hands. Working by the compression's of ones jaws. This apparatus
also cleans the gums and strengths them. While cleaning both sides
of the teeth and tops all at the same time. This apparatus is
designed for moderate to healthy teeth and gums. If gums bleed
vigorously without ceasing technique should STOP and consumer
should consult a dental hygienist for recommendation(s). The
Scrub-A-Brush, M.E. was envisioned to get the young at heart to

Claims
What is claimed as being new and desired to be protected by Letters
Patent of the United States is as follows:
1.) A NEW and improved Tooth Brushing apparatus designed to clean
ones teeth and gums both fronts, backs and tops ALL at the same
time.
2.) The NEW and improved Tooth Brushing apparatus gives individuals
with less than normal mobility more INDEPENDENCE.
3.) The NEW and improved Tooth Brushing apparatus puts a NEW twist
to an OLD technique of cleaning ones teeth and gums.
4.) The NEW and improved Tooth Brushing apparatus specially
designed teeth holding treys cradles the teeth and messages the
gums.
5.) The NEW and improved Tooth Brushing apparatus is comprised of
today's technological elements, much of which are created by
today's most prestigious technology corporations. With over one
hundred years of experience. I AM referring to corporations such as
"DuPont", specializing in scientific research to aid ALL humanity
in the performance of a much more productive life.
6.) The NEW and improved Tooth Brushing apparatus teeth trey is
created from a product called ENGAGE, a polyolefin elastomer. This
bridges the gap between Plastic's and Rubber's. Outperforming a
verity of materials in crossed linked Thermoplastic and TPO
applications.
7.) The NEW and improved Tooth Brushing apparatus Bristles are made
from a product called TYNEX a nylon monofilaments which I use as
individual strands of state of the art Bristles. Coming a long way
from the originally used "BOAR" hair Bristles. I know consumers
will be happy to know this FACT.
8.) The NEW and improved Tooth Brushing apparatus combined with ALL
these elements have created The SECLORUMs/WORLDs first
technological Tooth Brush to clean the individuals teeth both
fronts, backs and tops in a never before used manor or technique.
(Through The Compression(s) of ones jaws.)
9.) The NEW and improved Tooth Brushing apparatus operates through
the compression(s) of the users own jaws. Later, to have a tiny
motor to activate and begin cleaning the teeth and gums.
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0001] 1.) Field of the Invention
[0002] The present invention relates to the cleaning of the teeth
and gums by the compression of the users jaws.
[0003] 2.) Describing of the Prior Art
[0004] The use of The Scrub-A-Brush, M.E. is known in The Prior
ART. Typical examples of well DESIGNED tooth brushes are to be
found NO where like this in The United States Patent archives or in
The World.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0005] In view of the foregoing disadvantages inherent in the known
types of the possibility of gum bleeding and even in some cases gum
receding in less than moderate to healthy teeth and gums.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
[0006] The Invention will be better understood and objects other
than those set forth above will become apparent when consideration
is given to the following detailed description thereof. Such
description makes reference to the annexed drawings wherein:
[0007] FIG. 1 Is a perspective view of a first embodiment of The
Scrub-A-Brush, Millennium Edition as it looks from a backward
view.
[0008] FIG. 2 Is a cross-sectional view of the Invention as viewed
along side line 2-2 in FIG. 1.
[0009] FIG. 3 Is a view of the Invention as severed down the
center, middle.
[0010] FIG. 4 Is a perspective of the Invention as viewed as
transparent to see ALL the working bristles both bottom and side to
side.
[0011] FIG. 5 Is a measurement diagram of The Scrub-A-Brush, M.E.
as it dictates the verity of sizes in common jaw alignments:
[0012] (YOUTH=Small, TEEN=Medium, ADULT=Large)
DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
[0013] With references now to be the drawings, and in particular to
FIG. 1 thereof, a new and improved tooth brushing apparatus
embodying the principles and concepts of the present invention and
generally designated by the reference numeral 5 will be
described.
[0014] More specifically, it will be noted that the tooth brushing
apparatus is divided into three parts. 1 being the shaft or handle.
2 being the top or upper trey. 3 being the bottom or lower trey.
FIG. 2 demonstrates the alignment of the bristles The motor runs
and operates the movement of the bristles in such a way that the
teeth and gums are thoroughly brushed and cleaned through the
pulsating and turning of the bristles.
[0015] To obtain the vireos speeds of the bristles the controller
button or ON/OFF button is set with 3 speeds. 1 being speed low, 2
being speed medium, 3 being speed high this speed controller is
designed to give the users more control of the NEW teeth cleaning
experience.
[0016] A modified embodiment of this invention is shown in FIG. 3
where it is controlled by 3 tiny motors operating vireos bristle
arrays. Tiny bundles of bristles clean and scrub the teeth and gums
through this compression activation. Once the jaw releases the
Scrub-A-Brush, the tooth brushing apparatus the tooth brush
deactivates the motorized bristles. The apparatus' bristles can
still clean the teeth and gums with NO batteries However, this is
NOT recommended for a maximum and superior teeth and gum cleaning
experience.
[0017] FIG. 4 of the drawings illustrate the bristles as they would
appear if the apparatus is created in transparent material.
Finally, FIG. 5 of the drawings illustrates the 3 sizes the
apparatus commonly comes in. YOUTH=Small, TEEN=Medium and
ADULT=Large broken down to scale the commonly average mouth
size.
[0018] As to the manor of usage and operation of the present
invention, the same should be apparent from the above described.
Accordingly, NO further discussion related to the manner of usage
and operation will be provided.
[0019] With respect to the above described then, it is to be
realized that the optimum dimensional relationships for the parts
of the INVENTION, to include variations in size, material, shape,
form, function and manner of operation, assembly and use, are
deemed readily apparent and obvious to one skilled in the art and
all equivalent relationships to those illustrated in the drawings
and described in the specification are intended to be encompassed
by the present INVENTION.
[0020] Therefore, the foregoing is considered as illustrated only
of the principles of the Invention. Further, since numerous
modifications and changes will readily occur to those skilled in
the Art, it is NOT desired to limit The INVENTION to the exact
construction and operation shown and described and accordingly, all
suitable modifications and equivalents may be restored to, falling
within the scope of The INVENTION.
