Description

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

[0001] The invention is related to a packaging structure and method of plastic material, and more particularly to, a packaging structure made of a plastic material that is capable of protecting a packed object being place in the loading part of the packaging structure from damage of collision during shipment, since the packed object is surrounded by air pads formed by a gas-filled inflating part of the packaging structure.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0002] Recently, environmental consciousness has become an important issue for industries all over the world that any manufacturer must produce and package its products using materials conforming to environmental protection recycling regulations. The current packaging materials are all belonged to packaging materials of hard plasticity and will occupy a certain volume during shipping and storing the package. These are shortcomings of the prior arts.

[0003] In view of the aforementioned description, since the conventional packaging materials of hard plasticity have the shortcomings of fixed volume and thickness, a packaging structure and method is disclosed in the invention to overcome the shortcomings of the prior plastic packaging materials, and in the meantime, conform to environmental protection recycling regulations.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0004] For the purpose to solve the shortcomings of the prior arts, a packaging structure and method of plastic material is disclosed in the prevent invention. It is the primary object of the present invention to provide a packaging structure made of a plastic material that is capable of protecting a packed object being place in a loading part of the packaging structure from damage of collision during shipment, since the packed object is surrounded by air pads formed by a gas-filled inflating part of the packaging structure.

[0005] It is another object of the present invention to provide a packaging structure made of a plastic material comprising an inflating part and a loading part, wherein the inflating part and the loading part are integrally formed with a plastic material.

[0006] Another object of the invention is to provide a packaging structure made of thermal polyurethane (TPU) that is environmentally safe since it is ease to decompose and non-toxic.

[0007] Yet, another object of the invention is to provide a packaging structure of plastic material, which is a flat piece occupying very small space while not being used for packaging, such that the cost for storing and ship the same can be reduced greatly. To achieve aforementioned objectives, the present invention provides a packaging structure of plastic material, comprising:

[0008] an inflating part, capable of being filled with gas to form an inflation state; and

[0009] a loading part, located at the inner edge of the inflating part, and having at least an opening for receiving a packed object therefrom.

[0010] Following drawings are cooperated to describe the detailed structure and its connective relationship according to the invention for facilitating your esteemed members of reviewing committee in understanding the characteristics and the objectives of the invention.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0011] FIG. 1 is a diagram showing a packaging structure of plastic material according to the present invention, wherein the inflating part is inflated yet.

[0012] FIG. 2 is a 3D diagram showing a packaging structure of plastic material according to the present invention.

[0013] FIG. 3 is a diagram showing a packed object is being placed into the loading part. of a packaging structure of plastic material in accordance with the present invention.

[0014] FIG. 4 is a diagram showing a packaging structure of plastic material with a packed object packaged therein.

[0015] FIG. 5 is a flowchart illustrating the packaging method of the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0016] For your esteemed members of reviewing committee to further understand and recognize the fulfilled functions and structural characteristics of the invention, several preferable embodiments cooperating with detailed description are presented as the follows.

[0017] Please refer to FIG. 1, which is a diagram showing a packaging structure of plastic material according to the present invention, wherein the inflating part is inflated yet. The packaging structure of plastic material comprises an inflating part 1, an inflating hole 2, and a loading part 3, and is a flat piece before the inflating part 1 is inflated. The inflating part 1 is substantially a hollow ring having an inflating room arranged therein and an inflating hole 2 arranged at the exterior of the inflating part 1, The loading part 3 is located at the inner edge of the ring-shaped inflating part 1 and has an opening 31 arranged at an appropriate place of the loading part 3. The gas can enter the inflating room of the inflating part 1 through the inflating hole 2. Please refer to FIG. 2, which shows an inflated state thereof.

[0018] The foregoing packaging structure of plastic material is a flat piece occupying very small space while not being used for packaging, such that the cost for storing and ship the same can be reduced greatly.

[0019] Furthermore, the packaging structure of the present invention is made of a plastic material and comprises an inflating part and a loading part, wherein the inflating part and the loading part are integrally formed with a plastic material.

[0020] In addition, the packaging structure of the present invention is made of thermal polyurethane (TPU) that is environmentally safe since it is ease to decompose and non-toxic.

[0021] Please refer to FIG. 3, which is a diagram showing a packed object is being placed into the loading part of the present invention. As seen in FIG. 1, a packed object is being placed into the loading part through an opening 31 thereof. Please refer to FIG. 4, which shows a state that the packed object has already been placed.

[0022] In the embodiments disclosed in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, the inflating part of the packaging structure made of plastic materials is firstly filled with gas, and a packed object is placed into the loading part located in the area enclosed by the ring-shaped inflating part, such that the packed object may be protected from being damaged by external forces during shipping, since the packed object is surrounded by air pads formed by a gas-filled inflating part of the packaging structure.

[0023] Please refer to FIG. 5, which is a flowchart illustrating the packaging method of the present invention, and the method comprising the steps of:

[0024] Step 51: Proceeding a gas-filling action to an inflating part of a plastic packaging structure;

[0025] Step 52: Enabling the thickness of the inflating part of the plastic packaging structure to be larger than that of the loading part through the gas-filling action; and

[0026] Step 53: Placing a packed object into the loading part through an opening of the loading part.

[0027] Through aforementioned steps, a product may be completely placed into the packaging structure of plastic material in accordance with the present invention. Since this packaging structure is light and good-looking, so the packed product may be sold directly with excellent outer-appearance. Furthermore, the packaging structure of plastic material may also be placed into a packaging box, such that the packed product may be protected from the squeezing or vibrating force exerted thereon.

[0028] In summary, the structural characteristics and each embodiment have already been disclosed in detail to sufficiently show that this invention has deeply executable progressiveness on both objective and function, great applying value in industry, and never been seen in current market, so this invention is completely fulfilled the merits of a patent application.

[0029] While the preferred embodiment of the invention has been set forth for the purpose of disclosure, modifications of the disclosed embodiment of the invention as well as other embodiments thereof may occur to those skilled in the art. Accordingly, the appended claims are intended to cover all embodiments which do not depart from the spirit and scope of the invention.
