Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[0001] This invention relates to a tent structure foldable and
particularly to a tent structure that may be easily folded for
safekeeping.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0002] Conventionally, a general tent as shown in FIG. 13 is mainly
made up with a canvas 3, two vertical poles 4 located at two
openings of terminals of the canvas 3, and a horizontal bar 5
located between the two vertical poles 4, and after a rope 6 is
used to bind and tense the structure at each corner outside the
canvas 3, a fixing nail 7 is used as a fixture on the ground,
thereby the tent being formed.
[0003] Although the canvas 3, the two vertical poles 4, the
horizontal bar 5, the rope 6, and the fixing nail 7 are used to
form the mentioned-above tent, they must be assembled one after
another when structured and must be unfolded when detached; thus,
the procedures for unfolding and taking apart the tent structure
are complicated and a lager space is occupied by the tent after
folded, and many persons are required to co-work to securely hold
the conventional tent when assembled but a single person cannot
complete the task independently. For this reason, the conventional
tent formerly described is obviously inconvenient and imperfect in
practical use.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0004] This invention is mainly to make a tent structure
effectively easily unfolded for use.
[0005] This invention is further to make the tent structure easily
folded for safekeeping.
[0006] In order to achieve the object mentioned above, the
invention is the tent structure foldable, in which it is formed
with a framework and a canvas covering the framework. The framework
is structured with a plurality of horizontal bars flexible, a
plurality of vertical poles detachable, and a plurality of holders
bendable, in which one end of each horizontal bar is located on a
connection mount and the other end of that is mounted with an axle
seat so that one end of each vertical poles is located on the axle
seat, and the other end of that is connected to each other and
thereby two ends of each holder are respectively located at two
sides of the axle seat; the canvas covers the outside of the
framework mentioned above. Consequently, the tent structure may be
easily unfolded for use and easily folded for safekeeping.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0018] FIGS. 1 to 8 are a 3D schematic view illustrating the
appearance of this invention, a 3D exploded view of this invention,
a schematic view illustrating a framework according to this
invention, an enlarged view of a partial vertical pole according to
this invention, a schematic view illustrating a connection state of
two vertical poles according to this invention, an enlarged view of
a partial holder according to this invention, an enlarged view of a
connection mount according to this invention, and an enlarged view
of a partial axle seat according to this invention. As shown in the
figures, this invention is a foldable tent structure 1 with a
framework 1 and a canvas 2, and it may be easily unfolded for use
and easily folded for safekeeping.
[0019] The above-mentioned framework 1 is structured with a
plurality of horizontal bars 11 flexible, a plurality of vertical
poles 12 detachable, and a plurality of holders 13 bendable, in
which the horizontal bar 11 is made up with an inner tube 111 and a
sleeve 112 between both of which an elastic element 113 is
provided, the vertical pole 12 is made up with two pipes 121 and
122, two butt joints 123 and 124 of the two pipes 121 and 122 are
connected with each other, an elastic element 125 is provided
between the two pipes 121 and 122, the holder 13 is made up with
two rods 131 and 132 connected with each other through a joint 133,
the two rods 131 and 132 is actively riveted on the joint 133
through a stalk 134; also, one end of each horizontal bar 11 is
located on a connection mount 14 provided with more than one rib
141 so that one end of the horizontal bar 11 is actively located on
the rib 141 following a stalk 142 moving and the other end of each
horizontal bar 11 is provided with an axle seat 15 for one end of
each vertical pole 12 to be located on the axle seat 15 and for the
other end of that to be connected to each other through a fixing
element 16, two ends of each holder 13 are respectively located at
two sides of the axle seat 15, and the axle seat 15 and each
horizontal bar 11, each vertical pole 12, and the holder 13 are
actively riveted to each other in coordination with a pivot
151.
[0020] The canvas 2 covers the outside of the framework 1 mentioned
above and is fixed on the framework 1 by a plurality of fixing
parts 21, a plurality of mouths 23 and an exit/entrance 22 are
provided on the canvas 2, the circumference of exit/entrance 22 of
the canvas 2 is provided with a chain portion 221 so that the
exit/entrance 22 may be opened and closed for users to exit from
and enter the canvas 2, the plurality of mouths 23 of the canvas 2
are respectively provided with a net 24, one side of the mouth 23
may be covered with a shelter 25, the circumference of the mouth 23
and shelter 25 connects through a chain portion 231 so that the
mouth 23 may be opened and closed through the shelter 25.
Accordingly, with the above-mentioned structure, a brand-new tent
foldable is formed.
[0021] FIGS. 9 and 10 are schematic views illustrating an unfolding
state of this invention. As shown in the figures, when this
invention is unfolded (originally folded) for use, the user applies
an upward external force to the connection mount 14 so that the
horizontal bar 11 of the connection mount 14 is made to be pulled
to fixing through the elastic element 113 between the inner tube
111 and the sleeve 112 and that the axle seat 15 at the other end
of the horizontal bar 11 is made to be outwardly pushed to a
predetermined position through the horizontal bar 11 pulled to
fixing; at this time, each holder 13 on each axle seat 15 becomes
straight from a bent form through the joint 133, meanwhile links
with a pipe 121 of the vertical pole 12 to work together at the
predetermined position, and next connects with the butt joints 123
and 124 of the two pipes 121 and 122 of the vertical pole 12, and
thereby the tent structure may be made to be effectively easily
unfolded for use.
[0022] FIGS. 11 and 12 are schematic views illustrating a folding
state of this invention. As shown in the figures, when this
invention is folded, the user applies a downward external force to
the connection mount 14 so that the horizontal bar 11 of the
connection mount 14 is made to be contracted through the elastic
element 113 between the inner tube 111 and the sleeve 112 and that
the axle seat 15 at the other end of the horizontal bar 11 is made
to be inwardly pulled to a predetermined position through the
horizontal bar 11 contracted; at this time, each holder 13 on each
axle seat 15 becomes bent from a straight form through the joint
133 and meanwhile detached from the butt joints 123 and 124 of the
two pipes 121 and 122 of the vertical pole 12, and thereby the tent
structure may be made to be easily folded for safekeeping.
[0023] However, in the description mentioned above, only the
