Description

[0001] The invention relates to a fan article to be used in particular as a headdress.

[0002] Caps and other headgear are generally also known as fan articles. They can be manufactured in large quantities and also at favorable costs.

[0003] Contrary to these known fan articles, to be worn on the head, it is the object of the novelty to create a fan article to be worn as a headdress, which is considerably more ingenious than the known caps or headgear.

[0004] To solve this task, the novelty provides at least one bunch of artificial hair comprising at least two different groups of artificial hair and at least one fastening element for being fastened on the forehead side and/or nape side on the hair of a carrier.

[0005] Due to the groups of artificial hair, it is not only possible to design a headdress of the type in question in a particular striking and dominant manner, but it is also possible to create a large number of modifications and variations. For this reason, it is, furthermore, possible to provide the fans of different associations and/or different national affiliations with independent and, therefore, clearly different fan articles.

[0006] Further features of the novelty will become evident from the sub-claims in connection with the description and the drawings.

[0007] The novelty will be described in the following in more detail by means of embodiment examples, shown in the drawing, in which:

[0008] FIG. 1 is a side view of the fan article to be worn on the head;

[0009] FIG. 2 is a front view of the fan article of FIG. 1;

[0010] FIG. 3 is a perspective view of a modified fan article;

[0011] FIG. 4 is a perspective top view of a further fan article;

[0012] FIG. 5 is a perspective side view of the fan article of FIG. 4;

[0013] FIG. 6 is a perspective view of a further fan article;

[0014] FIG. 7 is a top view of a head-side base of a bunch of artificial hair with an area, e.g., for a common basic color and an area of different color with a particular contour; and

[0015] FIG. 8 is a head-side view of a holding element for artificial hair.

[0016] A fan article 1 to be worn as a headdress comprises according to the embodiment example shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 a bunch of artificial hair 2, comprising different groups of artificial hair 3 and 4 and 4', which can be fastened by means of fastening elements 5 and 6 on the forehead side and/or on the side of the back of the head on the hair 7 of a person/a carrier.

[0017] According to the embodiment example shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the fan article 1 has a first, centrically arranged group of artificial hair 3 and right and left of it, there is one group of artificial hair 4' each of e.g. a different color. Correspondingly, the artificial hairs 8 of the groups of artifical hair 3, 4 and 4' have the same and/or different colors and/or lengths.

[0018] The bunch of artificial hair 2 is arranged by means of a net-like holding element 9 on the side 11 facing away from the bead 10 of the carrier, the holding element 9 and the bunch of artificial hair 2 being narrower than the head 10 of the carrier.

[0019] The holding element 9 is net-like and its length is larger than its width. It has the shape of an oblong rectangle 11. Correspondingly, the head-side base 12 of the bunch of artificial hair 2 according to FIG. 7 is oblong, i.e. its length is larger than its width, and preferable rectangular.

[0020] The holding element 9 has on its first or forehead-side or front end 13 a fastening element 14 for being fastened on the hair 7 of the carrier. This fastening element 14 is expediently comb-shaped.

[0021] A second, generally equal fastening element 15 can also be provided on the second end 16, facing the back of the head, of the holding element 9.

[0022] Thus, the net-like holding element 9 consists of a freely flexible frame element 17 with long side parts 18 and 19 connected by shorter end pieces 20, 21, on each of which the comb-like fastening elements 14 and 15 are arranged centrically, the free ends of the teeth 22, 23 facing each other.

[0023] Between the side parts 18 and 19 and the end pieces 20, 21, a net portion 24, which is also flexible, is arranged, on which the artificial hairs 8 or the entire bunch of artificial hair 2 can be fastened in a manner which is not of interest here.

[0024] In the area of the base 12, the groups of artificial hair 3, 4 and 4' are strip-shaped, so that e.g. similar groups of artificial hair 3, 4 and 4' extend from the front end 13 to the rear end 16 of the holding element 9. According to the embodiment example shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the bunch of artificial hair 2 comprises three groups of artificial hair 3, 4 and 4' of different colors, and these colors can be, e.g., black, red, golden or blue, white, red or green, white, red, or red, white, red. The artificial hairs 8 may also differ in length from one group of artificial hair to the other or may be of different or equal lengths within one group of artificial hair.

[0025] In the embodiment example shown in FIG. 3, the bunch of artificial hair 2 comprises two groups of artificial hair 3, 4 of different colors. Irrespective of the number of groups of artificial hair, they extend, like in the embodiment example shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, in the shape of strips from the forehead-side end to the nape-side end, the artificial hairs 8 or the groups of artificial hair 3, 4 and 4' essentially standing up like a cockscomb on the forehead side and in the middle of the head, while hanging down in the area of the back of the head.

[0026] The same applies in principle for the embodiment example consisting of three groups of artificial hair 3, 4 and 4'' according to FIGS. 4 and 5.

[0027] The bunch of artificial hair 30 according to FIG. 6 clearly differs from the above-described embodiment examples. Here, two groups of artifical hair 31, 32 are arranged at right angles to the main direction of the bunch of artificial hair 30, this applying in particular to the choice of the colors available in each case.

[0028] Finally, according to FIG. 7, a base 12 is provided for a bunch of artificial hair 33, the artificial hairs 8 of the groups of artificial hair 34, 35 and 36 having at least one area 37 of, e.g., a first basic color (A) and at least one area 38 of another, different color (B) and with a particular contour 39. For example, the first basic color can be red and the color inside the contour 39 can be white. According to FIG. 7, the contour 39 has the shape of two bars intersecting at right angles. Instead, the contour may also consist of several compartments and represent, e.g. a coat of arms or the like.

[0029] Each of the above-described bunches of artificial hair, comprising individual artificial hairs of partly different colors and/or different lengths, is in general arranged on the net-like holding element 9 in such a way that the bunch of artificial hair 30, 33, when the article is being used, has a larger width than the net-like holding element 9.

[0030] It is a general feature of the invention that the fan article, to be worn on the head, is provided with hairs serving as information carrier.

[0031] In the most general form, this means that the artificial hair has a function as an information carrier. The artificial hair can have a function as an information carrier through its color and/or the shape and/or arrangement of the color/colors and/or through its length and arrangement.
