Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[0001] The present invention generally relates to a portable stun
gun apparatus, and more particularly relates to a guard against
function set up with a special safety switch module and an
extensible electric condition accessory.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0002] Portable stun gun apparatuses are used for self defense.
Because of the crime rate rising, the portable stun gun apparatus
are now in widespread use for personal protection.
[0003] Referring to FIG. 1, a block diagram of an architecture of a
portable stun gun apparatus according to a prior art is
illustrated. The portable stun gun apparatus comprises a voltage
process 11, an electric conduction accessory 12, a power switch 13,
and a power supply unit 14. The power supply unit 14 it to provide
a working voltage 141 to the voltage process 11. After the voltage
process 11 receives an electronic signal 131 of the power switch
13, and then transmits a working current 111 to the electric
conduction accessory 12. The portable stun gun apparatus can stop
the attacker and protect the user. However, when the portable stun
gun apparatus with the surface and the length is too obvious, the
attacker may prepare countermeasures and the user who carries the
portable stun gun apparatus would be more inconvenience. On the
other hand, when the portable stun gun apparatus with the surface
is small and exquisite, the user may be easy to carry on. Because
of the attacker is unable to see the portable stun gun apparatus
and may take a further action such as assault, snatch, attack,
etc.
[0004] Therefore, in order to settle the problem of mention above,
this invention will provide a portable and extensible stun gun
apparatus having guard against. The feature is that taking place of
a prior of an electronic process system having a voltage increasing
function for an electronic process system with a special safety
switch, an alert unit, and a voltage process. In addition, another
feature is that replacing an extensible electric conduction
accessory with a prior art of an electric conduction accessory for
solutions.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0005] Therefore, it is a primary objective of the present
invention to provide a portable stun gun apparatus having guard
against and extensibility. The stun gun apparatus has extensible
function and has a shield like portable electronic products for
camouflage in order to reach easy carry and low recognition rate.
The portable stun gun apparatus having guard against and
extensibility comprises a special safety switch module and an alert
unit. The function of the special safety switch module is to
prevent the attacker to snatch the portable stun gun apparatus
almost instantly and then use the apparatus to shock the user. The
function of the alert unit is to produce a sound signal with a high
decibel for deterrence and asking somebody to come to the
rescue.
[0006] By way of mention above, the apparatus having an extensible
electric conduction accessory, a camouflage surface like a portable
electronic product, a special safety switch module, and an alert
unit could achieve the goals such as extensibility, guard against,
transferring attention, and calling for help. The camouflage
surface may confuse the attacker and the attacker will be unable to
recognize the portable stun gun apparatus. The extensible electric
conduction accessory provides a positive interface and a negative
interface. The extensible electric conduction accessory also
provides extensibility. The extensibility is to produce an electric
shock and induce the extensible function of the electric conduction
accessory after received the working current of the electronic
process system. The intention is to shock the attacker without
shortening the distance between the attacker and the user. In
addition, the extensible electric conduction accessory can be
plural. The alert unit is to produce a sound signal with a high
decibel for deterrence and asking somebody to come to the rescue.
The control power switch of the special safety switch module is to
receive a signal of the safety switch and the electric shock bottom
after opened both of them and initiate the voltage process when the
control power switch couples a working voltage. Moreover, the
control power switch stops the voltage process after received a
sensitive signal of a guard against unit. It must be reopened a
safety switch of the special safety switch module if it would like
to keep the electric shock function for operating. The set up may
prevent the user to suffer the shock when the attacker snatched the
portable stun gun apparatus. In order to reach the goal of the
guard against, the guard against unit could sensitive the human
static electricity through an induction static electricity
conductor. The guard against unit will transmit an induction signal
to the control power switch when the induction signal is broken off
in the robbery.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0012] To make it easier for our examiner to understand the
objective of the invention, its innovative features and
performance, a detailed description and technical characteristics
of the present invention are described together with the drawings
as follows.
[0013] Referring to FIG. 2, a schematic view of a portable stun gun
apparatus with main structure according to a preferred embodiment
of the present invention is illustrated. In the preferred
embodiment, the structure comprises an electric process system 21
and an extensible electric conduction accessory 24. The electric
process system transmits a working current 111 to the extensible
electric conduction accessory 24. The extensible electric
conduction accessory 24 comprises a positive interface and a
negative interface in order to receive the working current 111.
Then the extensible electric conduction accessory 24 transmits a
current to an attacker when the attacker touches the positive
interface and the negative interface at the same time. The electric
process system 21 comprises a special safety switch module 22, a
voltage process 11, an alert unit 23, and an alert switch 25. The
voltage process 11 produces the working current 111 to the
extensible electric conduction accessory 24 after the special
safety switch module 22 transmits a control signal 221 to the
voltage process 11. The strength of the voltage could cause the
attacker that temporarily loses consciousness. The voltage process
11 also couples the alert switch 25. The voltage process 11
produces an alert signal 112 to the alert unit 23 after the alert
switch 25 transmits a power alert signal 251 to the voltage process
11 for producing a sound signal with high decibel in order to reach
the goal with rescue and deterrence.
[0014] Referring to FIG. 3, FIG. 4, and FIG. 5, FIG. 3 is a
schematic view of the special safety switch 22 according to an
embodiment of the present invention. The special safety switch 22
comprises a safety switch 31, an electric shock bottom 32, a
control power safety switch 33, a guard against unit 34, and a
power supply unit 14. The safety switch 31 produces a power signal
131 to the electric shock bottom 32. The electric shock bottom 32
transmits an electric shock signal 321 to the control power safety
switch 33. The control power safety switch 33 is to receive the
electric shock signal 321. The power supply unit 14 supplies a
working voltage 141 and transmits the control signal 221 to the
voltage process 11 of mention above. It will stop sending the
control signal 221 if the control power safety switch 33 receives
an induction signal 341 of the guard against unit 34. The guard
against unit 34 is controlled by a conductor 41 which induces the
static electricity as showing in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5 in order to
whether transmit the induction signal 341 to the control power
switch 33. By way of mention above, the goal of the guard against
can be accomplished.
[0015] While the invention has been described by way of example and
in terms of a preferred embodiment, it is to be understood that the
invention is not limited thereto. To the contrary, it is intended
to cover various modifications and similar arrangements and
procedures, and the scope of the appended claims therefore should
be accorded the broadest interpretation so as to encompass all such
modifications and similar arrangements and procedures.
[0016] In summation of the description above, the present invention
is novel and useful and definite enhances the performance over the
conventional structure and further complies with the patent
application requirements and is submitted to the Patent and
Trademark Office for review and granting of the commensurate patent
rights.
