Description

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

[0001] The present invention is related to a daily necessity, particularly to a waterproof underlining worn in the rainy and snowy weather.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0002] The place where rich in rain and snow, people usually slip on a kind of waterproof shoe, such as snow boots, waterproof rubber shoes, the leather shoes or sneakers. However, shoes may have more or less waterproof effects, immersion of moisture or other exterior forces exerted on the shoe may cause the leakage of glued-together parts so as to reduce the water repellent or waterproof effects. Therefore, when people need to shield the moisture from immersion in the snowy or rainy day, casually add underlining into one's shoes. Kinds of underlining are sold on the markets these days. Underlining is made of thinner PU film, foam and full mesh inner lining processed into a finished product. When above-mentioned materials endure gravity impact of men's weight will be broken rapidly, the underlining thus lose the waterproof effects.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0003] The objective of the present invention is to provide an endurable waterproof underlining suitable for shielding moisture of immersion under snowy and rainy circumstances.

[0004] The present invention achieves its objective by means of the middle sole, the inner lining and waterproof sealing tape combined to form an integral underlining, the slots between the middle sole and the inner lining is necessary to provide a waterproof sealing tape or adhesive to seal there between.

[0005] The present invention has a simple structure for users wearing comfortable and can endure the gravity impact of men's weight thus prevent it from breakage. It causes the simple and effective waterproof effects. After assembly, the integral underlining in rainy and snowy circumstance is designed to conform the shape of users foot wearing stocking and then put on shoe with a warm, dry and clean feeling, particularly, an internal beauty in his shoe.

THE BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0006] FIG. 1: the perspective view of the present invention.

[0007] FIG. 2: the cross section view of the X-X indicated in FIG. 1.

[0008] FIG. 3: the sectional view in partial cutaway of the middle sole.

[0009] FIG. 4: the exemplary sectional view of the inner lining.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

[0010] The description will be described according to the appended drawings thereafter.

[0011] Referring to FIG. 1, a perspective view of the present invention is shown, the integral underlining includes a middle sole 1, an inner lining 2 and it is necessary to provide a waterproof sealing tape or adhesive 3, at least a front or back surface of the tape is spread with adhesive. The inner lining 2 and the middle sole 1 are combined to form an integral underlining as the waterproof sealing tape or adhesive 3 is provided to glue them together. The slots between the inner lining 2 and the middle sole 1 are glued together and sealed with the waterproof sealing tape or adhesive 3. The breadth increased of said middle sole 1 is at least 2 mm up to 10 mm. And the selected materials can be combined to form said middle sole 1. Said inner lining 2 is shaped by thick film such as PU film blends added foam and full mesh lining to shield the moisture of immersion. Patched together a left half lining 21 and a right half lining 22 to form said inner lining 2. Said left and right half linings can integrally be glued together by a waterproof sealing tape or adhesive 3.

[0012] Refer to FIG. 2, illustrated the instep portion indicated as the X-X of FIG. 1 indicated. As the inner lining 2 is composed of a left, right half lining 21, 22, after assembly, an instep portion of the inner lining 2 is formed to conform the shape of user's foot. Subsequently added the middle sole 1 to seal the bottom end of the left, right half lining 21,22. The waterproof sealing tape or adhesive 3 is used to seal the slots among the left, right half lining 21, 22 and middle sole 1.

[0013] Refer to FIG. 3, a sectional view in partial cutaway of the middle sole of the present invention. The middle sole 1 has the waterproof effect and absorb the impact of heavier weight due to the breadth increased at least 2 mm up to 10 mm. Which is composed of the materials selected at least one from the group consisting of PU, EVA, PVC, TRP and TPU. Or combined two of them to form the middle sole.

[0014] Refer to FIG. 4, an exemplary sectional view in partial cutaway of the inner lining of the present invention. The inner lining 2 is composed of the layers of materials such as thick PU film 201, foam 202, and full mesh lining 203. Layers of the waterproof materials combined to form an integral inner lining 2. In addition to the waterproof effect of the thick PU film 201, added foam can increase the comfortable feeling, the full mesh lining 203 is breathable. They are combined to form a suitable inner lining for slipping on user's foot.

[0015] Refer to FIG. 1, another embodiment of the present invention is the inner lining 2 shaped through plastic injection as a whole one to form an integral inner lining without patching together the left, right half linings.

[0016] The present invention is provided for users footwear an integral underlining used to slip on and then put on the shoe. As a waterproof sealing tape or adhesive 3 is used to seal the slots of the middle sole 1 and the inner lining 2. Even a shoe is immersed with moisture or invaded watering, the integral underlining is added to keep warm, clean and dry effect for the user's footwear consideration.

[0017] Moreover, the middle sole 1 is made of the materials being selected at least one from the group consisting of PU, EVA, PVC, TPR and TPU, or combined the selected materials to form.

[0018] And FIG. 4 an exemplary view of the inner lining shown, sandwiched a breathable full mesh lining 203 as the inner layer, a flexible or porous foam 202 as the middle layer and a thick PU film as the outer waterproof layer, thus formed an inner lining 2 suitable for users footwear.

[0019] It is necessary to provide the waterproof sealing tape or adhesive 3 for gluing together the middle sole 1 and the inner lining 2. Therefore, the present invention an integral underlining is cost-effective to achieve the waterproof effect.
