Box umbrella

Abstract

The invention relates to a box umbrella, which includes a box and a multi-folded umbrella, wherein the box has a base and a cover. The box can connect with the handle of the umbrella for normal use. The folded umbrella can be completely received in the box as not being used for easily carrying and storage. It is utilized and effective.

Claims



I claim:

1. A box umbrella including a box and a multi-folded umbrella having a handle, a shaft, and a frame, wherein the box including a base and a cover being engaged with the base by an engaging hook; the base being provided with two positioning rod in both inner side and a connecting portion being formed in topside of the cover, and the handle of the umbrella being provided with two positioning openings on two opposite sides and two connecting apertures n other two sides, wherein the figure of the positioning opening is rectangular slot at top and circular hole at bottom; the handle being possibly engaged with the box while the positioning opening is received in the positioning rod and the connecting portion inserts into the connecting aperture of the handle when the cover is closed and engaged with the base, and in this manner, the umbrella can be opened for use or closed in ease.

2. A box umbrella as claimed in claim 1, wherein the umbrella is received in the box completely for carrying and storage easily

3. A box umbrella as claimed in claim 1, wherein the positioning rod on the cover is circular while the positioning opening is also circular for pivoted connection there between.
Description



BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0001] A multi-folded umbrella is widely used in this day, which is facilitated for easy carrying and storage. In order to receive the umbrella in order, an umbrella bag is usually applied to pack the folded umbrella But it is obviously inconveniently and the umbrella bag is possibly being lost that causes trouble

[0002] Accordingly, the present invention is to provide a box umbrellas which includes a box engaged with the handle of the umbrella and being capable of receiving therein the umbrella after being folded Now accompanying the drawings, the structure and character of the present invention will be described as following

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

[0008] Please referring to FIG. 1 to 3 firstly, the present invention includes a box (1) and a multi-folded umbrella including a handle (2), a shaft (3), and a frame (4) The box (1) composes a base (11) and a cover (12), which can be engaged with the base (11) by an engaging hook (13) The base (11) is provided with two positioning rod (14) in both inner side and a connecting portion (15) is formed in topside of the cover (12). The handle (2) of the umbrella is provided with two positioning openings (21) on two opposite sides and two connecting apertures (22) on other two sides, wherein the figure of the positioning opening (21) is rectangular slot at top and circular hole at bottom. The handle (2) can be engaged with the box (1) while the positioning opening (21) is received in the positioning rod (14) and the connecting portion (15) inserts into the connecting aperture (22) of the handle (2) when the cover (12) is closed and engaged with the base (11). In this manner, the umbrella can be opened for use, as shown in FIG. 1 or closed as in FIG. 2.

[0009] When the umbrella will not be used for a longer period of time, it can be firstly pressed for decreasing the length of the shaft (3), as seen in FIG. 4A. Then, open the cover (12) and lift the handle (2) upward, the positioning rod (14) will he moved to the circular hole of the opening (21), as shown in FIG. 4B. Hence, the umbrella can be rotated and received in the base (11) as in FIG. 4C. As the cover (12) is closed and engaged with the base (11) again the umbrella is totally received in the box (1) as in FIG. 4D and it is very convenient for carrying and storage. By reverse procedures, the umbrella can be taken out for normal use in ease too.

[0010] Accordingly, the structure provided by the present invention obtains the predicted effect and should be allowed for patent. But the structure mentioned above is only an exemplary embodiment, it can be modified anyway, such as shown in FIG. 5, the positioning opening (21') can be provided to be a single circular hole, while the positioning rod (14') is circular that can also reach the purpose of the invention The modified embodiments will all be claimed in this invention
