Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0001] This invention relates to a gas Chinese wok range of the
type which is available in all sizes and styles to meet every
cooking situation. Accent is on exceptionally assemble with uniform
styles that prevent waste time, money and material to make a entire
Chinese wok unit. Conventional Chinese wok range used at restaurant
are custom built--by hand tool make. It take large time and
material to match every custom's demand to finished a gas wok
range. Accordingly, it has been proposed to provide a machine
manufacture standard separation uniform shape wok units for fasten,
easily and economical cost to assembly a combination gas wok range
to meet every cooking situation.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0002] In accordance with the invention. The Chinese gas wok range
includes several section: The Chinese range burners unit, Chinese
range auxiliary unit and accessories unit. Chinese range burners
unit tops are made of a double jacket casings by heavy steel plate
reinforced with a welded angle iron frame. the burners drums are
weld to the range top to form a rigid one-piece assembly which is
bolted to the range auxiliary unit. The range tops double jacket
casings for help control stove top temperature and prevent waste
cooled range top water. The range auxiliary unit tops made of
slanted groove shaped by heavy steel plate reinforced with a welded
angle iron frame for water cooled range top and build-in drain
system to help control stove top temperature. Optional the range
auxiliary unit top with steel wells and burners similar as a stove
burners unit. The entire wok unit is designed for extra strength
durability and meet every cooking situation.
