Abstract

This simple, lightweight device can develop chest muscles effectively and symmetrically. Resistance is provided by 2 compression springs and 2 hand grip locations vary muscle involvement. The vertical grip is similar to the `butterfly` chest exercise and the horizontal grip is totally new and makes the pectorals the prime mover in the exercise.
