Abstract

A Chinese wok range comprise by several standard units this standard units manufacture by machine into a uniform shape to fasten, easily & economical assembly a combination Chinese wok range. The new combination Chinese wok range easily match restaurant kitchen's equipment layout plan, kitchen's form & kitchen's sizes to perform customs demand styles and scheme. The new entire unit is designed for extra strength and durability with a high quality of high technical workmanship.

Claims



I claim:

1. A Chinese gas wok range assembly comprising: The uniform wok gas burner units adapted for attachment to the uniform range auxiliary units. each wok gas burner unit top are made of a double jacket casing by heavy steel plate reinforced with a welded angle iron frame and a burner drum well to form a rigid one piece assembly. this stove top double jacket casing has a hole at front for cooled range top water inlet and has a gap at rear for water draining. the range auxiliary units top are made of slanted groove shaped heavy steel plate lining with fire-retardant and heat resistant material to provided superior insulation. than reinforced with a welded angle iron frame. Both wok burner units and auxiliary units top are pitched steeply so that waste is easily flushed into the drain trough range gutter to sump. each wok burner units fabricated a steel drum with lining heat resistant material to provide superior insulation. also fabricated a powerful air/gas mixing burner and equipment with continuous pilots for instant ignition. All wok range has front ledge, front panel, rear panel, and sides panel. the front ledge fabricated by heavy stainless steel plate with lined heat resistant material for convenient operation. the front panel fabricated by stainless steel lining with fired-retardant and heat protective fabric for convenient operation too. the wok range rear panel fabricated by two stainless steel wing and a piece stainless steel back panel bolted to the wok range frame. A pair adjustment pipe rack shelves adapted for attachment to rear panel wing. A gas manifold piping connected to each gas wok range burner units branched gas piping. Every gas branched piping had a gas shut-off valve to control their powerful Air/gas mixing burner. this burner adapted for attachment into range steel drum well. and wok range house frame. the combination Chinese gas wok range their steel drum well size selection are flexibity their wok burner unit and range auxiliary unit arrangement sequence also flexibity for match different cooking style and kitchen equipment layout plan.

The Chinese gas wok range assembly of claim 1, wherein the cold and hot water piping connected to gas wok range rear panel water faucet and cooled range top to meet every cooking situation. all the Chinese gas wok range has a pair of adjestable sloped gutter and a removable sump box to match the kitchen equipment layout. this Chinese wok range also equipment adjustable heights legs to provide convenience working.

The Chinese gas wok range assembly of claim 1 and claim 2, wherein the uniform wok gas burner unit top without double jacket casing only fabricated by heavy steel plate with lining heat resistant and fire-retardant fabric reinforced with a welded angle iron frame and a burner drum well to form a rigid one piece assembly for special cooking situation.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0001] This invention relates to a gas Chinese wok range of the type which is available in all sizes and styles to meet every cooking situation. Accent is on exceptionally assemble with uniform styles that prevent waste time, money and material to make a entire Chinese wok unit. Conventional Chinese wok range used at restaurant are custom built--by hand tool make. It take large time and material to match every custom's demand to finished a gas wok range. Accordingly, it has been proposed to provide a machine manufacture standard separation uniform shape wok units for fasten, easily and economical cost to assembly a combination gas wok range to meet every cooking situation.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0002] In accordance with the invention. The Chinese gas wok range includes several section: The Chinese range burners unit, Chinese range auxiliary unit and accessories unit. Chinese range burners unit tops are made of a double jacket casings by heavy steel plate reinforced with a welded angle iron frame. the burners drums are weld to the range top to form a rigid one-piece assembly which is bolted to the range auxiliary unit. The range tops double jacket casings for help control stove top temperature and prevent waste cooled range top water. The range auxiliary unit tops made of slanted groove shaped by heavy steel plate reinforced with a welded angle iron frame for water cooled range top and build-in drain system to help control stove top temperature. Optional the range auxiliary unit top with steel wells and burners similar as a stove burners unit. The entire wok unit is designed for extra strength durability and meet every cooking situation.

All the burners are equipped with continuous pilots for instant ignition. the numeral (7) see FIG. 5, FIG. 6, FIG. 7, FIG. 10, FIG. 11, FIG. 12 FIG. 13 and FIG. 14. designates wok range burners unit and wok range auxiliary unit house frame. All the house frame are heavy angle iron materials to match the burners and burner housing fabricated. the numeral (8) see FIG. 1, FIG. 2, FIG. 3, FIG. 4 and FIG. 20 designates wok range front ledge their are fabricated by heavy stainless steel plate with lined heat resistant material to provide superior insulation. this front ledge is field measure it length of wok than cutting to meet every cooking situation. the numeral (9) see FIG. 1, FIG. 3, FIG. 4, FIG. 15 and FIG. 16 designates wok range rear panel. their consist by two stainless steel wing bolted to one piece stainless steel panel this panel is field measure it length of wok range than cutting to meet every cooking situation. the numeral (10) see FIG. 1, FIG. 3, FIG. 15 and FIG. 16 designates stainless steel pipe rack shelves for holding wok covers or skimmer. the numeral (11) see FIG. 1, FIG. 2, FIG. 3, FIG. 4, FIG. 15 and FIG. 16 designate swing water faucet with nickel plated brass. located side of wok burner drum to avoid intense burner heat the numeral (12) see FIG. 1 and FIG. 4 designates wok range stainless steel sides panel their are bolted to wok range frame. the numeral (13) see FIG. 1 and FIG. 3 designate wok range front plate, the numeral (14) see FIG. 1, FIG. 3 and FIG. 22 designates wok range front sump area with removable waste basket (15) below and 2" waste drain pipe. the waste basket (15) fabricated by perforated steel plate for waste water drawing. the numeral (16) see FIG. 1, FIG. 3 and FIG. 17 designates wok range steel plate gutters their are field measure it length of the whole wok range then cutting to fitting and adapted for attachment on wok range frame. the numeral (17) see FIG. 17 designate sump box. this sump box (17) would along gutter located in different area to match the kitchen equipment layout. the numeral (18) see FIG. 1 and FIG. 3 designate removable drip pan under each burner. the numeral (19) see FIG. 3, FIG. 4 and FIG. 19 designates wok range gas connection pipe. it at either end of range with gas regulator to maintain 6.0" water column natural gas or 10.6" water column propane gas manifold pressure. the numeral (20) see FIG. 5, FIG. 6, FIG. 7, FIG. 10, FIG. 11, and FIG. 12, FIG. 13, FIG. 14 and FIG. 19 designates wok range gas manifold their are connected wok range each section by an pipe union (21) the numeral (22) see FIG. 3, FIG. 6, FIG. 7, FIG. 13, FIG. 14 and FIG. 19 designates gas master shut-off control. the numeral (23) Designate wok range burner's gas standard black steel pipe.
