Claims

What I claim as my invention is:

1. An insulated siding panel comprising an insulation panel with a formed facing surface made up of an insulation layer on the side facing the building wall, an intermediate layer made of plastic with a filler, on the surface of which is placed a top layer containing an aggregate material, wherein it features an insulation panel (1) incorporating facing blocks (2) formed into the wall surface, with their lateral walls set into the intermediate layer (12), and their inner walls set into the insulation layer (11), with a polyurethane material used in the insulation layer (11) and the intermediate layer (12), and a filler in the intermediate layer, physically and chemically identical to the aggregate material making up the top layer (13), and the facing blocks are permanently integrated and the insulation (11), intermediate (12) and top (13) layers are partially bonded during the forming and curing of the polyurethane material.

2. The insulated panel as set forth in claim 1, wherein silica is the filler in the intermediate layer (12) as well as the aggregate material comprising the top layer (13).

3. The insulated panel as set forth in claim 1, wherein the face surface of the top layer (13) is rough and constitutes the base for applying the mortar material.
Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0001] Not Applicable

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0002] The insulated siding panel features the permanent integration of the facing blocks with the insulation-layer and intermediate-layer material, which partially bond with each other during the forming and curing of the polyurethane material, producing a dense and structurally durable siding. It also features good insulating properties and a durable, formed siding surface made of the facing blocks.

[0003] According to the patent, the insulation panel incorporates facing blocks (2) formed into the wall surface, with their lateral walls set into the intermediate layer (12), and their inner walls set into the insulation layer (11), with a polyurethane material used in the insulation layer and the intermediate layer (12 and 11), and a filler in the intermediate layer (12), physically and chemically identical to the aggregate material making up the top layer (13). The facing blocks are permanently integrated and the insulation, intermediate and top layers are partially bonded during the forming and curing of the polyurethane material. Silica successfully serves as the filler in the intermediate layer as well as the aggregate material comprising the top layer. The face surface of the top layer is rough and constitutes the base for applying the mortar material.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0004] The object of the patent's invention is illustrated in the drawing, in which:

[0005] FIG. 1 depicts the axonometric projection of a section of the panel;

[0006] FIG. 2 depicts a lengthwise cross-section of the panel;

[0007] FIG. 3 depicts its transverse cross-section, with the outline of the recess for the facing block.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0014] The insulated siding panel features an insulation panel (1) made up of a polyurethane foam insulation layer (11) on the side facing the building wall, an intermediate layer (12) made of a mixture of the polyurethane material and silica aggregate as a filler, having a dense monolithic structure, and a top layer (13) made of silica aggregate fixed on the intermediate layer's surface (12) between the facing blocks (2). The facing blocks (2) are set into the intermediate layer (12) with their lateral walls, and are set into the insulation layer (11) with their inner walls. The face walls of the facing blocks (2) project out of the top layer (13) whose surface is rough, absent of the polyurethane material, and constitutes the base for applying the mortar material. The facing blocks are permanently integrated with the insulation layer (11) and the intermediate layer (12), and said layers are partially bonded together with the top layer (13) during the forming and curing of the polyurethane material. The facing blocks (2) are arranged into a metal form so as to match the wall surface, except for the places intended for the "half" recesses (3), where inserts that will not adhere to the polyurethane material are placed. The spaces between the facing blocks (2) are filled with silica aggregate, the ingredients of the polyurethane material are placed into the metal form and the form cover is closed. When the polyurethane material curing process stops, the formed panel is removed, and the inserts are removed from the recesses (3) for the facing blocks (2) of two adjoining insulated facing panels on the building wall.
