Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[0001] The present invention relates to thrown frames, and
particularly to a thrown frame capable of being assembled into a
casing, which can be effectively used in various conditions and can
be stored within a case body.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0002] In the present invention, a thrown frame is a frame which
can accept object by throwing the object to the frame, such as back
board used in basketball.
[0003] Currently, simple structured and foldable thrown frames are
used in various places, such as in home, to replace many outdoor
frames, such as basketballs, baseballs, etc. These newly thrown
frames can be stored within a smaller volume.
[0004] Firstly, the simple structural and foldable thrown frames
are made of a plurality of telescopic rods and plurality of
supporting joints. In this structure, since there are many
supporting points and thus the frame is stable. Thereby it is
adjustable according to the requirement of the users.
[0005] However the above said prior art has the defect of a larger
volume and being difficult in carry.
[0006] To improve above mentioned defect, a case-like thrown frame
is developed. That is, all the components can be stored within the
thrown frame as it is not used. Furthermore, a space below a base
cloth of the thrown frame is not used and thus this space can be
used for other objects. Thereby the space efficiency is improved.
Thus, this improvement structure has improved the defect in the
previous one.
[0007] This improvement structure has single one supporting point
so that the space from a case body of the frame to the supporting
point can be used effectively. Further, the frame can be stored in
the case body. The main body of this thrown frame is foldable and
telescopic. Since there is only one supporting point which has the
advantage of space saving, the structure become unstable. Moreover,
the supporting rod used in this prior art is a U shape rod which
only has vertical support points and thus it can not suffer the
forces laterally applied to the frame. However since ball exercises
are dramatic exercises. The actions of the sportsmen will push the
frame so that the frame falls down.
[0008] Thereby there is an eager demand for a novel one which can
improve the prior art defects.

at a bottom of the case body for winding a protecting net; if the
protecting net is not used, the protecting net can wind around the
winding rod for limiting the moving space of a ball; a seat formed
by a U shape rod; an upper transversal side of the U shape rod
being firmly secured to the protecting net; a bottom of the U shape
rod being connected to a transversal rod; a lower end of each of
the two lateral sides of the U shape rod being pivotally and
approximately vertically installed with a telescopic rod, which are
first telescopic rod and second telescopic rod; the first
telescopic rod and second telescopic rod extending toward the case
body; each of the first telescopic rod and second telescopic rod

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0023] In order that those skilled in the art can further
understand the present invention, a description will be described
in the following in details. However, these descriptions and the
appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art
to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the
present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and
spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims.
[0024] With reference to FIG. 1, the present invention is
illustrated. The present invention is mainly formed by the
following elements.
[0025] A case body 10 has at least one open end. At least one
thrown object is installed in the case body 10. In this embodiment,
basketballs are used as an example and thus the thrown object is a
backboard 11. The backboard 11 is at the open end of the case body
10.
[0026] A protecting net 20 has a winding rod 12 at a bottom of the
case body 10. If the protecting net 20 is not used, the protecting
net 20 can wind around the winding rod 12.
[0027] The object of the protecting net 20 is to limit the moving
space of a ball. The protecting net 20 includes a bottom net 21.
Each of two sides of the bottom net 21 is extended with a lateral
net 22 so as to have a U shape confining space.
[0028] A seat 30 is mainly formed by a U shape rod 31. An upper
transversal side of the U shape rod 31 is firmly secured to the
protecting net 20. A bottom of the U shape rod 31 is connected to a
transversal rod 32. A lower end of each of the two lateral sides of
the U shape rod 31 is pivotally and approximately vertically
installed with a telescopic rod, which are first telescopic rod 33
and second telescopic rod 34. The first telescopic rod 33 and
second telescopic rod 34 extend toward the case body 10. Each of
the first telescopic rod 33 and second telescopic rod 34 is
positioned to a respective lower end of the U shape rod 31 by a
positioning unit (in this embodiment, it is a V shape foldable rod
25). Referring to FIG. 2, the V shape foldable rod 25 has a sheet
251. The sheet 251 is screwedly installed with a button 252. The
button 252 is capable of being installed at a lateral side of the V
shape foldable rod 25.
[0029] Referring to FIGS. 3 and 5, in this embodiment, each of the
first telescopic rod 33 and second telescopic rod 34 is formed by
at least two sections. Every two adjacent sections are connected by
a V shape elastomer 35. One end of the V shape elastomer 35 is
fixed to the telescopic rod and another end thereof is a free end.
A retaining pin is fixed to the free end. The free end can
penetrate through a wall of the telescopic rod so as to fix to
positioning hole of another section of the telescopic rod, as shown
in FIG. 4.
[0030] In use of the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 1, 5 and
6, by the telescopic rods, the present invention can be fixed to

It can resist against an wall. Thereby the collisions of users or
balls will not affect the stability of the structure. Thereby as
desired, the length of the telescopic rods is adjustable and part
of the protecting net 20 can be wound by the winding rod 12.
Thereby the present invention can match the requirements of
different users.
[0031] Moreover, as shown in FIG. 5, it is illustrated that the
length of the telescopic rods are reduced. When some object is
placed below the case body 10, the present invention can be placed
aside the object.
[0032] Moreover, in the present invention, by the L shape design,
the present invention can suffer from the lateral forces and thus
it has the advantages of the prior arts.
[0033] With reference to FIGS. 7, and 8, when it is desired to
store the present invention, the first telescopic rod 33 and second
telescopic rod 34 are reduced to have a smaller length, as shown in
FIG. 2 and are pivotally installed to the U shape rod 31. Then, the
buttons 252 are released and the telescopic rods are compressed to
has a reduced length, see FIG. 3.
[0034] Referring to FIGS. 9, 10 and 11, the seat 30 can be placed
in the case body 10. Thus, the storage of the present invention is
completed.
[0035] In the present invention, a front section of each telescopic
rod can be installed with a retaining screw rod 253 for adjusting
the length of telescopic rod.
[0036] Referring to FIG. 12, it is illustrated that the present
invention is realized to other objects, where the baseboard is
replaced by a plurality of flat panels.
