Abstract

The present invention relates to a dual beverage container including a container body, dual pull tab, and a partition such that two different beverages contain in one container, with the partition separating each other and different pull tabs to open, thereby making less volume required and offering two different beverages in one container.

Claims



1. A dual beverage container comprising a container body, dual pull tab, and a partition to enable two different beverages included in one container.
Description



BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0001] (a) Field of the Invention

[0002] The present invention relates to a beverage container and more particularly to a beverage container with dual chamber and dual pull tab that offers consumers more than one drink at one container. The present invention is advanced, new and is useful to the industrial.

[0003] (b) Description of the Prior Art

[0004] A conventional beverage container, being made of plastic or metal, is simple in structure with a fixed shape and volume and an opening at the top. Defects can be [0005] (1) an individual can only have one drink from a container; [0006] (2) the volume of the container may be too much for an individual; [0007] (3) people sharing one beverage, without using glasses, can be a sanitary issue; [0008] (4) people, having different preferences, sharing one beverage can be an unhappy experience; [0009] (5) an individual can't have more than one drink from one container.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0010] The present invention is an improvement of a beverage container structure having a container body, a partition, and dual pull tab to provide dual beverage in one container, which may satisfy the consumer's desire to have two different beverages in one container and can enhance pleasure of sharing two kinds of beverage in one container with family members or lovers without having sanitary concern.

[0011] With many beverages in the market, the present invention may allure consumers in buying to widen market sharing. Besides, the dual beverage design can be attractive enough for the young, a key beverage consuming group, who is interested in pursuing new things and changes.

[0012] It goes without saying that the best choice for customers is the dual beverage container, including a container body, dual pull tab, and a partition such that two different beverages included in one container, with the partition separating each other and with separated pull tabs to open, thereby enabling the consumer having two different tastes in one container.

[0013] To enable a further understanding of the said objectives and the technological methods of the invention herein, the brief description of the drawings below is followed by the detailed description of the preferred embodiments.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0018] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2. The present invention is a dual beverage container including a container body 10, dual pull tab 20, and a partition 30, wherein the partition 30 formed in the container body 10 to form two chambers and dual pull tab 20 formed on the top thereof.

[0019] Referring to FIGS. 3 and 4. The container can be varied in design to attract consumers and also enhance pleasure in drinking.

[0020] It is of course to be understood that the embodiment described herein is merely illustrative of the principles of the invention and that a wide variety of modifications thereto may be effected by persons skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as set forth in the following claims.
