Womens shoe that transforms from a high heel shoe to a flat type
shoe
Abstract
Women's footwear (shoes) that can be worn/used as both a high
heel (pump) type shoes as well a flat heel type shoe. Model number
one of the transformable shoe feature a raised heel that the raised
heel part of the shoe clips on and off the back (heel) part of the
shoe by way of a slot clip. When the raised heel is clipped into
the heel part of the shoe body they product can be worn/used as a
high heel type shoe. When the raised heel is unclipped from the
heel part of the shoe body the product could then be worn as a flat
heel type shoe. When the raised heel is unclipped from the shoe
body the shoe then collapses to a flat type shoe but still keeping
the size of the shoe wearer constant and still looking attractive.
The shoe conforms from a fitting pump type shoe to a fitting type
flat heel type shoe by way of the plastic/rubber/nylon type
material that makes up the exterior and interior body of the
shoe(s). The outer body of the shoe is made up of an expandable,
retractable, plastic, rubber material that is covered by an
expandable, retractable, fabric material. The inner sole of the
shoe is composed of a harder, bendable, expandable, retractable,
rubber, plastic, material that conforms its size and shape when
switched from a high heel type shoe to a flat heel type shoe. The
clip for the raised heel is similar to the type of belt clips used
for several devices but it dose not swivel. The raised heel is
clipped onto the heel part of the bottom of the shoe and held into
place by way of slots and tong grooves. The top of the raised heel
has raised tongs that slide into indented slots in the left and
right sides of the heel part of the shoe body. This feature is how
the heel clips into the bottom of the shoe and is held into place.
Because of this design technique the raised heel locks into the
heel part of the shoe and remains steady. The inner sole part of
the shoe(s) that is made up of the harder, more supportive,
bendable, retractable, and expandable material is cushioned by way
of foam, cushioning, and/or cotton material that is wrapped/covered
with an expandable, retractable, fabric material. The bottom part
of the shoe is comprised of strategically placed patches of
durable, harder, gripped surface, rubber. The gripped texture is
rough and ridged in order to provide grip and control when wearing,
walking, running; skipping, etc . . . The patches are strategically
placed on the bottom of the shoe in order to not interfere with the
transformation process from pump to flat type shoe. These portions
of the bottom rubber material are adequate for support and function
of the shoe(s). The patches of the durable rubber are raised off
the bottom of the shoe with a depth of a quarter inch to two inches
in depth. The fabric material that covers the body of the shoe is
held on by a rubber, expandable, retractable type adhesives.

Claims
1. In the women's transformable shoe, the heel of the shoe on both
the left and right shoe is able to clip on and off the shoes by way
of a metal weather proof slide clip and side divots (tong and
groove manner) to hold the heel in place.
2. The combination function as described in claim 1, wherein the
heel itself contains a metal slide/swivel clip head, that fits into
a locking slide clip harness on the heel of the shoe body itself
and is secured by divots/tongs on the side the left and right sides
of the harness. The clips are held onto the top side of the heel by
way of small screw/fasteners that holds on, connects, attaches, and
supports the clip tong part of the heel.
3. The women's transformable shoe of claim 2, in combination with
the described heel clip and unclip/divot/tong control function
works in conjunction wherein the women's transformable shoe
expands/retracts fitting/exact size of the wearer depending upon
the state of the shoe.
4. The combination defined in claim 3 wherein the said
expansion/retraction of the women's transformable shoe will perform
in the previous described manner because of sewn elastic to the
front and rear portions of the shoe in conjunction with hard
bendable, expandable, retractable, supportive, rubber, plastic
material that will be used on the bottom of the elastic in order to
provide traction, protection and support to the bottom of the foot
(heel, sole, ball, and toes).
5. The women's transformable shoe of claim 2 described wherein the
heel portion of the shoe can be attached or removed to the back
portion of the shoe as described in claim 2.
6. The women's transformable shoe of claim 4 contains elastic with
the hard bendable, expandable, retractable, supportive, rubber,
plastic material attached to the center of the bottom portion of
the shoe in which is attached/sewn to the front portion/designed
part of the shoe body is attached/sewn to the rear portion/designed
part of the shoe body.
7. The combination defined in claim 3, wherein the women's
transformable shoe expands/retracts to fit the fitting/exact size
of the wearer depending upon the state of the shoe. When the
women's shoe has the heel connected it is fitting for the wearer in
high heel function and when the heel is removed the women's
transformable shoe is in the flat type shoe function it is fitting
for the wearer as well.
8. The combination defined in claim 7, wherein the women's
transformable shoe is in reality transformable between the flat
type and high heel type can be worn in a comfortable manner by the
wearer.
9. The women's transformable shoe has a heel portion as described
previously that clips and un-clips from the bottom/heel portion of
the designed part of the shoe body. This portion/part of the shoe
body is connected to the front/designed portion/part of the shoe
body by way of sewn/attached elastic material that is supported by
hard bendable, expandable, retractable, supportive, rubber, plastic
material that will be used on the bottom of the elastic in order to
provide traction, protection and support to the bottom of the foot
(heel, sole, ball, and toes).
10. The combination defined in claim 9 wherein the shoe is
transformable and supportive the hard bendable, expandable,
retractable, supportive, rubber, plastic material that will be used
on the bottom of the elastic portion of the shoe will also be used
for the bottom of the front and rear portions of the shoe. The
metal clip function as described previously in claims, 1,2,3,4,5,7
and 9 is molded within the hard bendable, expandable, retractable,
