DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0027] To make it easier for our examiner to understand the objective of the invention, its structure, innovative features, and performance, we use a preferred embodiment together with the attached drawings for the detailed description of the invention.

[0028] Referring to FIG. 2 for the structure and application of the whole paper pallet of a high load-bearing paper pallet in accordance with the present invention, the paper pallet comprises a plurality of neatly arranged carrying members 10 disposed on the platform, and a plurality of legs 20 installed under the carrying members 10, and the carrying members 10 and the legs 20 are engaged with each other by a plurality of circular paper rolls, and their exterior is wrapped by a surface paper material.

[0029] Referring to FIGS. 3 and 4, the carrying member 10 of this preferred embodiment uses a plurality of first circular paper rolls 11 to engage with each other, and then uses a surface paper material B to wrap their exterior. The first circular paper rolls 11 include a plurality of grooves 12 disposed on a side wall of the first circular paper roll 11, and two adjacent first circular paper rolls 11 are engaged with each other in opposite directions, such that the groove bottoms 13 of the mutually engaged grooves 12 are stacked with each other for improving the load carrying capability between two adjacent first circular paper rolls 11, and the plurality of interlaced first circular paper rolls 11 in opposite directions can be engaged with each other to form a rectangular bar, and finally a surface paper material B is used for wrapping their exterior to form the carrying member 10.

[0030] Referring to FIGS. 5 to 9 for the implementation of the legs 20 according to the preferred embodiments of the present invention, a plurality of second circular paper rolls 21 are engaged with each other, and then a surface paper material B is used for wrapping the exterior of the second circular paper rolls 21. For the implementation of the second circular paper rolls 21, the side wall of each second circular paper roll 21 includes at least one channel 22, such that two adjacent second circular paper rolls 21 can pass into the channel 22 through the sidewall, and two adjacent second circular paper rolls 21 are interlaced and coupled into a rectangular bar, and a surface paper material B is also used for wrapping the exterior of the second circular paper rolls 21 to form the legs 20.

[0031] Referring to FIG. 2, the height of the legs 20 can lift the carrying member 10 to an appropriate height to form the paper pallet, so that a fork of a forklift D can be extended into the bottom of the carrying member 10 from the space lifted by the legs 20 to facilitate the transportation of the whole paper pallet and the goods C. If the goods C are placed on the carrying member 10 and the fork of a forklift D can be used to lift the goods C for transportation, the plurality of the first circular paper rolls 11 of the carrying members 10 are engaged with each other, and thus improving the structural strength to prevent the carrying member 10 from being broken or deformed as well as improving the load bearing of the overall paper pallet.

[0032] It is worthy to point out that the first circular paper rolls 11 and the second circular paper rolls 21 of the present invention can be made by a waste material of the paper rolls by using a secondary manufacturing process, and thus the manufacture of the paper pallet not only complies with the requirements of the environmental protection, but also can allows manufacturers to cut the first circular paper rolls 11 and the second circular paper rolls 21 according to actual needs, and further change the height of the carrying members 10 and the legs 20.

[0033] Referring to FIGS. 7 and 9, two adjacent second circular paper rolls 21 are engaged with each other by the channels 22 disposed on the sidewall of the second circular paper rolls 21, and thus two adjacent second circular paper rolls 21 engaged by using the channels 22 can be slid along the channel 22 on the sidewalls to adjust the distance between two adjacent second circular paper rolls 21 and further increase or decrease the number of second circular paper rolls 21 according to the actual needs.

[0034] Referring to FIGS. 10 and 11, the first circular paper rolls 11 and the second circular paper rolls 22 are stacked with each other, and a surface paper material is used for wrapping them, so as to increase the height and structural strength of the carrying members 10 and the legs 20.

[0035] Referring to FIGS. 12 to 15, the legs 20 are made of a circular paper roll of a different height, which is referred to as third circular paper rolls 30 here. The third circular paper rolls 30 include a plurality of grooves 31 mutually embedded with each other by using the third circular paper rolls 30 of different heights. The embedment is accomplished by alternately arranging the paper rolls as shown in the figures.

[0036] Referring to FIGS. 14 and 15, the external diameter of the third circular paper rolls 30 is slightly smaller than the internal diameter of the first circular paper rolls 11, so that the first circular paper rolls 11 can be sheathed into the taller third circular paper rolls 30. Finally, a surface paper material B is used to wrap the third paper rolls 30 to form a plurality of legs 20 with different heights. The carrying board 10 made of the first circular paper rolls 11 can be placed on top of the legs 20 made of the third circular paper rolls 30, and then the first circular paper rolls 11 and the third circular paper rolls 30 constitute a high load-bearing paper pallet.

[0037] Referring to FIG. 16, the carrying members 10 made of the first circular paper rolls 11 are placed on the legs 20 made of the third circular paper rolls 30. Since the legs 20 are made of the third circular paper rolls 30 of different heights by placing the third circular paper rolls on concentric circles, therefore the first circular paper rolls 11 can be sheathed into the third circular paper rolls 30 and the bottom of the first circular paper rolls 11 is attached precisely onto the third circular paper rolls 30 having a smaller height, and thus the shorter third circular paper rolls 30 can support the first circular paper rolls 11, and the first circular paper rolls 11 can be fixed onto the third circular paper rolls 30 to constitute a high load-bearing paper pallet structure.
