SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0010] An improved easy-to-use apparatus for organizing, holding
and carrying analgesic accessories for use by a patient on a
multifunctional garment system including a carrier means in the
form of a patient aid belt organizer. The patient aid belt
organizer is to be worn by the patient, the carrier means holding
the plurality of patient aid accessories including a napkin, napkin
pack and a battery pack in combination with patient aid belt
organizer. This patient aid belt organizer is directed to be worn
by a patient user having limited mobility, said device having means
for attaching a plurality of relief & aid devices for ready
access to provide aid to the user. In the specific arrangement of
the invention, the patient aid belt organizer is in the form of an
expandable belt having a plurality of selected locations having
hook and loop fastener means convenient to the user. In particular
the "convenience" devices are releasably attached to a panel means
having hook and loop hinge means to connect to a selected location
on the patient aid belt organizer. Such convenience devices are
releasably attached holding and organizing a plurality of patient
aid accessories as well as electrical devices in combination with
an electric portable power pack appliances which is configured to
be worn on the patient aid belt organizer of a user. Other devices
to be attached to the patient aid belt organizer would include, a
napkin packet, tissue packet, battery pack for electronic devices
including camera flash, cigarette lighter, and includes a LED light
that can last up to at least 12 hours, with a built-in 12 V socket
to allow charging of additional small electronics.
[0011] In a first separate aspect of the invention, the invention
provides an ancillary strap to insure that selected patient aid
devices do not become detached from the belt and there fore lost by
the patient. In particular an ancillary strap for use with a tissue
packet in the form of an expandable cord assembly releasably
attached by Velcro means to patient aid belt organizer wherein the
Tissue Packet is releasably attached by clip means to the
expandable cord assembly. In operation the strap organizer is
employed to maintain the tissue packet in a selected location
convenient to the user.
[0012] In a second separate aspect of the invention, the device may
hold several individually secured pouches for holding tissues.
[0013] In a third separate aspect of the invention, the device
holds sanitary tissues in a collapsible pouch, with the top of the
pouch arranged to permit refilling of the tissue. This invention
relates to a packet for folded sheet napkins, and more particularly
facial napkins, which packets may refillable or of a disposable
nature for serially dispensing inter folded and interleaved sheets
of napkins from a compressed packet or from a loose pack of folded
sheets one sheet at a time though an integral end opening which
extends into the top of the dispenser.
[0014] In a fourth separate aspect of the invention, the device has
sufficient space to allow the attachment of other devices and
accessories using a hook and loop type fastener, such as
Velcro.
[0015] The invention will be described for the purposes of
illustration only in connection with certain embodiments; however,
it is recognized that those persons skilled in the art may make
various changes, modifications, improvements and additions on the
illustrated embodiments all without departing from the spirit and
scope of the invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
[0022] Referring to FIGS. 1-5 there is shown the preferred
embodiment of the invention of the multifunctional garment system
10 including a patient aid organizer belt 12 for holding and
organizing relief aid devices 14 used by individual/patients having
limited mobility. As is shown in FIG. 1, the patient aid organizer
belt 12 is an expandable belt device 20 worn by a patient user 16
having limited mobility, said belt device 20 having means for
attaching a plurality of relief & aid devices 14 including a
napkin packet 30, battery pack 32 for electronic devices 33 or
cigarette lighter 34 for ready access to provide aid to the patient
user.
[0023] In the specific arrangement of the invention, the patient
aid belt organizer belt 12 is in the form of an expandable belt 20
having a plurality of selected locations 22 having hook and loop
fastener means 24 convenient to the user 16. In particular, the
selected relief & aid devices 14 include a panel 26 having hook
and loop hinge apparatus 24 configured to connect to a mating hook
and loop hinge apparatus 24 at a selected location on the patient
aid belt organizer belt 12. As is shown in FIGS. 2-4, selected
relief & aid devices 14 devices to be attached to the patient
aid organizer belt would include a napkin packet 30, battery pack
32 for electronic devices 33 or cigarette lighter 34.
[0024] As is shown in FIG. 1 there is illustrated how patient aid
belt organizer belt 12 holds relief & aid devices designed to
be worn at the waist of a patient 16 by having a plurality of clips
23 attach to a belt or the waistband of clothing worn by a patient
user 16. Typically the device is worn on the patient's side.
[0025] As is shown in FIGS. 2 & 3 there is shown a napkin
packet 30 contained in a pouch device 40 and including a strap
organizer device 36. In this specific arrangement of the invention
the strap organizer device 36 is in the form of an ancillary strap
38 for insuring that selected patient aid devices do not become
detached from the belt 20 and therefore no longer accessible by the
patient. In particular, an ancillary strap 38 for use with a napkin
packet 30 in the form of an expandable cord assembly is releasably
attached by Velcro means to patient aid belt organizer 12 wherein
the napkin packet 30 is releasably attached by clip 40 to the
expandable cord assembly 38. In operation the strap organizer 36 is
employed to maintain the napkin packet 30 in a connected
relationship with the patient aid belt organizer 12.
[0026] As is shown in FIG. 3, there is shown to a napkin packet 30
including a pouch 40 for containing folded sheet devices 44, and
more particularly to facial tissues 46 arranged in packets employed
to refill said pouch 40. The pouch 40 employs an end opening 48 for
dispensing inter folded and interleaved sheet devices 44, from a
packet 50 (not shown) or from a loose pack of folded sheets 52
through an end opening which extends into the top of the
dispenser.
[0027] As is shown in FIGS. 4 & 5 there is shown an electric
portable power pack 32 for containing a battery pack devices 33
which is configured to be worn on the patient aid belt organizer of
a user. Other devices to be attached to the patient aid belt
organizer (not shown) would include, camera flash 52, cigarette
lighter, and includes a LED light that can last up to at least 12
hours, with a built-in 12 V socket 53 to allow charging of
additional small electronics.
