole 4. A Fence protect stem 7 fastens the short pole 3 and the foot supporter 5 tightly. The outside frame is composed by 3 to 8 pieces of long or short frame segments 1, 2 alternately through sleeve joining way.

[0022] The FIGS. 3 and 4 show a best embodiment of the present invention. Several pieces of long segment frame 1 and short segment frame 2 are connected alternately to compose a outside frame by sleeve joining; it means that each segment frame has a out-diameter reduced end, which is inserted into the inner hole of the end of other segment frame (see FIG. 6). Two short poles 3 are welded at the position near by the connecting point A of the ends of the long segment frame 1 respectively. The foot supporter 5 is connected with the bottom end of the short pole 3 through the connection pole 4 by sleeve joining. The fence protect stem 7 is tightly fixed with the short pole 3 and foot supporter 5 by the embrace clamps 6 with hinge. The outside circle frame of the trampoline is therefore completed. Thereafter, using the spring components 8 attaches the bounce surface 9 on the outside circle frame. Put protection pad on the bounce surface 9. A trampoline having the bounce surface with presetting high position is constructed. People can use the trampoline after wrapping a ring safe fence according to the high of ring fence protect stem 7.
