Claims
What is claimed is:
1. A cleaning brush, comprising a handle; and a head part secured
to one end of the handle; the head part having a plurality of
bristles fitted thereon; the head part including a plurality of
elastic sections so as to be capable of being bent and angularly
displaced.
2. The cleaning brush as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bristles
include long bristles, and short ones.
3. The cleaning brush as claimed in claim 1, wherein each of the
elastic sections of the head part has a short side, and a long side
while the bristles include long bristles, and short ones; the short
side facing a same direction of the long bristles; the long side
facing a same direction of the short bristles.
4. The cleaning brush as claimed in claim 1, wherein the elastic
sections are made of soft materials.
5. The cleaning brush as claimed in claim 1, wherein the elastic
sections are made of resilient materials.
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0001] 1. Field of the Invention
[0002] The present invention relates to a cleaning brush, more
particularly one, whose head part has several elastic sections
spaced along it such that in using the cleaning brush to clean an
object, the head part can be bent, and angularly displaced
according to the shape of the object.
[0003] 2. Brief Description of the Prior Art
[0004] A wide variety of sources of pollution exist in our
environment, which can produce much dirt and harmful substances
every day. And, dust is probably the most common, which will dirty
our houses, cars etc. easily. A pleasant and healthful environment
can be maintained if pollution is effectively handled.
[0005] Therefore, there are a wide variety of cleaning tools and
equipments available for suiting people's needs. Among various
cleaning tools, there are cleaning brushes, which are usually used
for removing dirt and dust over the surfaces of objects, and which
usually consist of a handle, a head secured to one end of the
handle, and many bristles secured on the head.
[0006] However, most conventional cleaning brushes are stiff at the
joint between the handle and the head thereof therefore they can't
be changed in position for cleaning particular portions of an
object or place such as the corners. Therefore, there is room for
improvement on such cleaning brushes.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0007] It is a main object of the present invention to provide a
cleaning brush to overcome the above disadvantages.
[0008] The cleaning brush of the present invention includes a
handle, and a head part secured to one end of the handle. The head
part has many bristles fitted thereon, and includes several elastic
sections spaced along it; thus, in using the cleaning brush to
clean an object, the cleaning brush will be bent, and angularly
displaced at the head part according to the shape of the object,
and in turns, corners of the object can be effectively cleaned with
the bristles.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
[0009] The present invention will be better understood by referring
to the accompanying drawings, wherein:
[0010] FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the cleaning brush according
to the present invention,
[0011] FIG. 2 is a front view of the present cleaning brush,
[0012] FIG. 3 is a view of the present cleaning brush in use
(1),
[0013] FIG. 4 is a view of the present cleaning brush in use
(2),
[0014] FIG. 5 is a view of the present cleaning brush in use (3),
and
[0015] FIG. 6 is a view of the present cleaning brush in use
(4),
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0016] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, a preferred embodiment 1 of the
cleaning brush of the present invention includes a handle 11, and a
head part 12. The head part 12 is joined to one end of the handle
11, and has several elastic sections 15 spaced along it, and long
and short bristles 13 and 14 fitted thereon. Each of the elastic
sections 15 of the head part 12 has a short side 151, and a long
side 152, which face the same directions as the long bristles 13,
and the short bristles 14 respectively. Furthermore, the elastic
sections 15 can be made of soft materials or resilient
materials.
[0017] Referring to FIGS. 3 and 4, the cleaning brush 1 can be
bent, and angularly displaced at the head part 12 thereof because
of the elastic sections 15 of the head part 12. In using the
cleaning brush to clean an object, e.g. a toilet, wheel, and window
frame, the head part 12 is bent and angularly displaced according
to the shape of the object; thus, corners of the object can be
effectively cleaned with the long bristles 13 as well as the short
bristles 14.
[0018] Furthermore, because the short sides 151 of the elastic
sections 15 face the same direction as the long bristles 13 while
the long sides 152 of the elastic sections 15 face the same
direction as the short bristles 12, the head part 12 is allowed to
bend for a larger angle towards the direction of the short bristles
14 than towards the direction of the long bristles 13.
[0019] From the above description, it can be easily understood that
being equipped with the elastic sections, the present cleaning
brush will perform better than those conventional ones that have
stiff head parts.
